2013 Toyota Avalon Hybrid review
I have owned the 2013 Toyota Avalon Hybrid for 10 years and it is extremely reliable. I have 120k miles on the car. No major problems outside of replacing the front and rear brakes. The most I do is change the oil and filters as needed. I recently drove 550 miles on one gas tank in the winter! The worst thing about the car is the suspension. It does not have a cushy, soft ride over bumps. I spent money replacing the suspension with the 2016 Avalon Hybrid suspension to soften the ride, somewhat. It could be better. Also it cannot do tight turns and sometimes feels boaty around turns. But these are minor problems because I never have to take it to the shop for anything besides maintenance.

2025 Toyota Camry review
Excellent gas mileage! The 2025 Toyota Camry LE model is a very smooth ride. Sporty get up and go and very agile. The driver's seat is difficult to find the best comfort for long drives. Storage space is minimal, but I found add-ons that were a perfect fit. Bottom line.... a car you can trust that pays itself off at the pump!

2022 Ford Mustang review
After a negligent driver rear-ended my other car, I bought a 2022 Mustang GT Premium with the insurance money. I had a 1979 Mustang Cobra years ago and loved it. This is a great car, too. Fast, comfortable and beautiful. I haven't driven it in snow yet and have some trepidation about that but otherwise I'm glad I bought it. There are only three things I don't like: the car payment (who does?), the gas mileage, although I can get 30 mpg if I drive 58 mph, and there seems to be some high school kid at every stoplight who wants to race. This is definitely a car worth buying if you're an empty-nester, going through your mid-life crisis or single and don't have to haul much in your trunk.

2011 Lexus RX 350 review
My 2011 Lexus RX 350 is an outstanding car. Fit and finish is impeccable. Other than a failed oil pump, no problems whatsoever. It is quiet and yet has plenty of power for merging on interstates. I highly recommend Lexus vehicles.

I really like my 2017 mustang Roush, The only complaints are the front bumper clips break easy and most of all the paint is less than paper thin and in 4 years was flaking off around back window it sad such an expensive car. THE BIGGEST THING IS THERE IS NO BLUE BOOK FOR ROUSH.

2022 Toyota Tacoma review
Was looking for a mid-size truck to replace a big Chevy Silverado 1500 Z71 and a small 90's model Chevy S-10 pickup. Was interested in the new gen Nissan Frontier but went with the Tacoma. My first ever Tacoma truck. A 2022 SR with the V-6 motor and SX package. Purchased it used with about 9,000 miles on it. Overall I really like the size and style of the vehicle. The previous owner put a leveling kit and wheel spaces on it. As well as 285 AT tires. It has that go anywhere look. And while it has the power, the tranny is lackluster. And it rides like a truck which is good and bad. I've had a lot of compliments on it so it's obvious there are a lot of Taco fans out there. I got it at a fair deal and you just can't beat the reliability factor. Probably won't be my last Tacoma because this one meets or exceeds most all my expectations. Happy camper here!

2022 BMW X5 review
Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

2026 Genesis GV70 review
Currently waiting on a factory recall that has no fix yet. Car performs well. Service center has not been the best on occasion. Wait time has been relatively long because of long lines of cars waiting for service.

2020 Land Rover Range Rover review
It’s very childish to compare any other SUV to RR knowing that this company has been specializing in nothing else but SUV’s. Now we have Lambos, Corvette, Ferraris making SUV. Can we really trust them?? Imagine building custom bathroom and hiring janitor instead of licensed plumbing contractor to install $5K toilet. I don’t think so. Moral of the story is Land Rover was making SUV when some of these nowdays companies didn’t exist. And let me tell you something about depreciation of these vehicles. Well yeah because there are tons of them just like any other cars. Let’s put all series of Mercedes and let’s see how many are there. I’ll take RR terrains , comfort,luxury, simplicity, reliability, noise insulation over any G-63 AMG which can fit two people in it, deal with stiffnesses , and pure aerodynamic block. Total a joke of comparison. And i owned 7 RR with branded, accident, flooded titles and had zero issues. Never again until i live will go to any other vehicle. Go get yourself Suppercharged model until there are some left. Not a fan of new models switching to Turbos. Its lag and kick in will ruin comfort

2019 Cadillac Escalade review
Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. Excellent ride, comfort, and superior durability. My vehicle is pristine and l love it. 40 years old, over 25 brand new purchases and this one is still a daily driver!!!

2024 GMC Yukon review
Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. I was reviewing dealerships service histories to help a friend, and came upon Lakeland Hyundai and Genesis. I had previously responded to numerous Genesis surveys but never responded to cars.com or other auto website reviewers which caused me to decide to do one for Lakeland Hyundai/Genesis. I have purchased three "Genesis" from now Lakeland Genesis. The first in 2009 was a Genesis under the Hyundai brand. That was eventually traded for a 2015 Hyundai Genesis, which was eventually traded for a 2023 Genesis G80 from their new dealership location. Each newer vehicle was improved from the previous vehicle with newer technology and safety equipment. All were trouble free, very comfortable, well performing, economical vehicles. All the maintenance for all 3 vehicles over 14 years were performed by Lakeland Hyundai/Genesis. The service staff were always pleasant, and the service was performed as expected generally on a timely basis. Although there were a couple of recalls during that period, I had no mechanical problems with any of the 3 vehicles. I did however purchase the extended service plan with each vehicle for the regular maintenance. I did have a question with the recently purchased vehicle service interval of 8000 miles, but they assure me that with the newest synthetic lubricants that has become the standard oil change interval.

2022 Genesis GV70 review

2023 Jeep Wrangler review
First jeep was a 2 door 1988 , have owned 9 since , every generation has gotten better , after having a lifted Willys and a Mojave gladiator I decided to go for more comfort but still able to do jeep things , 23 sport S 2 door hardtop 6cly , comfortable, quiet and cool . Love the alpine sound system and the smooth quiet comfortable ride ( obviously still a jeep ) I’ve gotten 28mph on a 400 mile road trip and seem to average 25mph which it outstanding imop

A great daily driver that is comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. The tech features are low stress and easy. Always feels ready to reduce stress with spirted driving. Has a way of wrapping around you to feel like a smaller car as you drive and still be large enough to feel safe on a road full of crossovers.
