We were on our way to our daughter's in PA for Thanksgiving when the water pump & serpentine belt went on our 2500. Travis and the team at Whitten Brothers were FANTASTIC! They took care of the problem in record time & got us back on the road so we could enjoy the holiday with our family. Ten stars...oh heck no, these guys earned 12 out of 10 stars! I would recommend them in a heartbeat!
Everybody we talked to at Whitten Brothers was amazingly nice. From the first phone call, they made the whole process of buying a new truck painless. Riley was a blast: so full of energy and personable. I think he was more excited by the truck than we were. Cindy was the first person my wife talked to and she was able to set up most everything right away (we were pretty sure which truck we wanted). The finance gentleman was very knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to go through all of our options. The service department was great and helped get all the extras we needed (the fitted rubber floor mats are worth it!). And they offer state inspections for life and an extended warranty. We are not the easiest customers as we are always looking for a great deal, however Cathy handle everything with honesty and great customer service. After a lot of research whitten Brothers did offer what I was looking for and Cathy made it a happy experience
I enjoyed the initial "chat" online which moved to conversations with Riley and ended with working with Ray on finance and Warranty. This is how it should be as the price was fair and had some fun instead of "playing". Thanks again for the good work.
I typically dread going to an auto dealership because I don't enjoy games and haggling. That's why Whitten Brothers of Ashland was a pleasant surprise. From the time we found vehicles online that we wanted to test-drive until we drove our Jeep home, every person at Whitten Brothers of Ashland was professional and friendly. Our sales associate Rick Condrey was knowledgeable and respectful and most importantly, he didn't pressure us. The managers, finance staffers and others were a pleasure to work with. It was my first car-buying experience at Whitten Brothers, but it won't be my last.
I wanted to send a short note saying thank you for the positive experience my son and I had buying the 2017 Dodge Ram from Whitten Bros. Cathy was professional and kept the process moving along. James in service was very helpful in answering some technical questions about long term care and history of the truck. All together much better than dealing with some of the nationwide chain dealerships.

CarLotz sold me a 2015 Honda Civic. Jarratt, the salesman, was straightforward, knowledgeable, and provided great service. The car itself is clean and in good condition. No pressure sales tactics or shady negotiating. It was a great buying experience.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
If your headed to Whitten Bros., ask for Bruce Anderson! He was a pleasure to talk to and he doesn't beat around the bush. Very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to get you what you desire! By far the best dealership I ever worked with, the atmosphere was energized. Thank You for the experience I will never forget!

Jon and the team made the buying process easy, keeping us informed every step of the way. The only reason for a 4 out of 5 stars is that it became clear the finance guy wasn't happy when we declined additional coverage. But overall a great experience.
I have been buying cars for a very long time. I have dealt with many stereotypical car guys and I have never met a sales professional like Chris Anderson! Why this guy isn’t in management somewhere I don’t know!
Knowledgeable, friendly dealership through the entire process. From on-line communications (Cindy) to communications with sales associate (Monty Baker) to sales manager (Sherry) as well as Jeff and others in the tower. Thanks for everything, Jeff PS, can;t forget about Big Dan, great experience.
