We went looking for a Malibu hybrid and Shaheen had four of them which is hard to believe because they're hard to find. We found one that we really like and they worked with us for a great price. In doing so they had to to stay two hours past closing on a Saturday and it seemed that everybody involved was happy to do so. We drove the car home that night and have been truly happy with the car. Besides where can you go and get helped buy a rockstar! Thank you Richie.
Worked with Jake to pick up a used Traverse. There were a million of them around the state but we wanted to buy locally. Jake worked with us to get a price which competed with a quote we’d received from a dealer in the Detroit area. This was after his vehicle had already been discounted substantially a few days before. While we went back and forth a few times, it never felt contentious. Finding a salesperson who’s willing to negotiate without getting aggressive or annoyed is rare in my experience. I would definitely recommend Sawyer and would definitely go back for a future purchase.
This is the fourth vehicle I've leased and the best experience I've had. Kendahl was great to work with! He really knows his stuff and doesn't try to give you the runaround. Brian was great made a great offer I spoke through email and by phone he was always nice and never pressured me. Whatever I ask for he had ready for me as quick as possible. He never played games and truly offer a great price off the bat. Unfortunately my mom decided not to by a car at all. If I am looking for a car in the future I would surely go back to him. Outstanding customer service!

When Brad took over for Adam as the Lead Honda Service Advisor, we quickly realized that customer service remained the primary priority of the Service Department employees. Brad possesses a very positive and friendly demeanor, going the extra mile to ensure the customer is always satisfied. He treats my 2006 Ridgeline as if it is his own. Paying the bill is never a fun time, but dealing with Brad makes it a little less unpleasant.
Kudos to Brad LaFollette for always going above and beyond!
I went in to look at a used Jeep and they had it ready for the test drive. I was a bit disappointed because the listing said it was a manual transmission, but it turned out to be automatic. When I mentioned it to the sales manager, he immediately went online and made the change. I chose not to buy, but he said another Jeep was in the process of being detailed and he would contact me when that was available for a test drive. Nice, friendly people.
