I was in for an oil change and multipoint inspection. I needed a new battery and it was an unexpected experience, but necessary. The only issues I ever have are they never clean my car, at my previous dealership- I was always given a courtesy car wash/vacuum. Also, they didn?t replace my wiper fluid or use mats in my car.

I will start by saying that this has been one of the most unusual experiences I have had buying a car. When it comes to Murphy?s Law, buying our BMW has been one of those... What you get from Marios, Ana Marie, and crew is EXCEPTIONAL service. I had the vehicle inspected and everything but a couple minor oil leaks looked great, as advertised. Repairs done without question, and since we traveled 700 miles for the car, Marios wanted to make sure the car was 100% ready for the drive back, he found a couple other issues that he did not feel he could let go, needed repaired before we could travel. It took longer than expected to repair, but what we received for service was beyond anything any reasonable person would find exceptional. Bottom line? If you need a clean used vehicle and want service that goes above and beyond, this is your place! THANK YOU!!

This is a very good vehicle. The six speed automatic transmission is very smooth. The v8 engine delivers very adequate power and surprisingly good gas mileage. It is quite comfortable to drive. The rear seats are very easy to remove.

We had a great experience at Cransh! Found the first car for our new teenage driver. Love their policy of preventative maintenance and getting those cars that already have some miles on them ready for more! The best part, a small problem popped up with the car after we took it home, and like a boss, they were on it and made it right! I bought this 2500 van I have found it to be a great Vehicle, the Power of the engine to the cabin controls, gas mileage is great for me haven't had long but plans on wearing it out or being my vehicle to drive.

Great work van, smooth, lots of power, fully loaded with Bluetooth phone connectivity, cruise control, power mirrors, audio controls on steering wheel! 6.0 V8 engine, lots of room in the Cab and Cargo area! Good looking van!
