Had another outstanding experience at Napleton Hyundai in Carmel. We had more bad experiences with with 2013 Sonata with Dealership in Tenn. My engine was replaced due to a factory defect when driving on vacation. It blow up on the north side of Nashville, TN. They fixed the car with a new engine and then shipped the car back to me and I drove it for a month. But I hit a pot hole and the motor came lose. The dealership in Tennessee, did not re-attach the motor mount. The engine shifted 4 inch up and 6 inches to the right.
Needless to say, there car was in bad shape and had to be towed to Napelton. I called and talked to Chris Peters, he was immediately able to help me and get me a loaner vehicle and start looking into the needed repairs. His Team found other things that were not right with the Vehicle after having the engine replaced at the Hyundai Dealer in Tenn.
After talking with Chris Peters and finding out everything that was not done right on the new engine replacement with the dealer in Tennessee. I was ready to trade in this vehicle and find something else.
I was able to talk to Chris Modory who sold me my car in 2013. First I went to Hyundai Corporate they did not not want to do anything to help their customer.
I went back to Chris Modory. He was able to get his GM Sean McCain involved and helped understand everything that went wrong with my 2013 Sonata. They were about to help me with trading in the 2013 Sonata and giving me an outstanding deal on a 2015 Sonata Sport Turbo. They understood my frustrations and made a bad situation into another great experience. None of the problems were any fault of the good folks at Napleton. This was all from a Hyundai Dealer in Tennessee that did not fix the car to Hyundai Standards. I really appreciate them working with me and going above and beyond to help me get into a different vehicle to my liking.

John Miller's customer service skills are excellent!! He always makes sure my car is serviced correctly and gives me feedback on what services are needed. My wife purchased a 2019 Chevy traverse and my son a 2016 GMC Sierra from these guys and were so happy with the experience. So is went I purchased a 2018 GMC Sierra them as well. The best salesmen I have ever met. If you are looking for a new car please go by and see these guys and tell them Christie Wilson sent you . Oh yeah and Josh Falcon in finance is great as well.
This was my first time buying a brand new car. I felt at home as soon as walked into the showroom. Everyone that I talked to was friendly and helpful. The final process of buying the vehicle was organized and straightforward. They found the best price for me within the price range I had given them. I look forward to buying another vehicle from them.
The people at this dealership are so helpful without being pushy. We got a great deal and they were really able to work with us. I would highly recommend this dealership! They were so knowledgeable about the car we wanted and helped us set everything up. It was a great experience. The owner even stopped to talk to us and congratulate us on our purchase. So friendly! I???ve never been treated so well at a car dealership before!
Stephen Green was very helpful. He contacted me both by phone and by email. He made room in his schedule for me to come and test drive the Ford Fusion on short notice, which I appreciated because it was the best day for me. After the test drive, I didn't feel pressured to make a decision. The car was great and offered at a great price, but it lacked some of the safety features I wanted, so I decided not to buy the car. I would definitely consider doing business with them again.
Had an amazing experience at Ray Skillman Kia--as always. From the salesman to the management team across the board amazing. Did not talk down to me, did not make me feel stupid--as some in the past have. Overall amazing. I have always dealt with Ray Skillman and will always. This is the second Kia i have had.
