2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser review
I just bought a 2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser GT Turbo from a used car dealership in Virginia Beach to replace my 2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser (base model) that I had wrecked. I love the PT Cruiser's retro styling and roominess--outwardly, this car looks just like my old car, though it has a bit more bling (chrome detailing). Inside, it's got all the bells and whistles--leather seating, sunroof, heated seats, and a sound system that takes 6 CDs. (Yes, I still listen to my music that way!) Under the hood, I also appreciate the turbo engine, which has LOTS more pickup than my old base model PT. So far, it's been very reliable, though I have only had it for 10 days.

2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser review
Bought it 6 months ago, put on 7500 miles, now has 159,000. Not one problem, AC gets a bit cranky when above 100 degrees. Only cost two oil changes. Itza keeper. Now looking for a convertible version. Dont be afraid of high miles on these fun cars.

2009 Chrysler PT Cruiser review
I got my 2009 PT cruiser this past May for $300. It was Is wrecked , left front headlight and finder and wiped out the lower control arm. Except for that this PT cruiser was in excellent condition I mean everything in it works and no interior damage what so ever She just needed a little T L C , which I gave her I replaced the lower control arm headlight and finder cleaned it inside and out Did a l o f and tuned it up , and with 92,000 thousand miles on the2.4L this PT cruiser runs excellent At this point , buying it and fixing it I am right at a Thousand dollars invested I have had two officers, one for 3,500 the other for 4,200 Which I turned down I can't get anything this nice that runs so excellent for the money I drove a rental PT cruiser many years ago, and it ran good I love my PT cruiser and plan on buying some fixer uppers to save for myself Every car made has some kind of issues , one time or another If you get a chance , check a PT cruiser out

2008 Chrysler PT Cruiser review
My daughter's 2018 Toyota Rav4 developed a leaky head gasket at about 84,000 miles.... and the check oil warning light never came on! Result: Engine is shot! I mention this because some people complain that the PT Cruiser had a problem with head gaskets. Guess what... ALL cars these days, including mighty Toyotas... can develop a leaky head gasket. If you can find a clean PT, with all maintenance records, AND the timing belt/water pump, etc replacement has been done, you can feel good about buying it.

Back seats come out, making plenty of room for dogs, equipment, golf clubs, whatever. Mileage not as good as I would like, but not bad either, avg around 21 mpg.

2008 Chrysler PT Cruiser review
Been driving my 05 since 2009 and it’s still going. It has 240k and ticking. Bought it in 09 with like 60k miles to get a GTO cheaper lol. It’s my daily driver as the GTO rarely driven. I’d get another but will admit the maintenance is kinda high overall. But what do you expect from an almost 30 year old car and 14 years of ownership with long commute to work

2006 Chrysler PT Cruiser review
I love the RETRO LOOK. The PT Cruiser's design was based on the 1934 Chrysler Airflow. I love how it handles, very sporty and responsive. The seats sit you up high, so wonderful visibility. Great get around town car. Great cargo space! The back seats flip down flat so, you have the same cargo room as an SUV. Power driver's seat, power windows & door locks, power sliding sunroof w/rain guard, 4 door-windows w/ rain guards, rear defroster & wiper, 2 keys, radio w/CD, A/C runs cold. It was my favorite car ever.

2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser review
I bought a used 2005 chrysler pt cruiser a few years ago. My wife found in in Trenton , NJ. It was a one owner with just over 30,000 miles on it. We only drove it a few blocks, tried the convertible top and was sold on it. I had a small accident a few years ago but it was fixed fantastic like new. I love my car everything works like new and always getting some compliants Inferno Red Black Top Will never sell it!

2009 Chrysler PT Cruiser review
PT Cruiser. Not a name that conjures excitement for many car enthusiasts and for many different reasons. But the reason I still give my '09 PT Cruiser Limited 5/5 stars is simply the added bells and whistles that are minute individually, but combined, make this one of the best cars I've ever owned. First, the 2.4 turbo engine make it feel more like a VW Jetta. Also, heated leather seats and Boston stereo speakers make you feel as those you paid way more than you did for this wagon. Chrome finishings and limousine tinted windows on the exterior and interior keep it a head-turner. I'm gonna say it again, just because I honestly never saw myself driving one, let alone owning one. PT Cruiser. Try it. You might love it.

Rides nice and is easy to get around in. Plenty of room in the back for stuff. I have been to the recycling place, junkin and shopping and had plenty of room. I also was able to fit a queen size adjustable bed from the store with ease.

2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser review
I bought this jalopy for 3500. 2001 pt cruiser limited. 80.000 miles. It needed some work, brakes, bushings, new power steering pump. Probably needs a timing belt and new water pump, but for something that’s 21 years old..it’s obviously in need of some work, as long as it’s not an engine or transmission. I’m ok with it. Mileage in this day of 5 dollars a gallon gas sucks at around 20 mpg. But it starts and runs. In ok shape. I’m happy so far.

Roseville Auto Sales review
This is my 2nd great experience at Roseville Auto Sales. My first great experience was about 3 years ago. Todd also helped me last time, and I'd been in communication with Matt via email. However, I had just purchased a nice 2000 Ford Focus from there that had been on their lot for awhile, but I did the research beforehand so knew the history of the car etc, so knew what I was getting into. They're always laid back there, and you ask for keys for whatever car(s) you want to test drive, and you can take your time inspecting under hood, starting them, then test driving them. Once you make up your mind on a purchase, all the paperwork takes less than 30 minutes and you're out the door. Thank you Todd and Matt for a very pleasant experience, I'll be back again in a couple years. They did mention they've been open 29 years roughly and have sold over 29,000 cars, which I believe, they stay pretty busy and overall have a very good selection of cars, a lot have high miles but some have moderate miles and are very reasonable. 2004 Chrysler PT Cruiser review
I bought my first (sadly dream car) after selling my c3500 for a 2004 pt cruiser last year. Now at first it was the cheapest quickest car I could buy in a flash due to growing family. However the little Chrysler that could grew on me. I bought it with just over 150k km and quickly got just under 200k km. Now I know many will judge; but this little car went almost 50k km without any work or any oil changes or maintainance. I should mentioned this cars from way up north Canada so she sees ALOT of road salt snow and mud. Also I should mention this car is my and my sons “hunting buggy” we have over sized off-road tires and 30% of the time it’s running mud and gravel roads/off-roading. Only recently have I had to change my power steering hose and have a wheel bearing, hub, alignment and a new set of tires thrown on it. That’s incredible for those of you that don’t know. Now she does have her quirks like the interior lights due to rke module and the power locks (same issue) but unlike most vehicles, just pull one fuse and problem fixed; you just don’t have power locks (boo-hoo) It’s also loud on the interior when you pull the seat from the back and haul cargo. But good luck turning your civic into a pickup truck with more issues. Long story short this has now been the second longest lasting and most reliable vehicle I’ve owned aside from aforementioned truck that I had 10k$ Custom builds into. Now she’s been running myself wife and three kids (yes this car fits three car seats and weekends worth of camping gear) for a little over a year without any issues other then I’ve caused.

2008 Chrysler PT Cruiser review
I bought my 2008 Cruiser in 2011 used with 30k miles on it. It's been 13 years and I STILL have it. It now has 170k miles and it didn't start having issues until maybe 2 or 3 years ago. First thing that cut out was the AC but I consider that a luxury and can't afford to get it fixed so I've been driving without it for a while. Maybe 5 years ago the suspension had to be replaced and the camshaft sensor had to be replaced like 3 times over the course of a year. About 3 years ago the radiator blew and needed to be replaced. And just last year ('23) the control arm needed to be replaced, and it started giving me issues overheating. Just this month (August '24) it needed a coolant flush, new thermostat, new radiator fan, and fuel pump. But with all the old car repairs, every time something is fixed, it keeps going and the repairs hold up. This little car has lasted longer than I ever thought it would and I'm going to keep it going as long as I can. Other than engine issues as the car has aged, the rest of it is decent. Good leg room, surprising amount of space. It's gotten me through 3 moves and I've packed so many moving boxes in there I didn't need to rent a moving van. I'm 35 now and still driving around my first car (mainly because I'm poor but whatever). I have so many good memories with this cat and I'm so glad it's lasted so long.
