Brian was great made a great offer I spoke through email and by phone he was always nice and never pressured me. Whatever I ask for he had ready for me as quick as possible. He never played games and truly offer a great price off the bat. Unfortunately my mom decided not to by a car at all. If I am looking for a car in the future I would surely go back to him. This car has been just what I need. I have to travel a lot and great distances for doctor appointments and to see about property. The car is roomy enough for my O2 equipment and luggage and the luggage etc. of others riding with me. I have never had any mechanical problems to date and I love the general appearance of the vehicle. Over all, I could not be more pleased with it.

When Brad took over for Adam as the Lead Honda Service Advisor, we quickly realized that customer service remained the primary priority of the Service Department employees. Brad possesses a very positive and friendly demeanor, going the extra mile to ensure the customer is always satisfied. He treats my 2006 Ridgeline as if it is his own. Paying the bill is never a fun time, but dealing with Brad makes it a little less unpleasant.
Kudos to Brad LaFollette for always going above and beyond!

My daughter was getting close to 30 mpg for her commute to work and back. This car handles well and is fun to drive. Great car for a new driver.

I thought there was some things wrong from the beginning took it back nothing is wrong oh I bought it brand new poured so much money into car I wanna to run it off a cliff cause the car still doesn’t run right it bucks and carries on now check engine light is on tire pressure light has been on for years who would sell a car like this
Chris the body shop manager and Scott the painter did a great job repairing my cherished 1969 Corvette. The cracks were repaired and the front of the car re-painted. They finished on time and did a super job. What a pleasure!

This car has been everything! I wanted a vehicle I could feel safe in and would get me where ever I needed with out a problem. It has all wheel drive which is great in the state I live in. It has plenty of room and it’s very sleek inside. I’m so happy I made this purchase.

As a young 20 year old who commutes every day to work and school I can say this car does it’s job and does it well. Great on gas, comfortable, compact, and large trunk space for those long days of shopping. I would definitely recommend the 2016 Chevy Cruze LT to a first time car buyer looking for something that doesn’t pack TOO much punch; but just enough to get you to where you need to go in a timely manner.
Sean treated us with respect, and I felt that I had known him for a long time. Answered all our questions and told us things we didn't even think about. I hope this young man has a great future in what ever he chooses, I'm sure he will give it his best. Thank you SEAN .

good for gas mileage thats about it. transmission is iffy. the engine is loud... barely any power even with the tubro. extremely cramped on the inside. not good for anything except gas mileage.
It was an overall great experience all the sales people were extremely friendly and nice to me and helping me with any issues that I have I would recommend this dealership so all my friends and family for their future cars

This truck has more usb and power points than u can use . It does not ride like a truck even being a 4-wheel drive. The radio is smarter than me but give me time. In my opinion you can’t go wrong with this truck

1) Quieter than CRV (5)
2) Braking is smoother than CRV (5)
3) Engines about equivalent (4)
4) Anti-lock brake on snow/ice condition better than CRV (5)
5) Mylink does not allow installing Carplay - worse than CRV (3) - have to rely on my wife's i-phone on a trip. I will give CRV a (4)
6) Back seat cannot recline - CRV reclines by ~2 inches (3) - only if I have to sit in the back
7) Reliability - TBD (CRV's battery died after 3.5 yrs)
8) Value: I paid ~$27 K in 2015 for a new CRV with AWD and ~$16K for this used Equinox (7400 miles) almost like new. I have been impressed except for the Carplay availability.
Fantastic dealership! Very easy to work with. They seem invested in their customers rather than pushing things you dont need.

Cost nearly $1,000 to fix the ignition switch within the 1st two years. Of course it was not covered in the warranty. Cost another $800 within the first 13 months which was not covered. They rotated the tires and messed up the computer for them. The car was showing low tire pressure on the wrong tires every single time. I would not recommend this truck to no one!!
I would like to thank Brandon Newsom for being patient with me on trying to sell me a truck that I was interested in at cole Chrysler The people there were very friendly very helpful and did everything they possibly could to make you happy and then some I would recommend going there to get a vehicle anytime.
