We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Dorsch Kia was the most consistent when i needed a response. I did not do business because another dealer had free oil changes. I would like to add that if that sales pitch wasn’t there I would have given Dorsch my business.

This is the greatest car I have ever laid my eyes upon. The interior, the color palette, and the sight of the car left me in awe. It even has apple car play.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

I was concerned when my charging voltage showed that the battery wasn't charging. I had only seen my vehicle. Do that shortly after I had purchased it, and then recently had a battery replaced, and had forgotten about the feature. To save fuel, it reduces the output of the alternator when not needed. I am thinking now that the last battery I had purchased must have been defective.

Dorsch (Ron & Dallas) were a pleasure to deal with when it came to purchasing my vehicle. I never purchased a used car from an out of state dealer that was so far from me. The process can be scary but they provided me with various pictures, videos, and all the information to formulate my decision. I flew in from New York and they arranged to have me picked up from the airport. The negotiation process was pretty simple as well. I drove the car back over 1,000 miles without a hiccup. We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!

We were in the market for an affordable 2nd vehicle. Nothing fancy just reliable transportation to drive to work, and home. We found a high-mileage Impala that looked clean. The test drive was good, and we purchased the car. We ended up with some issues after the purchase. Long story short Tom stood behind his car sale and fixed everything. It's maybe how you approach a dealer with an issue is how it gets handled. We're happy with our whole experience.

A good car relatively stable in good conditions the only things that annoy me about the car is how slow the transmission is the engine makes good enough power for it but the transmission just sucks at shifting on time and can confuse itself. The other issue is the bulid quality on it. after ten years it starts to rust understandably but the seats are degrading and things no longer fit together like they should.

I know that God plants us where he wants us grow! Meet new ppl etc. Well we met a great man of God today and a man who has integrity!! All around just a wonderful human being. I have enjoyed this car very much. It has 105000 miles and hasn't given me any problems. This is my fourth Chrysler van. The first one got 300,00 miles before I junked it. It was still running very good, but it was over 20 years old.

Great service and 24,000 mile warranty. Great down payment. I will definitely be back

My problem with this vehicle is the exterior paint. my van experience clear coat and paint damage from exposure to the sun, I spoke to an auto body persone who informed me of the issue of poor quality paint that did not have UA protection in it. This only occured to the surfaces exposed to direct sunlight.

This van is perfect for hauling our three kids and two dogs around. The stow and go is very handy for our active lifestyle. We are particularly excited about being able to haul bicycles inside the van. There is a thrumming sound which we believe to be coming from the rear breaks that we are going to have checked out. We love our new (to us) van!

All of the staff members were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed that they came in and gave updates on my car. Also very nice accommodations in the waiting room.
