I've had three interactions with CityJeep and all have been very positive. First two were for service and third was this week selling my Jeep to them. Salesperson Andrej was extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. His calm, listening demeanor is perfect to calm anyone who gets stressed out purchasing a vehicle. Very happy with my jeep! Came in to the dealership not knowing 100% what I wanted . Shannon, and Anthony were very helpful in explaining my options and available features in upgrading my vehicle that better fit my needs and driving habits. My family has bought several cars from Ewald and we know and trust that we are getting a good deal and a great vehicle when we work with Shannon . Called for an appt. got in within two days for new tires and an oil change. While doing inspection mechanic found i needed new rear brakes. They had them in stock and was down with the other repairs. In and out in the same day.

In the day of computers and phones acting like computers. These people have the best mix! Hands down! I was able to get info by text. Setup financing and setup a test drive via computer. But as it neared time to interact with humans, well I was pleasantly surprised. The whole team brought their A game today. Test drive, assement of my car, loan papers signed, and driving away in less than 2 hours. Why is this important? Because I have bought cars used and new. It took all day. From doors open to just before the door locked. I do not kid! I will be back even if it took 2 hours one way.

Great service, speedy oil change. Very friendly staff. Sat and talked with CJ for over an hour, even though my truck was done, totally lost track of time.

I found a car at their dealership through Carfax. I inquired, and Alex was quick to respond. He answered all my questions and I feel I got the car at a reasonable price. The deal was all done via email and docusign. They are delivering the car to me since I live out of state. All was a great experience and I would recommend them.
