I purchased a car from this lot and it was a much easier process than I thought. From the time that I showed interest to the time that I left the lot my questions were answered timely and my time was well spent. Loreal was a huge help in the car buying process and her customer service is unmatched. As a first time car buyer I was welcomed and treated with the best intentions.

I bought my car from offlease 5 days ago and I just wanted to say Damian was great! Very proffesional and patient with me! Michael Katz was great as well! Also everyone else was great from the guys cleaning the car, the lady at the gate, finance person etc. Overall great experiance and So far Im happy with my car choise! I would recomend offlease to everyone who is looking to buy used car. Just make sure when they run your credit to ask them to limit to only few. You don???t want a lot of hard inquiries! Violeta

We visited to test drive a used suburban. After the test drive my wife and I weren’t sure that it was exactly what we wanted (nothing wrong with it, just not our ideal car). We told the salesman, Shawn, that we needed to think about it and weren’t ready to make a decision. Based on past experience with other dealerships I was expecting the pressure and sales tactics to start... nope, not with Shawn. Before we left Shawn brought over the GM for the dealership and I thought “here it comes - he’s going to apply the pressure”. Wrong again :) Before we left Shawn asked if he could get us some bottles of water for the ride home. I hope to have an opportunity to buy a vehicle from Pellegrino in the future, as they gave me the best dealership experience I have ever had!
In September of 2017 I traded in a 10 year old car on a nice new Chevrolet Cruze. The negotiation was simple and I didn't feel like I was pressured. The salesman was David Tulsky who kept in touch with me throughout the process to ensure things went well.
Going into the process of buying a new car, I dreaded all the salesmanship that I assumed was going to happen. I really never felt pressured and felt Reedman was honest and forthright about the deal.
What do I say here? I love the car. I got a good deal and process that could have been painful was made as simple as possible.
Had to take my Subaru in for an airbag recall. First time I called to schedule, I was told upfront there were no loaners available in next 2 weeks due to so many responding to recall. So I scheduled out 4 weeks ahead, relating to the woman that due to my unusual work schedule, it would be impossible for me to rely on their shuttle service, which would not be operational when I would be able to pick up my car.
The day before my scheduled appointment, I get a call back from the same woman, who tells me that they can not offer me a loaner afterall but would be happy to schedule the shuttle service with me. I again try to explain to her that my work schedule does not jive with the hours of their shuttle service, and it wasn't an option for me to end up stranded at work without transportation. She either couldn't or wouldn't comprehend what I was telling her. And she gave me another run around about getting a loaner.
I still haven't had my airbag replaced and I'm going to call another dealer tomorrow. I'm willing to schedule around the realistic consideration that Colonial doesn't have enough loaners to offer more than a certain number every day. But they apparently aren't willing to work with me and my pain-in-the-butt schedule. But they sure are willing to send me endless emails and postal mail requests to trade up my vehicle.
I heard about this place from a friend so I thought I would check it out. I saw a car online that I liked, came in for a test drive, settled on a price and walked away happy within 30 minutes. The car was in great condition... clean, inside and out and ran so smoothly. Very satisfied!
Jim was ABSOLUTELY wonderful. No wonder hes been there for 20yrs! Also, the staff in whole was great. The after hours pick up was very convenient. Leslie was very engaging and her joy was contagious! I will not use Faulkner for all my mechanical needs. Well done!
The service department at Faulkner is exceptional Jack Platt is professional and responsive. The waiting area is clean and very professional. I would consider this dealership if/when I buy a new vehicle.
Yesterday, I got a car from Bergey???s Chevrolet for the 3rd consecutive time. After working with Matthew Cerefice on the previous two, I went straight to him for the third. Each transaction was unique, but this one was complicated and dragged out more than a week. Matt handled it excellently and was great at staying in touch with me throughout. When we finally got to the signing stage, it went quickly, without a hitch. I used Bergey???s service for my previous 2 vehicles and will continue to do so for my 3rd. This is a family-run dealership that evidently supports work/life balance for its employees, and employs good people. I highly recommend supporting it by shopping there for a car.
Would definitely recommend! Eric was very personable and easy to deal. They are not pushy and met our needs. Will definitely be going back and we???ll wo the hour and half drive!
