Brooklyn Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram review
This place is absolutly awesome. At first I was hesitant to go to brooklyn for a car. I live on Long Island and we all know how that Belt Parkway can be. I spoke to Leah several times by text. After going from dealership to dealership I was exhausted with the games they were playing. She assured me we would work out a deal and I would go home with a car that day. I also had a trade in that the other dealers were beating me up on( Make sure when you trade your car in they give you trade in value not wholesale value) Several dealers tried that game on me, not Brooklyn Dodge. I walked in we spoke for about 30 minutes and the manager Steve along Leah carved out the perfect deal. Traded my car in for a fair price, drove home with my beautiful 2025 Frostbite Blue Durango RT Plus. Respectful, treated me and my son as gentlemen. If you want a great deal on a car/ Truck this is definitely the place to go. 5 STARS 👍👍👍👍👍

Island Chrysler Dodge Jeep RamReviews
Island Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
Island Auto Group is the place for 🚗 Let me share my first car buying experience in New York. As someone with zero prior knowledge of how dealerships work, it was incredibly challenging and stressful at first. For over a month, I hunted for a reliable, low-mileage car with excellent safety features, low maintenance, and something within my budget. I ultimately decided between a Subaru Crosstrek or Mazda CX-5. I checked online sites like Cars.com, Carfax, and CarGurus, visited around 10 dealerships (both independent lots and franchises), made tons of phone calls, and even explored Carvana and CarMax. Too many places baited me with low online prices, only to pile on thousands in hidden fees once I showed up—things like mandatory down payments, wear-and-tear charges, inspection fees, and dealership add-ons. But from this experience, I learned a lot about how dealerships really work and gained some valuable knowledge: never fully trust the prices posted online without confirming the true out-the-door cost in person. After five frustrating in-person visits, I was ready to give up on traditional dealerships and just overpay at CarMax to avoid the headaches. That’s when I spotted a listing on Cars.com from Island Subaru. The vehicle photos clearly stated “No hidden fees, no extra fees – fully transparent OTD price.” Skeptical after so many bad experiences, I decided to try one last time and walked in without an appointment or even a phone call. Right away, I met sales representative Christopher Chavous (everyone calls him Chris). He was patient, professional, and didn’t bombard me with unnecessary questions or personal info. He showed me the Crosstrek I was interested in, sat with me for two detailed test drives, and explained all the features thoroughly. The standout moment? Chris gave me the true out-the-door price immediately—no games, no surprises, exactly matching the online listing with zero hidden fees. In an industry full of tricks, this level of honesty instantly built trust, which is everything when buying a car. After some fair negotiation, the manager approved a solid discount, and we sealed the deal that same day. Since it was Saturday and close to closing (they couldn’t finish the NY inspection), they went the extra mile and loaned me a brand-new Subaru Crosstrek to drive until Monday when my car was ready. Finance manager Yuri Miyakawa handled the paperwork smoothly, got me a great rate, and made everything straightforward. But Chris truly went above and beyond—he guided me through the entire purchase process and even helped set up my first car insurance. The initial quotes were sky-high for a new driver, but Chris personally called the insurance company, advocated on my behalf, and somehow got my rate reduced to half the original quote! That kind of dedication is rare. The whole team—the manager, Yuri, Chris, and the rest of the staff—was genuinely helpful and made me feel valued. I drove home in my Certified Pre-Owned Subaru Crosstrek Limited with just 9k miles, at the exact negotiated price, with all documents perfect, a full tank of gas, a fresh car wash, and three free oil changes for the first year. Island Subaru transformed a potentially nightmare first-time buying experience into something positive and memorable. Their transparency, honesty, and outstanding customer service set them apart. I’ll definitely recommend them to friends and family, and I’ll be back for my next car. Thank you, Island Subaru team—especially Chris for your incredible support throughout! 🚗💯
2022 Chrysler Pacifica review
I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Lester Glenn Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
I purchased a used vehicle on May 10 of 2025. I actually started the purchase on May 1, but it was for my business and took a little bit longer to secure funding, etc. I work with Frank, who was amazing. He was patient, kept me informed, helped me along in the process, and delivered the vehicle so smoothly. Zach, the finance gentleman, was also amazing. The entire process was smooth and easy, and I would absolutely go back.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I just purchased a new jeep wrangler from route 18 auto.I have purchased many new vehicles, usually from local dealerships. This time I travelled about 50 miles to rt 18 auto. It was well worth the trip. My sales person was”Ali G” Givehchi and he made this a very pleasant sales experience. Great dealership, nice people.
2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
We bought our Pacifica new, and have had it for two years now. The only problem we have had, is a (tiny) paint defect on the bumper lip which happened during build, and is covered by warranty. No other problems. Pacifica is well thought out, with luxury to spare! Not only do I recommend, but I would buy another one in a heartbeat, were the need were to arise! Beautiful van!!

Generation Nissan review
We drove far late at night in the cold weather and Sam really helped us make such a smooth purchases really one of the best we ever dealt with
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Thanks, Manny and Ostap. You were my salesman. Because of you, I got my dream car
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Had the older SUV version Pacifica & never had a problem in 8 years, excellent on road trips. When the new version came out I was hesitant to go back to a minivan look (kids are grown) but we do many road trips a year and need room and comfort. We got a 2017 Pacifica which exceeded our expectations on road trips by far! We camp in the back, luggage on roof, fabulous gas mileage! Even went to each coast for xmas in heavy snow up in NH Mtns & the car did great (We drive appx 5,000 each trip) The bad-back issues someone mentioned...I don't get it, the lumbar is fabulous, the seats are comfy, lots of leg room (we are in our late 50's and climb all around in that car and on the roof, no problem). However two years in we started to have electronic issues, had to replace the big battery ($300 or so, all the flashy safety features suck it up) then the small battery. Lots of the "alert" signs appeared for various things, but there wasn't ever a real problem. (Hate to say it but we have a lot of safety features turned off, not once have I trusted a back-up camera, we are SO old school) Then 4-1/2 years in, driving down the road, the transmission went. NOT happy! The warranty was still good for it and it was all taken care of, but still...a 3 1/2 year old car?? But we're keeping our car, I LOVE my Pacifica! I do believe ours, a 2017, since it was the first year of the re-made Pacifica's, was trial & error with issues, we should've waited till 2018! I would absolutely get another!

So far, excellent! I live in Boston and purchased one of their cars "sight unseen". They made every step of the process smooth and easy. From my initial call, Frank (Salesperson) was keeping me updated on where we were in the process and made sure that each question was answered. The car was damaged in transport to Boston but so far they are standing behind their sale and have pledged to take care of the damaged vehicle. Hope to have a very happy ending to this adventure.

2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

My husband and I came into this dealership because we saw a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland online and wanted to view it and test drive it. Michael helped us out throughout the whole process and we ended up purchasing the vehicle. I would recommend if you come in to try to get Michael to help you out.

The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.

2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

Pine Belt CadillacReviews
Pine Belt Cadillac review
I went to a few dealerships before I chose pine Belt Cadillac. I had different options and different numbers to compare and knew the SUV . I wanted. Got to test drive different models just to make sure I got the one I wanted with the upgrades I tried different SUVs. My sales girl.Gina DiCave took a lot of time to put me in a car that would suit me. She took alot of time explaining to me the vehicle, as I have never had a Cadillac SUV before she was so patient and no pressure since I’m older and don’t have time to be pressured into some thing. Just want to know about what I’m paying for and how all this new technology works. She set my car up and told me to call her if I get stuck on anything. General Sales manager Marc Stango Also went over the numbers and gave me the best deal. I left the dealership feeling comfortable with the dealership and I just love my new XT 5. With all the New safety features. Ask for Gina DiCave when you go to Pine Belt Cadillac in Toms River NJ!

I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

Bought a few vehicles from B&B, can’t write anything negative about my experience either time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to others. They will go above and beyond to help you. A few weeks after I purchased a car, a check engine light came on, (loose wire) they took care of it promptly on the spot. The light never came back on.

We had a great experience with Kelsey at Imperial. When we left the dealership because it didn’t seem like a deal was possible, she continued to put in the work to try to make something happen. She called the next day with a new idea and it worked out great. We definitely recommend Imperial!

Big delay in the apple Carplay starting up. Plus the adaptive cruise control is not smooth at all. We have a 2019 Toyota Camry and its ACC is much smoother than the one in the 2026 Pacifica. The ride itself is comfortable. We had 5 adults and everyone had plenty of room.
