I was visiting Ripon from out of town when I had the misfortune of having a punctured tire on my BMW. I showed up at the service department without an appointment asking for help with my plight. I was immediately greeted at the service door, and the Service Manager, Chad Campbell, got me in right away. In less than 30 minutes I was back on the road. I commend Homan Ford and Chad Campbell for exemplifying what customer service is all about. Thank you so very much for going above and beyond the call of duty to help me.
I spent several months looking for a diesel pickup. Ive compared prices from dealers all over the state. I can confidently say that my dollar went further at Summit than it would have gone at any other dealer. The prices on their inventory are very very fair.
So, we have a disabled daughter and needed a minivan for wheel chair lift and traveling purposes. We were planning on buying later in the year, but we thought we would look around and see what was out there.
Our first mistake: We went to Kolosso, and had a very bad experience. They tried to pressure us with false deadlines, wouldn't budge on the price and lied to us multiple times. I had enough.
I called Bergstrom in Oshkosh and talked to the manager, Mike M. And it was about the best thing I ever could have done. I felt no pressure, and he actually took the time to explain what everything was and ment.
He gave me a deal I could not pass up and we ended up getting a BETTER Chrysler Pacifica then the other dealership for LESS money. He even found extra rebates that Kolosso did not offer.
I am very satisfied and I will be shopping with Bergstrom in the future. I recommend stopping in and seeing what they can do for you.

I emailed them on a car to look at. They called to explain the car isn't available as major problems and going to auction. Then he offered other vehicles trying to help me find a used car I may be interested in. At the time, they didn't have a car; but so appreciated how they reached out to me.
I found my dream car at Reed Chrysler while doing an online search on a frigid Sunday afternoon in January. I drove 45 minutes to Beaver Dam just to drool at it in the warm glow of the showroom lights. I returned the next day after reading other glowing reviews of the fair and upstanding treatment at Reed, and I have to say I am really impressed by Reed Chrysler. I dealt with Scott Reed, used-car manager; he patiently let me paw all over the car as he answered questions for me. I was there for two hours just looking it over...he let me take my time. As a car-nut and collector, Scott was able to print off the original build sheet for the car that I had requested- a nice touch! He was very low-key with no pressure and made the purchase very, very pleasant. The price was more than fair for the vehicle; in fact it was the nicest pre-owned example I had ever seen...with the lowest mileage! Scott can cherry-pick the finest used vehicles and he has a great eye for true quality! The paperwork was handled quickly and without fuss...my hat's off to a great dealer team. The car needed a small bit of light paint and bodywork before delivery, and this was also completed well ahead of my expectations and with gorgeous results! I even got a ride from home 45 minutes away to pick up my new dream machine, clean as a whistle. Scott even helped me attach a few new accessories and paired my phone with the car's Blue&Me system! This is what a true-blue hometown family dealership can- and will- do to keep generations of other families coming back for their vehicles through the years. Well done! Summit Automotive is the best. They are there to help with purchasing a new or used vehicle with a no pressure sales force. I have purchased too many vehicles to count from this location and have not been disappointed by the experience and or service department. We currently own a Dodge Dakota (yes from 2008 runs like a top), 2017 Dodge Journey, 2008 Jeep, and a GMC Terrain. All purchased at Summit.. Keep up the great work.
