We really weren't planning on buying anything the day we went in. We wanted to look around just to see what was available. Matt Lam (salesman) spent so much time with us and was professional and personable. He made my husband and I feel like we were old friends of his. He was very forthcoming with answers to all our questions. He took a great deal of time with us and really cared about our needs. There was no pressure to buy something, just friendly helpful advice. We had a similar friendly helpful experience with Phil Burrovgls (finance). After buying we received calls from staff and Matt thanking us again for our business. We are pleased to give five star rating to every aspect of their service. We will and are recommending them to all our friends and acquaintances. We couldn't be happier, thanks to them!
My service advisor, Matt, was straight up and honest about all work that had to be performed. He even offered me a loaner car while I was there because of the length of time I was waiting. It helped a lot so I could get my other errands done while my truck was being worked on. I am truly grateful.
I purchased a 2012 Impala from Ken Houtz Chevy based primarily on the great service department. I have known the service manager for many years and he is one of the best I've had the pleasure to deal with in my 55 years of owning and driving cars. I purchased the extended warranty on the Impala knowing with confidence that the warranty would be honored.
My only complaint is my vehicle was due for an inspection and they did not tell me. Three days later i realized I had a 10 on my windshield. I was there on the 8th my day off!! Now i have to arrange either for time off or a ride.
Appointment was at 4 - did not leave til 6:30 Answer about heating system to technical so I was unable to conprend and walked away Charged different price then quoted Usually give you a quick wash. Was never asked not was done
