Western Motors Merced review
Frank took great care of my wife and I. I called in the morning to inquire on an 18 Maxima. The car was located in Merced at their other lot. By the time I got off work, the car was in Fresno washed and ready. Negotiations were not stressful compared to my previous 11 purchases. When we are ready to trade in our other car, we'll be looking forward to working with Frank again.

Madera Chevrolet review
Just wanted information on a possible trade in, the staff didn't try to get me to buy a vehicle just for the sale. I explained my situation, asked my questions and concerns, they were very fast and helpful. I will definitely look to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Martha is friendly and very helpful.
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

2022 Chrysler Voyager review
The first car/van I have purchased in 20 years. It is 3 years old with currently 50,000 miles. Have owned it now for 4 months. It is one of nicest and most equipped cars/vans that I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned 27 vehicles. The V6 engine has plenty of pick up. Also, very economical on gas. I am pleased with the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership of Leesburg, Florida where I purchased it. Their sales and service department are outstanding. I recommend this van to anyone looking for a well equipped passenger van for the money.

To me these reviews all sound like everyone wants what they want this is a business that’s selling used cars a tip to help new buyers. You are given a 500 mile or 15 day warranty take the car you buy down to the original dealership or any mechanic have them do a over all inspection if anything is wrong with the car that the warranty covers take it back to the place you bought it from and they are legally obligated to fix it at their expense not yours because it falls under the warranty also make sure you buy GAP INSURANCE AND ANY OTHER EXTENDED WARRANTIES REMEMBER THIS IS YOUR MONEY AND INVESTMENT!!!!! Hope that helps anyone out on here or anyone looking for a car. I AM NOT A LAWYER & THIS INFORMATION IS BASED ON A PERSONAL EXPERIENCE…..

2020 Chrysler 300 review
I LOVE this car, my 2020 Touring L in Canyon Sunset is STUNNING! I have only one issues, don't see it here yet. The passenger seat is a PROBLEM! I believe it is a true design flaw, when you attempt to move the seat forward, it also raises the height of the seat, placing my wifes knees, about 2 inches from the dash. If you try to lower it, it also moves backwards at the same time. Who decided that if you need the seat forward, you MUST need it raised as well? I can't stop hearing about this from the wife, wonder if someone could drill some new holes, and move the darn thing backwards... would seem the only way to try to cure the issue.

Lithia Hyundai of Fresno review
This is an updated review from the original I posted a couple of weeks ago. I'm very happy to say that it's a positive improvement. The response from the dealership led to a resolution we are extremely satisfied with. We felt heard, and, once we were in contact with the right people, they were nothing but professional when addressing the situation. We will return to this dealership for future Hyundai needs. The 4/5 stars is simply due to the fact that things weren't seamless from the get go. But, they have a 5 star rating from us when it comes to the General Managers view on customer service. Our original issue had to do with the availability of the right trim of the vehicle being available after we had driven from out of town. We did end up buying a car from this dealership once the correct one was available. This is 100% due to their approach to customer service. Top notch.
2022 Chrysler Pacifica review
I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

This was the most relaxed and efficient purchase my wife and I have ever made. We were in and out with a RAV4 in less than two hours, including a test drive. The salesman, Joshua, was fantastic. There was zero pressure to buy but lots of information and help in making our decision.

Meets my needs. Wish the back wings opened. Needs more USB ports. One thing I really don't like is the fact the engine shuts off when stopped for traffic lights.

Armando helped my nephew with the purchase of an extended warranty and the process was flawless. My nephew Braxton purchased his 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited in Las Vegas through another dealer yet Armando and Turlock CDJR acted as the perfect automotive consultants for my family. In the end - it only made sense to purchase our extended warranty through Turlock CDJR. The ease of doing business with this very special dealership was night and day from our experience with the Las Vegas dealership - as a family we won’t purchase another vehicle especially a brand new Chrysler- Dodge - Jeep or Ram from anyone else. Thank you Armando and Vijay and everyone at Turlock CDJR for delivering an automotive buying experience people dream of - you made our decision making process effortless and for that you have our deepest gratitude and respect! Thank you!

2018 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid review
I have a wonderful 2018 Pacifica Hybrid that I charge with a 7.2 kWh charging station that costs $300 with the optional weather tight receptacle and extra holster! It presently has 76,572 miles with absolutely no problems with anything. I enjoy 20,000 miles between oil changes (due to driving on battery power 50% of the time). I usually average around 28 to 32 miles per charge before the engine starts! Once the engine kicks in, I obtain around 28 to 36 mpg fuel economy using Top Tier gasoline! (Please Note, the first month I owned it, I was only getting 22 mpg). However, at the first month a competent dealer REPROGRAMMED the computer (netting the present mpg). You may be able to find a plug in hybrid that does better. However, you can’t find a seven (7) seat hybrid that is comfortable for six full size Americans driving long distances? Add in the fact that the floor is absolutely FLAT, the second row seats are fairly easy to remove if you need the extra storage! I plan on purchasing another one by the time I put around 100,000 miles on this one (only because that is the warranty on the high voltage battery in my State!). I usually go for weeks at a time without visiting a gas station. If I wanted to I could recharge along most major highways for FREE (if I wanted to wait around for an hour and a half (1 hour 45 minutes))! I hope they are able to increase the high voltage battery capacity in future models (Graphene battery, changing battery chemistry or allowing more of the existing battery to be utilized! I highly recommend this vehicle! Lloyd Mason [email protected]

Lithia Hyundai was a great experience for me. Thank you to Raul for his best customer service & Sebastian as well! :)
2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid review
I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that.
