We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

bought 2018 Pacifica in January 2019. lowest base model they had. no power doors or power folding seats (manual so nothing to break later). was disappointed in navigation option (looked like it was included, but was not). we ended up using android auto and that works ok so not a big deal. love the power. 3.6 liter engine gets us onto freeway with 7 people and luggage very quickly and easily. auto engine off at stops is great gas saving feature along with 9 speed auto transmission. no issues with transmission after 5 years of usage. plenty of space for storage. 2018 model complaint. no auto headlight on/off. Really Chrysler? that should have been a no brainer default in this day and age. Purchase price was $40,000 for the base model. (I always like to know what people paid for the car :)

(010924: 88657m) I love the car, hands down, a "true legend"...extremely reliable, rides nice and smooth, great wheelbase for NE winter season, have not had to put much expense-wise in to replacement parts since July 2017 purchse @ 48500m. Emissions Recall taken care of no cost at a DCJ dealership...top two fav. features are: the rounded dash near int. windshield and the OEM rims...genuine MOPAR, all the way! i wish for the resons given that they could have extended production by another year or two...three years was not long enough...Thank You so much 'FiatChrysler'...as well, Jeff Hammoud and Christian Farcas...an awesome car if there ever was...again, a "true legend"! Thank you to all involved...many more miles ahead with my 200 Lmt....

I think 2011 through 2014 is the same body style my car is a 2013 I absolutely love it it's never let me down I have $405,000 miles on it it has the four-cylinder which this editor found short of horsepower but I have plenty of horsepower I think to get up and go is superb with my 4 cylinder 2.4 and 6-speed automatic transmission I have topped the car out and it will go as fast as speedometer says and I enjoy the gas mileage of between 31 and 42 miles a gallon, the only thing I will say is this body style does not throw enough Heat on the passenger side so if you have kids or passengers this is not the care for you my car is a work car I drive back for it to work or anywhere else but I do not drive passengers in it in the winter I would recommend a 12-volt heater for the passenger side in the winter because of the design

I bought my Crossfire used (second owner) and am extremely happy with her. I first saw her online and knew immediately that THIS WAS MY CAR. I went to the dealership that advertised her, text drove, and without hesitation, purchased. She does leak a little tranny fluid and I have to put the top down manually but I don't mind a bit. She's gorgeous. And fast. And I love her to pieces!

I am sad that Chrysler is no longer making the 300 model. Even if it could be revived as a hybrid. I currently get over 30 mph on the highway and mid 20 mph in the city. It literally idles along at around 1500 rpms or less at 55 mph. At 8 years of age, its exterior and interior look new.

I just purchased a used Chrysler 300 limited. The car is by far the most comfortable, quiet car i have ever owned. I have owned mostly Chrysler products and they have really refined the 300 over the years. It has plenty of power and my 300 is highly optioned so I have all the convenience features i could ever want. I really hope they keep making the 300. So many makes are getting rid of passenger cars and that's a shame.

I LOVE this car, my 2020 Touring L in Canyon Sunset is STUNNING! I have only one issues, don't see it here yet. The passenger seat is a PROBLEM! I believe it is a true design flaw, when you attempt to move the seat forward, it also raises the height of the seat, placing my wifes knees, about 2 inches from the dash. If you try to lower it, it also moves backwards at the same time. Who decided that if you need the seat forward, you MUST need it raised as well? I can't stop hearing about this from the wife, wonder if someone could drill some new holes, and move the darn thing backwards... would seem the only way to try to cure the issue.

Great family car but road noise needs improvement. I currently have about 59,260 miles on this car which I bought new in 2009, So far my unscheduled maintenance cost is $93.25 for a brake pedal switch in 2017.

My truck has been in many times over the years for regular maintenance and service and she never disappoints! She takes the time to make sure everything gets fixed and advises me on the unseen issues. She’ll call me and say , we noticed this or that and asks me if I would like to fix it while it’s there and I usually always do! Just so you know, I promise you that despite the all 5-stars, this is not a fake review. This was the second time that my wife and I were in the market for a gently used Chevy. Of course, there is another Chevy dealership in the Brockton area, but when we bought from them, it was your typical high-pressure, impersonal used car sales treatment--in other words, we were not very important to them, just a milestone on the way to their quota. Fast forward to 2022. We met Dave Neudeck at McLaughlin for the first time. It was proverbial night and day. He went the extra mile to get us into a vehicle that met our needs--an almost-new Equinox we did not realize was available at a great price and rate. Now, fast forward to this week (April 2023). I was thinking of trading in our Malibu to get an Equinox for myself (so my wife's would not be lonely). No hesitation, I called Dave. He returned my call quickly and we made an appointment. Plot twist: we just rescued a dog that still has separation anxiety . He said, no problem, bring him in too. While we test drove the Equinox, Dave kept our pup company in the back seat! Dare I say, between him and Joel in the finance office (who asked the right questions and got us a rate and a lender that not only saves us money, but is convenient for us--we already have an existing relationship with them; the other place sent us somewhere else that we never heard of before). Bottom line, buying a car at McLaughlin was actually a pleasant experience. And Dave has customers for life (and a new friend in our canine companion!) So, if you are in the Brockton area, skip the big guys and go to Whitman to McLaughlin and ask for Dave Neudeck. He--and the rest of the folks there (great service dept. too)--will treat you right.

We wanted another dodge Durango, until we drove a Pacifica, we love it and would recommend to anyone, it handles better than our Mercedes or jaguar

We do recommend the Chrysler 300S with the 5.7L engine. Although it has spirited performance, the 2023 300C with the 6.4L engine is noticeably faster. Seats are very comfortable and the air conditioning is powerful. We got an honest 25mpg on our recent 1100 mile trip. Although I am a poor judge of infotainment systems, this one appears entirely adequate. The only mechanical problem was the need to replace all the original brake rotors. It took more than two months for the dealer to receive factory replacements. As of this date new ones are still available. You will like this car.

I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.
