Our experience with Chapman Ford of Horsham was our second time dealing with a Chapman Auto Group Dealership. Both experiences were fantastic! We placed our order with Ashlie for a 2024 Ford F150. She was very helpful throughout the process and kept us up to date on our order status. Once the truck arrived at the dealership, we worked with John to get the lease deal figured out. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. When we arrived to pick up the truck, we worked with Liz who also handled our Grand Cherokee pick up and is always a pleasure to work with. Steve in sales helped to find a last minute offer from Ford and saved us some additional money on the truck which was very much appreciated! Finally, Kyle assisted in finalizing the financing. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and was able to answer any questions we had. The process was very quick but did not feel rushed. Before we write this review and you read it, ask yourself this question "who drives 1 hour and 22 minutes to ANY dealership to purchase a new vehicle?" We did, and we did it TWICE IN 2023 AND JUST THIS PAST WEDNESDAY 2026. Plenty Infiniti dealers here in NJ but we chose to go back To Nick the salesperson and Joe the finance manager in PA because of their attention to detail, their professionalism and the genuine concern for the customers repeatedly both time we leased a automobile. Nick walked us thru the whole process, took time to setup all the bells and whistles and made the experience pleasurable! You never hear that from people purchasing or leasing a new car. Never. This again was handled by two gentlemen committed to the customer over the top. Joe took much time explaining all of our options(tire and wheel insurance, etc etc) recommending different options without, yes without the HARD SELL! a PLEASURE TO WORK WITH US. Frankly you could not find a better team anywhere within the northeast corridor. If we could give them a 10 we wuld without hesitancy. Go visit them You will leave very, very happy with your new car!
2014 INFINITI Q60 review
This car is so fun to drive. It’s so fast and quick handles like a dream heated seats back up camera and pearl white paint. You can’t go wrong with this one. There is nothing wrong with this car.

I purchased my car a few years ago from CarShop & have always been very happy with it. Close to the 4th of July my car started acting up & needed attention right away so it could be drive-able. No other mechanic near where I live could work on it until almost a week after the holiday. I ended up calling the CarShop & told them I did purchase my car from them although not recently & told them my problem & they said to bring it in right away the same morning I called. They even provide courtesy rides within a certain distance from the shop so I ended up not having to get a rent a car. The car was fixed that afternoon & drove better than it has in a long time. They told me they do all kinds of work, even inspections. Their garages are air conditioned & very clean too so the mechanics can stay to finish your vehicle & not leave early due to temperature changes. The charges to fix my car were better or equal to other garages & the quality of work was amazing for the money. Most of the time they can take you the same day as you need them so no rent a car costs. I am surely going back to the CarShop in Glen Mills for future work. Also the staff is wonderful too; I spoke a lot to Eric, and also to Lisa & Morgan. They are all very helpful & kind.

2018 Audi S5 review
Love the car only had a coolant pump issue but ever since it's been smooth sailing. The car is gorgeous and incredibly comfortable with beautifully designed interiors. Mercedez Benz of Lehigh Valley, Pa provided a unique experience for me this recent interaction. My c300 had a strong unusual gasoline odor in the garage suddenly. I had called MB of LV on a Thursday, going into Presidents' Day holiday weekend. My experience began with: *Telephone/reception : Leillani *Service Advisor: Juan Martinez (1 of 6 service advisors, very hard working with an overfill of workorders and facing challenges regarding courtesy loaners at the time. Yet handling all customer transports through shuttle service which was timely and professional) *Technician: Rick Dombroski *Valet staff, all of them! Juan Martinez explained from first interaction in a very efficient, clear, concise, professional and in ELITE manner the process of vehicle handling. Covering initial multipoint inspection of the vehicle in general, plus recommendations of maintenance and potentially beyond the diagnostics of my reason of bringing the vehicle in the first place. Very clear, to the point. Punctual. This being on a Thursday, resulted in follow up and further diagnostics through the Friday and work performed over the weekend into Monday, the technician and efforts resulted in going above and beyond in attempts to replicate the gasoline smell by filling the gas tank. After extensive trials and diagnostics, situations was resolved Tuesday as promised. Furthermore, it was discovered and recommended for subframe work. Which can be a costly job concerning critical quality component of such vehicle to remain in elite luxury condition. All the work was completed as promised and professionally manicured to exceed expectations of quality and resolve. Juan Martinez, not only impressed upon me as a recent customer, but confirmed the values of integrity, honesty, professionalism, and service truly to reflect the name and brand values of Mercedez Benz of Lehigh Valley. Thank you Juan for this elite, excellent, and positive experience with your team, department, and dealership. Execution was exquisite and exceeded my expectations indepth. Juan Martinez earned my trust and loyalty for not only the MB of LV dealership but for the automobile industry, as I have seen in the past varying degrees in differences of results as well as efforts regarding many challenges met unsuccessfully to satisfaction or expectation as a customer. Juan Martinez may be 1 of many within the field of service advisory, but he and MB of LV are 1 of 1 in my experience. I strongly recommend them and the group at MB of LV for any needs for your luxury vehicle experience. The deep attention to details was a key factor I noticed by the entire team. 2021 Porsche 911 review
992 C2S. Best performance car I’ve ever drivin. Can’t think of any negatives. People complain about the price but 100,000 for a suv or loaded pickup is ok. Took years to finally acquire this car , happy it finally became a reality.

Just wanted to leave a review about my experience with Main Line and dealing with my salesman Adam Corenzwit, from the min he got back in touch with me, and that was right away he walked me Thur the deal step by step and answered all my questions with honesty and integrity, I never in my life have dealt with such an upfront and sincere straight forward salesman as I did in Adam even when I had doubts about moving forward he told me even if you don’t buy the car from us make sure you buy a car with these options because if will hurt in the long run, I asked him why he told me this even know I wasn’t going to move forward with the car they where selling, and he told me once you drive this car it’s not going to be your first of many of them your going to buy so even know it didn’t work out this time hope to do business with you in the future, it’s all about building relationships that’s what sets Main Line apart from the rest, he wasn’t kidding this guy answered my texts on the weekends when he was off and at night because of my hectic work schedule, if I can give him 6 Stars I would have, hands down the best experience buying a car I ever had from start to finish it was smooth and never once pushy like other dealerships and even called me after I left with the car and told me my phone is always on if you have any questions or problems you want to address I’m always a phone call away, he offered to stay late if I couldn’t make it on time to pick Up the car, offered to come in to meet me on his day off, guy is a all around great guy felt like I did 10 deals with him look forward to dealing with him on my next one, I even wanted to buy a car cover after I left and he sent me the link and told me exactly what one to order it’s the all around experience for me that set main line and Adam apart from the rest and I have a Porsche dealership 8 mins from my house and when with them instead and I’m happy I did.

2020 BMW Z4 review
I upgraded to the 2020 Z4 M40i after having a 2006 Z4 3.0i. The exterior styling and sound gets looks and complements at least once a day when driving. The interior is modern and has lots of the most up to date technology, although I wish less plastic was used. It drives awesome, and I am very pleased with the car.
