I have had this approximately 4 years now. and the only problem I have ever had is that it does not always recognize that I am in Park when I am shutting down the engine.

The salesman we worked with was knowledgeable and personable. He did not try to strong arm us or pressure us into making a purchase. He provided us with a background on how the dealership ended up with the truck we were interested and answered all of our questions about it. This dealership's professionalism demonstrates why it is one of the premier shop's in New England. You can't go wrong with them.

Colonial Chevrolet New LondonReviews
2024 Chevrolet Malibu review
The Malibu is a fine car. The 1.5T engine is adequate but not much more than that. It also is unrefined and groans and grumbles. You can get around town relatively well and merge onto the highway but may want to leave space for passing trucks on two lane roads. The trunk is massive and is great for trips. Fuel economy is also stellar. We typically get 500 miles on a tank on road trips. The interior is quiet for the price of the vehicle. The materials on the other hand are sub par. Cheap plastics and cloth. To be fair it is a car that had a sticker of 28k. We have put just under 7,000 miles on the car and have had no reliability concerns. The sound system however is one of the worst I have heard. The sound really only comes out of the tweeters and the system is criminally underpowered. The rear leg room is fantastic and the overall ride and handling are good. The handling is the main redeeming quality of the way the car drives. I haven't pushed it hard but under quicker than normal steering on back roads it does compose itself with not too much body roll. The steering is tight and responsive. Overall I think this is a good car for someone not concerned about all of the newest bells and whistles and wants a sedan they can get a great deal on at the dealership. I have confidence that this will not have any major issues until around 130k miles.

TJ Motors LLCReviews
TJ Motors LLC review
September 12th. 2022 TJ Motors Has Done a fantastic Job Again and Again ! My Wife and I purchased our 3rd Car From TJ Motors! The 2nd was about 3 years ago a 2016 Ford Escape which is loaded with all of the bells and whistles that my wife desired and has performed greatly and reliably - the Salesman whose name escapes me and Finance Manager Mike Kievites once again made the transaction pleasant, non-pressured and with a great extended warranty ! The 3rd car is a 2018 Ford EcoSport which we just purchased on September 12th, 2022 was even more of breeze as I had immediately sent our budget for down payment, monthly payment and extended warranty. Mike responded early that the car was still available. My wife had Window shopped the vehicle that weekend so she had her heart set on the car and expressed this to Mike over the phone. So at Mike's recommendation I did a pre-loan application. We stopped by to test drive, the car was everything my wife wanted perfect size, features, price, interest rate based on my improved credit and monthly payments with another great warranty and better yet, all of the paperwork was ready to be signed. My wife drove out in less that 40 minutes with great 4WD vehicle that will provide safety and comfort in especially in the Winter months. Thanks to Mike Kievits, Todd Blonder & the TJ MOTORS staff for another great car buying experience! For high quality, reliable cars & service with a great price and flexible financing warranty options, I highly recommend TJ MOTORS to anyone looking to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. Sincerely, Tony & Cyndi Sutton Feb 8, 2017: I had the best car buying experience ! I got the car I wanted (practically new 2014 Nissan Sentra with very low miles in mint condition), at the price I wanted, plus affordable financing (well below my budget expectation) with a lower interest rate than my previous auto purchases & a fantastic warranty that I did not expect. Salesman/Finance Manager Mike Kievits was very personable, patient & did not once try to sell me a car that I did not ask to test drive. That is the true meaning of no pressure sales plus he did not ask me to accept a lesser car due to my credit situation. He kept his word, worked hard to get me financed & I was able to drive home my newly purchased vehicle the same day. They even took my junker car off my hands & applied a credit to my down payment. The staff even helped me transfer a few trunk items from my old car to the newly purchased one. Thanks to Mike Kievits & the TJ MOTORS staff for a great car buying experience! For high quality, reliable cars & service with a great warranty, I highly recommend TJ MOTORS to anyone looking to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. Sincerely, Tony Sutton

2024 Chevrolet Malibu review
liding into your 2024 Chevy Malibu feels like stepping into a space that finally matches your pace—smooth, confident, and grown. The first thing you notice is how quiet it is. The cabin wraps around you like it’s intentionally shutting out the noise of the world so you can breathe for a second. Once you hit the road, the Malibu doesn’t rush you. It glides. The steering feels light but controlled, and the acceleration is steady enough that you feel in command without ever needing to push. There’s a sense of ease—like the car is working with you, not against you. The tech is intuitive, too. Your music connects without a fight, the screen responds without lag, and everything is exactly where your hands expect it to be. It gives you that little spark of “okay, this is mine” every time you start it up. And the ride? Smooth. Predictable. Comfortable. Whether you’re cruising through Rancho or hopping on the freeway, the Malibu holds its own. It feels reliable in a way that lets your shoulders drop a little. It’s not just a new car—it’s a reset. A reminder that you deserve something that makes your day feel a little easier, a little calmer, and a lot more yours.

2023 Chevrolet Malibu review
We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

I am extremely pleased with my Chevy Malibu RS. It has cloth seats, interior black. Outside is gray. I am very comfortable with driving and it manages the road well. when we had rain (finally) the roads were slick but I could feel the steady control of the anti skid. It is a car you and trust and feel safe in, much more so than the smaller cars. You can comfortably seat 5 and you don't have to ride with your knees up to your chin.

2012 Chevrolet Impala review
I bought my car new, 13 years ago. I am 74, I had my first car at the age of 16. I had used cars and new cards, none like my Impala 2012. The only thing I have had done to my car is regular change of oil. It only has a 75K miles because we always had another car bigger to accommodate my 6’2 tall husband. I still have my car. The only fault with my car is the radio. About the 6 year in, the fm is not always available so I carry CDs in my car. But we had a hail storm that might have damaged the ruff rubber that covers the antenna around the roof of the car. I love my car and although I have taken good care of my car I have take it way over the speed limit and is still as reliable as day one. Bought it new in Ithaca, NY at the Chevrolet dealership.

2016 Chevrolet Cruze Limited review
I bought a 2016 Cruze Limited brand new in December 2015 and just this week parted ways with it at 100k miles. This was a great little car that I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again! The interior is comfortable and roomy and for the price, it has all the tech that you really need. Like most cars, it started needing more than the regular maintenance when it started getting close to 100k miles, but it’s still a reliable car and a great value. If you’re truly looking for a car to get you from A to B with a little extra in the way of amenities and you don’t have a complex about impressing people you don’t know with things you can’t afford, this car is a wonderful option.

CarMax Warwick review
Everybody nowadays wants a review. So here we go. Carmax was a different experience! Better then what I've delt with in the past. Everything went smoothe and efficiently. The way it should be, no exceptions. Did they jump through hoops? NO! Did they offer me a drink? NO! Did they call me a week later to ask how I was enjoying my purchase? NO! They did the basics and only what they were getting paid to do. Still waiting 2 weeks plus to here back from service. You wanted my review, you got it!
2017 Chevrolet Cruze review
We purchased our 2017 hatchback new in the summer of 2017. Our only expenses at 134,000 plus miles has been gas, regular oil and filter changes, tire pressure sensor and tires. A VERY reliable car with average mileage 34 mpg, max highway was 55 plus! And normal highway at 70 mpg of 43 mpg. No interior, exterior or mechanical issues or viewable wear. I wish Chevy still produced them for sale in U.S.A. as we would gladly buy another. No other new vehicle this size, mileage, amenities at this price.

Empire Pre-Owned SuperstoreReviews
Empire Pre-Owned Superstore review
I found a vehicle online that the store showed in inventory. I made an appointment and took a 2 hour ride to se the car. I was assisted by Mike, my salesperson. Although the car was as described and nicely presented, I decided it was not the right model for me. Mike did a great job finding out what will work for me and will contact me when the right vehicle is available. Bottom line, I'd make the 2 hour drive again. Thanks, Brian
2024 Chevrolet Malibu review
This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

2017 Chevrolet Cruze review
I owned a generation 2 Chevy Cruze hatchback for the past 8 years. Other than routine maintenance it never had a failure. Excellent fit and finish. Incredible gas mileage with a peppy turbo charged engine. The only negative is that GM no longer produces these highly reliable vehicles.

2014 Chevrolet Impala review
Bought new in January 2014. So far it's been a reliable car. It's been back to the shop twice in almost 11 years for a leaking transmission line & a emission issue. Other than two recalls it's been good. Of course, I'm only at 67,676 miles. Oh, I forgot I had to replace the front two struts. When it was wet outside while turning I would get some vibration. Dealer had a TSB on it, the cost was 1,500 dollars. But overall the car has been fairly reliable. It's been quiet, roomy, comfortable and has decent power.

Blasius of Bristol review
Muhammad and the Blasius staff were awesome and provided excellent service. My family and I went in late afternoon and after we found the vehicle we wanted (2023 Chevy Traverse), they stayed open late so that we could purchase the vehicle and take it home that day. In addition Blasius is going to detail the vehicle more thoroughly on another day since there wasn’t enough time. Great experience.

Hoffman Ford LincolnReviews
Hoffman Ford Lincoln review
AAA towed my 2014 Lincoln from Northampton, MA to East Hartford. He said it was the starter. Hoffman could not replicate problem ...had car three days. Took home. Same no start the next day. Hoffman sent Mobile Hoffman who said it was the starter. Tow truck from Hoffman said it was starter. Finally replaced. It now starts. 80,000 miles rolled over today. I love my Lincoln
2017 Chevrolet Impala review
I've owned Chevy Impala's for many years. Had one with a 3.9 motor that was running like new with 179,000 miles on it,till someone hit. Next one had a 3.5 motor and it ran amazing. But I been looking for a very very long time for this Impala and found one,so I grabbed it. The 3.5 I had before this one had 150,000 miles ran perfect. The one has the 3.6 motor. Hope it works out the same. Love it
