This past October, I purchased a 2013 F-150 from the Otis Ford used car department. I was satisfied with my purchase until after two months and thirty-one hundred miles, I noticed excessive, uneven wear on the front tires. My initial impression was the camber was out of tolerance; however, upon professional evaluation it was toe that was out of adjustment. It was my hope that Otis Ford would stand behind their product and realign the front end, and I would deal with the tires. Hours after leaving Otis Ford I read the repair order/ receipt of work performed and came to realize that the service director authorized the replacement of both front tires. This was well beyond my expectations. This was my first purchase from Otis Ford which was a laid back, easy going, experi ence; not at all aggressive and pushy which has been my experience elsewhere. I will recommend Otis Ford to everyone; This is a stand up company, with a professional staff. I cannot thank them enough nor can I give them enough stars for their exemplary service.
2024 Ford Mustang review
Definitely a drivers car, very comfortable and easy to drive. I have the manual transmission and shifting is a breeze. I bought all the premium gadgets and interior along with the sports package. Plenty of power in this vehicle everywhere. Nice long gears so makes traffic with a manual tolerable. Only complete, its a big mustang. I have a 2011 and it is a slimer design. But plus side of case feel like you are in a NASCAR! Can't wait to hit the Kancamagus and spring into next summer.

2014 Ford Mustang review
Under the rear seat it leaked water from the outside when driving in rainy conditions. I upgraded the stereo system and it was better for listening to music on the interstate and hi ways with the top down. I’m hoping to find another car soon.

2021 Dodge Challenger review
Solid car overall. The 392 delivers strong performance and the Harman Kardon sound system is excellent. Only issue I ran into was the water pump, which is a known/common problem on these engines. Aside from that, no major complaints. A muffler delete really wakes the car up — highly recommended if you want better sound.

2019 Dodge Challenger review
I've owned Porsche 911, a G35 and now this baby. I originally leased it for a few years and was going to give it to my son for his 16th birthday, but decided to keep it as it is STILL so much fun to drive. Fast, zippy, not one problem in 4 years. Just replaced the battery (AAA said I didn't need to, but after 60K, better safe than sorry). Replaced the tires at 40K. Other than that, regular oil changes. LOVE IT.

2022 Ford Mustang review
After a negligent driver rear-ended my other car, I bought a 2022 Mustang GT Premium with the insurance money. I had a 1979 Mustang Cobra years ago and loved it. This is a great car, too. Fast, comfortable and beautiful. I haven't driven it in snow yet and have some trepidation about that but otherwise I'm glad I bought it. There are only three things I don't like: the car payment (who does?), the gas mileage, although I can get 30 mpg if I drive 58 mph, and there seems to be some high school kid at every stoplight who wants to race. This is definitely a car worth buying if you're an empty-nester, going through your mid-life crisis or single and don't have to haul much in your trunk.

2024 Ford Mustang review
I just purchased the 2024 rapid red turbo. I love the mode change and it has that great sound as you pull away from others. Great take off and smooth ride. The only negative and it is very slight-- it that it is difficult to change the temp, and my Sirus does not have all features. This is my 4th mustang, with my first being the very small box shape. 2023 Dodge Challenger review
I traded in a 2011 SE Challenger that I had for 12 years & was NEVER disappointed. I traded it for a "last call" 2023 Challenger GT AWD w/the blacktop pkg & am so glad I stayed with the Dodge Challenger! I love this car, more than any bf! It's stylish, looks great in Shazberry Pearl aka Octane Red. It's comfortable to drive, but not to sleep in, lol. I trust & expect it'll be as reliable as the 2011. The AWD really makes a difference in handling. I really like the interior being loaded butcwould be nice to have blind spot notification. The only thing I do miss is the V8 rumble sound, but the gas mileage helps me get over that, 18mpg in town. MOPAR forever!

Dealt with Billy, sales manager, Frank, salesperson, and Dennis, finance-person. Professional and honest (all three). We drove 3 - 4 hours from Connecticut to see a 2018, Ford Edge, SEL. Of course, I called for it’s availability. After speaking with Billy, he advised me to think it over before taking such a long drive, however, he will gladly hold the vehicle for 4 hours without any strings attached. He asked that I call him, if I changed my mind from the drive so he can sell the car if needed be. He promised that the car will be available for my family. We took the journey! This was my very first time to bring my GLA250 for a flat tire repair, I contacted Mr Bryan Walsh online and he responded right away my car issues and we discussed the availability of tire and safety of my car, if I’ll drive 30miles or more with a Running flat tire which I decided not too, thanks for the good advice. So when I came in their facilities their front desk peoples were very friendly greeted with a smile , you feel like you’ve been there before, thanks for a friendly environment for a first timer “first impression long last” . I’ll waited until I got my turn with Bryan Walsh , My impression he’s a very good man and knows his job VERY WELL , giving a super detail explanation to his clients patiently and eloquently, the receiving area is amazing with average snacks (just enough😀) ,good WIFI connections and clean restrooms ... sales department I didn’t get my car in this dealership so I don’t have any words, will see next time ... showroom is awesome lots of cars display inside and outside. They have a huge space parking for their clients compare to my dealership (Rallye) . I ‘d pay for a total of $399 for tire replacements and service fee. FIRST EXPERIENCE GREAT SERVICE Keep it Up

2019 Mercedes-Benz AMG E 53 review
Been driving it for 3 years already. Great everyday car, I must admit. Unstated exterior styling versus the power train under the hood. Surprisingly, very good FC for despite the power. Mostly City driving averaging around 9km/l. Managed 13km/l on highway. Experienced a few issues with whining sound coming from engine that remained unresolved. Dealer changed front and rear axle, 2 drive rods, pneumatic suspension pump, wire harness and 48 Volt generator under warranty. These are certainly costly major parts. So, in terms of reliability, I would still rate it as 3, as no breakdown encountered till now.
