Pleasant young man. When I go shopping for cars I hate high pressure sales pitch people. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no pressure but lots of helpful information. He has called to follow up and still no pressure, but wanted me to remember his name so I wrote it down. I'm not ready to buy now however I'm impressed by his courteous demeanor. I will definitely be back when I'm 100% ready to buy a car. In a way I feel bad I'm not ready to buy the car so I wanted to at least leave a good review, I know most of the time the only reviews are the negative ones and I try to make it a point when I receive good service to point it out and let management know a good impression was made. Beautiful facility, shows great promise and still head and shoulders above the other local Jeep dealership (Galeana) but 6 contacts and an about hour to only schedule the appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and them to see if something qualifies for a warranty issue.... unacceptable. No appointments available for at least two weeks out and no way to confirm appointment time online or even by phoning the dealership directly. They can???t even tell you who your service advisor is... once I arrived I found I didn???t even need an appointment after all because they dont handle that type of warranty work for Mopar Service Plans. I have to call Chrysler direct to schedule. Service advisor seemed nice enough but not very knowledgeable and pretty stressed. They???re new so I???ll cut some slack, but guessing management needs to do some better training. Still not sure about why it took 6 contacts to schedule an appointment.. there must have been 15 girls in a bullpen area that handle scheduling who were seemingly just sitting around and chatting. Not great, but not as awful as Galeana. Will give them a second chance and re-review.
The good: Everyone I dealt with was friendly from start to finish I got out in an hour for an oil change/tire rotation/etc, which I've come to expect from Jeep dealers('17 Cherokee) Price was a couple bucks less than quoted online. The bad: I can't read your service advisory sheet, the dots are gray, light gray, and a lighter gray No communication from service adviser on what needed to be taken care of...it looks like brake fluid and maybe transmission fluid but I can't tell because of the gray sheet. Whatever happened to the green/red/yellow? I asked on the appointment sheet for someone to look at my Sirius XM as I am not receiving all the channels I pay for and I've had Sirius try to fix it numerous times. I also asked on the appointment booking to have someone look at the left rear speaker as it sounds garbled. Now, I'm not taking any stars away for this because I didn't verbally communicate it, but I did see it requested on the sheet, but these services were not performed. Car was parked in BFE when it was completed. Like behind the service bays garage 6 rows deep. No idea why. I had to set off my panic just to find the xxxx thing. I almost had to take an Uber. Car wasn't washed (I was promised a complementary car wash upon arrival from the service adviser). You're convenient because I live in the cape. But I get better service in Fort Myers. I think you had the chance to earn my business, and you failed.
I was happy with the service, Brian Marshall was very professional.. The only problem he is a Packer fan, I need him to come around and be a VIKINGS fan. I'll come back again.
