Both Ron’s and Yonathan were great to me they worked with me in getting me the best deal very pleasant environment and I would definitely recommend this dealer to others interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. I purchased a GMC Terrain and I’m very happy with my new car
I had some electrical issues with a new truck I bought from them. It was a frustrating experience, but they finally figured out the problem and fixed it. The service dept stuck with it and they treated me very well. I know it was hard for them too. I think it is a reflection of how complicated these new vehicles are today. They did a great job working the problem out and resolving it. I really like the truck.
I've lived in So. Lake Tahoe for over 30 years and had my last Subaru for over 18 years. My 1997 Subaru was the most reliable, gas efficient, low maintenance, and “excellent in the snow” car I ever had! However, it was time for a new car. I did my research and looked for the best deals and found that Michael Hohl had the best selection and best prices around! I also know that they are familiar with California DMV requirements. I was pleased that their sales person did not pressure me and I was able to “just look around” and test drive the car I was interested in. There was just a little issue with the vehicle I purchased, nevertheless, the sales manager graciously corrected the problem! I highly recommend Michael Hohl Subaru! I'm more than happy and very satisfied with my purchase!
On December 16th or 17th I decided to take a drive to Carson City and take a look at some GMC vehicles. I was wondering the lot when Jordan Ouellette came up and asked if she could help me. Well, we hit it off almost instantly and in less than a week she'd sold me a Denali Terrain! I'm loving the car, Jordan was great and I will tell anyone who asks "Talk to Jordan at Michael Hohl's in Carson City"!

The battery failed after only 3 years in service. Acid leaked around the positive terminal post. Parts replaced but no "clean-up" of spilled acid or its corrosion of surrounding surfaces. Not what I expected.
We have already recommended Michael Hohl and referred others. My wife and I have purchase six new vehicles and two used since 2003 through the dealership or Valley Chev. prior to their merger. We will return and continue to refer.
My daughter bought a Nissan Juke from CarMax, Reno. She also bought the Max Care 150K warranty from them. The car had 92,000 miles on it. It had gone through the CarMax checklist with no problems found. Within three months the car stranded her twice on the freeway. CarMax said it sounded like a CVT transmission problem and referred me to Nissan of Reno. Nissan of Reno found the fluid had never been changed. The fluid in this car needs to be changed every 30,000 miles according to Nissan. There was extensive damage and stress to the transmission. According to Nissan it needed a new transmission. CarMax Max Care covered $1500.00 of a $4100.00 Transmission.
I thought CarMax at least checked the transmission level and color. It was obviously worn and burned. How can we trust CarMax repairs for anything if they can't see the obvious? I tried to contact via email CarMax, Reno but have received no response.
Holly did any awesome job from start to finish. She did whatever it took to get us the best deal possible working with what we had. She was very informative and touched all the bases and made sure we were happy with everything. Great job Holly!
Matt is awesome as is the entire staff at Lithia. This was a 30,000 service which would take 2-3 hours so I was offered a drive home. I elected to stay in the waiting area and do some work on my laptop.
Holly was our salesperson and she was great. Had some issues with one of the managers which initially made us walk from the deal. Holly kept working it for us and we came to a great compromise with a different manager. Highly recommend Holly!
After doing a lot of research I really wanted to test drive the rouge. Sport. WOW was I pleased. Chuck was great no pressure just the faxes. Did not need to go any place. Everything they promised me they did. Happy to do business with such professionals. Thanks chuck and everyone who made the magic happen. Oh and that little Rogue Sport is super.
I did alot of price comparsion and shopping before I decided to buy a Nissan. I called before going and Chuck Sinclair was the salesman who answered. He made time for me within hours. I drove home in a new Murano that day. I asked him a zillion questions. He was able to answer every question to my satistaction. There was no pressure whatsoever. If I owned a business I would have offered him a job. I asked him how long he'd been working in car sales and he said about 25. I left there with a stack of his business cards for referrals. Each one is worth a $100. You want a truly great car buying experience? Ask for Chuck. He's the best you'll see!
