I MADE A NEGATIVE POST YESTERDAY REGARDING GORDON CHEVROLET IN GARDEN CITY, MI. I ADMIT IT WAS MADE IN ANGER AND FRUSTRATION. WE WERE BEING DENIED WARRANTY WORK ON OUR VEHICLE. IT WAS A MAJOR REPAIR. I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE SERVICE MANAGER THAT EVENING AND HE WAS VERY POLITE AND HE LISTENED TO ME WITH UNDERSTANDING REGARDING OUR SITUATION. I THANKED HIM FOR THE RETURN CALL. I REALIZE NOW THAT MY FRUSTRATION SHOULD HAVE BEEN DIRECTED AT THE GENTLEMAN AT THE SERVICE GARAGE THAT MADE EVERYTHING DIFFICULT FOR MY HUSBAND AND I GETTING THE WARRANTY HONORED. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THAT SERVICE GARAGE. I RECIEVED ANOTHER CALL FROM THAT SAME MANAGER LATER IN THE DAY AND HE TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD HONOR MY WARRANTY AND REPAIR THE CAR. HOW MANY CAR DEALERSHIPS HAVE EVER DONE THAT? MY FAITH IN GORDON CHEVROLET HAS BEEN RESTORED. I CANNOT SAY THANK YOU ENOUGH. NEVER GIVE UP HOPE. 2025 Chevrolet Trax review
Great car overall. Could use a little more pep. But for what the car is intended, as a good gas mileage low priced car, it’s hard to beat.

2025 Chevrolet Trax review
I change cars every three years. Mt wife has a 2024 LS and every time i had to drive it i was amazed at what a great car this is. Anyway, i got into an accident and had to replace m car. Having researched just about everything out there when i bought her car i just bought a 2025 Trax Activ. I really love this car. It is really the perfect vehicle. It handles really well, it’s very comfortable, gas consumption is amazing. I only use top tier gas. I had to wait for the dealer to find one without a sun roof. The gps is flawless. I can find nothing about this car that I dislike. I wish it had a trunk release but not a major issue, you really should drive it as you will understand the feel of the operation. As far as the engine, i don’t understand the negative comments. It has ample power. It isn’t a hot rod but i have never had a problem with it feeling underpowered. I do mostly highway driving, set at 69-70 and never any hesitation, oh, the adaptable cruise control is a must have. It takes so much of the stress of highway driving away. I could go on bit i simply say TEST DRIVE ONE. You wil fully appreciate what surrounds you. It’s the only way to understand what GM did.

2024 Chevrolet Trax review
The car is good, comfortable and good ongas. My only concern are the wiring to the audio and the screen. I have started the engine and the screen goes blank or gets stuck even when I turn the screen and music off. Also the base comes in wiener it wants and just fades out eventually. But when you want it to work it doesn’t. Also the automatic engine on/ off button. I leave the button off majority of the time but the engine still restarts when the button is turned off.

I love the car overall from front to back. The only thing I would change is the way the headlights project at night time. They only go a limited distance and then it’s completely dark. I mean a really short distance. I find myself having to put on high beams often.

2024 Chevrolet Trax review
Had this LT for a year now and it has been very nice. Great gas mileage and seems to get just a touch better on the HWY than reported. Overall a great value and good overall car in the entry level. I would recommend the LT trim as it has the nicer interior but keeps the price point down. It packs a ton of features that you don’t expect from market segment. Also gives you a lot more room than you expect, very comfortable for 4 people with no problems.

2019 Chevrolet Trax review
I've had my Trax for many years now, bought it slightly used with only 30,000 miles on it. Now with 80,000 on that engine and I haven't really had a problem with it. It's decent in the snow, a little slower on the highway as it is slow to accelerate up to speed (not really a huge issue for me). This car can take a beating pretty well and keep going as I had blown tire while on the highway and drove into a ditch. I was able to get the car out of it and park on the side of the road until help arrived.

2025 Chevrolet Trax review
Bought to replace a Cruze that was a real road warrior . 2025 Trax 3 cyl does 70 mph plus on trips with 3 adults in comfort . LS model had no rear hatch cover . Bought one off FB Marketplace for $10. Dealer wanted $235. Used the rubber floor mats from the old Cruze and snapped right into place on the Trax for the winter weather . Doing more frequent oil changes because of wet belt setup . Originally wanted a Buick Envista but felt the $21200 Trax was basically the same car for thousands less .
