I just wanted to thank and recommend Salesman Paul Barnes who is professional, kind, and worked hard to get me a great deal on my new Kia Sportage. I???ve worked in the business as a Sales Manager and knew I was upside down on my trade. I know how he makes his money and rather him shrug me off for something that appears to be an easier sale, Paul worked hard and stuck with me to get me at a fair price. I will be buying vehicles from him as long as he is in the business.
Dead battery; an inconvenience and easy to resolve until it is discovered when you need to leave immediately for a non scheduled early delivery hours away. Craig asked how soon we could get there and had us on the road in short time. The Acura service team has always been professional and courteous. Yesterday they proved themselves to be fantastic and even CARING when they asked about the delivery. Our 7lb 4oz granddaughter.
I worked with Neil McCann on an Accord lease. Last year my husband bought a Pilot from him. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was very patient with me as I considered my options. I like how he wasn???t overly pushy and allowed me to take my time with the large financial decision. This was the best sales experience I???ve had when purchasing a car. I also worked with Karissa when researching my options online. She was also extremely helpful and prompt with her responses. Thank you Neil, Karissa and Motorworld!
Today I bought my first Lexus. Aldo was my salesman. He went out of his way to ensure that from start to finish my experience was extraordinary. Aldo is extremely professional and knowledgeable of the brand. He gave me a great deal on my 2019 NX 300 F sport. Bill,the finance manager, was super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I have to say the entire staff that my husband and I encountered at Motor World Lexus delivered exceptional service. you would have to know the salesman scott higgins. he knows my grandkids---very friendly-i called him a few times to ask questions about the dash and i even drove up 25 miles to see scott to ask a question.
This is my7th Toyota and I almost gave up on Toyota because of the treatment I received from Koch 33 Toyota in Easton PA in the past, but I decided to just give it one more chance and the moment I met Scott, Greg and the gentleman that leant me his reading glasses I was happy with my decision they made the deal so easy and we???re so respectful I will definitely be a return customer I can???t wait to trade in my Malibu for a new Camry or Avalon thanks again Fellas
Dave went above and beyond to ensure the service experience was a positive one. He was very informative and communicative during the entire repair. The repair was significant and took longer than expected. Dave made arrangements for a loaner car so I would not be inconvenienced. Thank you Dave!
My husband and I had just been jerked around by another local dealer and went in with a bad taste in our mouths. The salesman was straight and honest with us. He didn't disappear for lengthy amounts of time and say he was "speaking to his manager" like a lot of other dealerships do. We ended up getting our new vehicle from Bonner and will return for future needs.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. I was looking to buy a used car. I knew make, model, mileage and price that I wanted. Found one on Ray Price website. Talked to them as I did not want to drive 200 miles and find a problem. Everything they said was accurate and I found exactly what I wanted. What a great team of professionals. An excellent experience.
Top notch, Chris Mackes is a true gentleman and is very knowledgeable of the product. I assisted an older family member purchase a new RAV4 after hers was totaled in a crash. I contacted Chris via email with a quick response and two telephone calls I received my best price from him and made the deal. We traveled 85 miles to the dealership where the car was prepped, and ready to go. Upon arrival unlike other dealerships the price quoted was the actual price. The entire process only took one hour and fifteen minutes. There were no high pressure finance room scare tactics or shenanigans. Chris was very patient explaining the new vehicle features to my family member. All in all a great experience.
