AutoNation Toyota White Marsh review
Was Told the recall work may take up to 3 1/2 hours with the oil change included. It took 3 hours total. I also ask the to check on a front passenger mirror to see if a reasonable fix was possible. I saw a $925 charge was necessary. This was on the paperwork I got. I would have rejected it at that price and checked other sites. Never got that chance. Good clean service operation

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

2026 Chrysler Pacifica review
Big delay in the apple Carplay starting up. Plus the adaptive cruise control is not smooth at all. We have a 2019 Toyota Camry and its ACC is much smoother than the one in the 2026 Pacifica. The ride itself is comfortable. We had 5 adults and everyone had plenty of room.

CarMax SchaumburgReviews
CarMax Schaumburg review
Yesterday I purchased a car by phone for the first time. As a senior citizen I sold my car on the 9th of March thinking I would get totally travel by taxi or Uber or Lyft but I under estimated the value of getting up and going when you like. The team at CarMax from beginning to directions to the highway were the very best. Each and every member made me feel valued as a customer. And feel like they were treating me like they would their family members. You could not ask for more than that. Bj
2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
For starters, let me just say that I primarily like the van. It's good looking and the Uconnect system is better than previous iterations. However, what gripes me on a major level is the lack of a shifter. The know thing is ridiculous! There is no way to select a lower gear (other than first) when needing engine braking. Just smoke the heck out of the brakes, I guess... No way to downshift when needing more engine torque. You have to just mash the laggy throttle and wait until the computer decides to allow you to do so. Which leads me to my second major gripe. Who is driving? Me, or some integrated circuit? Well If I go too fast, I get the ticket, not the computer ganglia under the dash. So yeah, IM DRIVING. Let me drive and stop second guessing my every input. Lagging throttle. Delayed gear changes and upshifts into pointless high gears at low speeds. Inability to select a gear range manually. My third gripe is: The stalling! Darn thing just dies every time I stop at a red light or stop sign. Sure I can turn it off, but it turns itself right back on again. (Again, I am the driver. Stop overriding my decisions. ) Who made the deal with some starter manufacturer for that cockamamie crap? Its got to be bad on the starter to have to keep restarting at every stop. Maddening! My last point is in general for ALL automakers... Humans have legs! We need space for them when sitting in back seats! Little humans pointlessly kick things with their spazzy little legs. Maybe add about 12 to 18 more inches (per row of passenger seating) in your design phase for limbs that 99٪ of vehicular occupants posess. Believe me, there is room on the roads for minivans that could be 2 to 3 feet longer. Parents will thank you. Rear seat passengers will thank you. Oh and there's this... " ding, ding, ding, ding,... bing bong, bing bong, ... buzzzzzz.." STOP IT! Every darn thing makes a dinger or bingbonger go off! 2018 Pacifica... Needs: Room for actual humans in back. A real gearshift and MANUAL SHIFTING ability. How about a real manual transmission. With a clutch pedal and 5 speed manual? And the REAR VENT WINDOWS THAT OPEN!!! Kids fart. A lot! We all want the rear vent windows back! Does NOT need: Any more computer garbage trying to override the actual driver. More speeds in some trashy automatic slushbox excuse for a transmission.

DARCARS Volvo CarsReviews
DARCARS Volvo Cars review
I can’t say enough good things about my experience at DARCARS Fairfax! From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond to ensure my family and I felt confident and comfortable throughout our car-buying journey. A special shoutout to Kelly Vafadar, our sales consultant, who provided outstanding service! Her attention to detail, ability to clearly explain the key features of the Volvo we were considering, and genuine care made the process seamless. Kelly’s wealth of knowledge and attentiveness ensured my family was comfortable every step of the way, and her proactive approach to addressing potential issues was greatly appreciated. The General Manager, John, also took the time to personally address our concerns, demonstrating exceptional professionalism and care. Together with Kelly, they resolved every issue, leaving us completely satisfied. Ryan in finance was equally fantastic—patiently answering all our questions and working within our budget without making us feel rushed or pressured. Thanks to this amazing team, we drove away not only with a great car but also with peace of mind, knowing we were in capable and caring hands. I am proud to be part of such an amazing community. I’ll definitely be returning to DARCARS Fairfax for our next upgrade. Highly recommend!

2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

CarMax Frederick review
Brian Chanin did a great job working with me on my purchase. He was upfront with me on the whole process, because my budget was a big concern. We knew the car we wanted, but we were tight on funds. At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision. He just explained where we were during the discussion and make sure both my wife and I understood. Once the deal was in place, he checked in on us with the finance department, and even helped migrate the items from our trade in to our new car. Great experience.
2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

The salesman that contacted me was unable to find the car I wanted. I was very specific with what I wanted. He was very helpful in providing tips as to how I might go about finding the car I want.
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Prompt, knowledgeable responses to my inquiries. I’m hoping that WBM will be able to find me a vehicle.
2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.
