BMW of PeoriaReviews
BMW of Peoria review
My husband and I absolutely love this dealership! We’ve been doing business here for almost 4 years, with our most-recent purchase being earlier this month. Aaron Jones was our salesman for a second time, and he did not fail to come through again. He listens to his customers and tries his best to deliver. Every interaction that we’ve had at BMW of Peoria, from the front door, to management, to sales, to finance, to the service department have all been pleasant experiences. This dealership always has a really great selection of vehicles, and it is our dealership of choice!

Husband and I found a jeep we were interested in and contacted dealership to inquire. Kyle was very helpful, and got answers to all our questions in very timely manner, however since we live out of state the only time we could go inspect and drive vehicle Kyle was off so we then worked with Karen and Steve. Both were super to work with. We have purchased a good many cars thru the years. And after we purchased our jeep we both agreed this was the most easy no-hassle car buying experience we have had in recent years. So good to actually enjoy buying a car!

Mike Murphy Ford review
When I purchased my car, the service was excellent. Nathan was a great salesperson to work with. Recently I locked my keys in the car, the manager, whose name I believe is Mitch, was so very helpful and made sure that I was able to unlock my vehicle. I definitely recommend Mike Murphy to friends. I've been extremely satisfied with my Taurus and the service team.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Sarah Alcorn was very helpful and took very good care of me. She got me exactly what I was wanting . She had me pre-approved before I even came in. With my busy schedule this was very helpful.
2026 Chrysler Pacifica review
Big delay in the apple Carplay starting up. Plus the adaptive cruise control is not smooth at all. We have a 2019 Toyota Camry and its ACC is much smoother than the one in the 2026 Pacifica. The ride itself is comfortable. We had 5 adults and everyone had plenty of room.

I had done some shopping online but still had plenty of questions. Orlando at Sam Leman in Morton was very helpful and patient with me during the buying process. I normally do not enjoy car shopping or buying but Orlando made the experience for me much better than what I have had at other dealerships.

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

Uftring Montgomery Chevrolet Cadillac review
Best experience ever!! Thank you so much to the Uftring Weston Cadillac team for making my first Peoria car shopping experience the absolute best! Everyone from detailing & service, to the GM, the finance and sales department, and even the owner, Mark Weston, were there to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. It was absolutely a ten out of ten experience. They really listened to my wants and needs, there was never any pressure to buy anything and I never felt rushed. Being new to the area, I was a bit hesitant at first, but they were incredibly trust worthy, professional and attentive! My sales man, Scott Johnson, was the best salesman I could have ever asked for and the final sales price was exactly as we had negotiated. I am so happy with my new vehicle and absolutely loved the way everyone there goes above and beyond for their customers! If you are looking for a new or used vehicle in the Peoria area, I highly recommend going to Uftring Weston Cadillac on War Memorial Dr. I am absolutely certain you will not be disappointed.

I appreciate the hometown service. This is the way it is done. No pressure just facts and service. Salesman, Chuck is the Best and was helpful with all concerns along with great knowledge of the technology part in all cars now. The owner even talked to me as a friend with a caring attitude. If you want to stay in business, try their model of buying a car and getting customer service with a smile.

Uftring Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
Sarah Alcorn is so great to work with! She is very informative and answered all of my questions. I will be back for the next vehicle too!!
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

We found our vehicle on line and messaged about it. We were told it was sold, However, the next day we got a call from Hunter stating that it was in fact, not sold and to come as soon as we could. He had the vehicle warmed up for us and ready to take on a test drive. Cory Who is the sales manager was also wonderful to work with. Holly and their finance department is an amazing person. I would recommend anybody who needs a car to go to Heller. When you buy from them, it’s like you’re buying from family.
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

Heller Ford review
Over the years I have bought/leases a fair number of vehicles. You have those good and bad dealerships, but it's rare you get the good fortune of dealing with an exceptional dealership. I can honestly say I have only had three (3) exceptional dealerships that I had the pleasure of working with; Heller Ford is one of them. Look for further than Heller Ford for your vehicle needs. Although I did not buy a Ford, they sold me a Lucid Air that was on their used car lot. I really loath those dealers that run you around circles, throwing in extra fees, and just wasting my time. Heller is not one of them. They will give you the best deal they can. Thank you to Jason and Kris for your fine work!!!!

Pretty rare for me to leave a review, especially 5 stars on a dealership. Worked with Rich on a used SUV. Great experience and pretty quick in and out of the dealership too. Finance of course gives the options for warranties, and depending on your make/model could easily be worth it. They really weren't too pushy for the add ons, which is exactly why I would go back again. Also, the price is the price. No xx bait and switch. They look to be a very high volume dealer from the middle of nowhere Illinois simply because they don't play the games that we all hate. Very happy with my experience there.
2022 Chrysler Pacifica review
I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Were 2 hours away from the dealership and vehicle was delivered for us to test drive at our pace and purchased the vehicle via esign...gave me top price for my trade in and next time i'm in need of a vehicle I'm calling DJ and the wonderful people at Heller Ford.
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Heller Ford review
Probably the most hassle free and enjoyable, yes enjoyable car buying experience. I'm retired and have purchased at least 40 cars in my lifetime. This was as I said the easiest purchase. Onie was great. Very informative and sat with us to show all the features and explain them to us.
