Took my car in for an inspection. Got a free alignment check. Was in and out quickly. My service rep Tommy was great. Kept me informed. Even the service manager Mr. Jenkins met me before I left to ask about my visit. Great Experience
I would like to think Clay Morris for the exceptional service he delivered when I was shopping for a Dodge four-wheel-drive 3500. After telling him what I was looking for he had a vehicle lined up for me to test drive, then ran the numbers the next day, and also made the purchasing of this vehicle pleasurable. He even emailed me the credit app so it would help expedite the process. Today he had the paperwork ready for me to sign because I personally fill my time is valuable. One top of all that my other Dodge ram I purchased from Steve White years ago had a recall on the air bags, he lined that up to be fixed the same time I was purchasing my new truck so I did not have to make another trip. Once again I can not stress how easy this experience was thank You again Clay Morris for the service you delivered!
I had experience with Steve White service department and have always been impressed. So I decided at the last minute to buy a new truck. The team did a quick look at my trade in and gave me what I needed. The process was fairly short compared to my previous experience in purchasing a new vehicle. I will definely go there again.

I bought one used car in excellent shape. Love it went back two weeks later to buy another car same exact vehicle one for me one for wife. Traded in our cars. Awesome awesome place to do business with. And when I want a different car in a couple of years I’ll go back to car lot. Thank you car lot you guys were great to do business with
I drove an hour to trade my Mercedes for a Lexus they had taken in on trade and although the negoations started out slow and we couldn't come to an agreement that night, Jonathon said they would try and get some clarification on the value of my car and get back with me the next day. So I drove home that night thinking Yeah Yeah Sure, Whatever. I'd heard that before. Sure enough though Jonathon called the next morning and after just a little bit more negoation we were able to come to an agreement and the deal was done. I drove back at that point and picked up the car. I say all that to say that even though they could not make a deal that worked for me that night, they kept trying to get me a deal I would be happy with. I've bought quite a few cars from the so called upper end car dealers in and around Charlotte and never has it been so simple and easy to just go in and purchase a car. Oh and by the way, during that night while I was waiting to hear back the price had dropped on the car on line and although they didn't know that. When I brought it to their attention thinking it would " No you've ask for to much already, the deal is what it is " But no, they honored it without question. These are just really good people to deal with.
So if you ever need a deal on a vehicle go and see Jonathon Arrowood. As they say " You'll be glad you did " But if your not go back and see them I'll bet they make it right.
I worked with Jerry Snyder to purchase a vehicle from out of state. The whole process was extremely smooth and painless. Emails were answered quickly and the vehicle was exactly as described. They offered to pick me up from the Charlotte airport over an hour away, filled up the huge fuel tank in my vehicle before I left, and thoroughly cleaned the vehicle before I arrived. Jerry and the rest of the staff were fantastic, thanks guys!

We had spent the last three days searching and trying to buy this exact truck and do so under budget. We had traveled 5-6 hours a day, to three states and at least eight dealerships. Each of these dealerships had the truck we wanted in stock. Each was given an offer by us for said truck and subsequent negotiations ensued. Some negotiations were short and some were marathons that lasted hours in the store and went on for days.
We walked into your showroom tired, beaten and discouraged. I told your salesman, Dave we were going to have to “speed date” a truck buy. He laughed and said he’d make the process as easy as possible.
To say he and you did would be an understatement. In less than an hour we completed the process. We bought the truck we wanted and stayed under budget. You made many concessions to close the deal,
Not the least of which was making us the strongest offer of any dealership for our trade. A full 10% higher than the next highest. There was very little back and forth. You made us an offer through Dave and we countered. Instead of sitting behind your desk or the one way mirror like other dealerships you came out and greeted us. We had a chat like we’d known each other for years as we whittled down the difference. You gave a little and we gave a little. We’d have liked to buy the truck for a little less and I’m sure you’d like to sell it for a little more. At the end of the day, I’m confident I got the very best deal anywhere this side of the Mississippi.
All I can say is wow. The irony of the whole situation is your dealership is one of the closest to us yet was the last one, obviously, we visited. We were down to one more if we were unsuccessful at your place and we would have to widen our search.

I walked in after looking through several trucks over the past few months. I was greeted at the door by a nice salesman. Cody who let me take the time to look over the vehicle I had in mind. Most places I have visited over the past few months you could feel the rush or pressure like they didn't want you to take the time to pick your vehicle they just wanted to get you to sign anything. Not the case with Cody and Carolina Auto great place to look great people and even took the time to help me work out some things to make me more happy with my purchase. Cody and Jeff worked very hard to get me what I wanted.
First off I have never liked going to car dealerships they are usually on top of you before you have a chance to get out of the vehicle. This was not the case at all with Modern Nissan. My wife and I looked around with no pushy salesman. When one did come over he was very friendly answered all our questions and was never pushy. After a couple days of thinking about it we called and told them the vehicle we wanted I answered some questions and texted my info to them we went in after work signed the papers and out the door no haggle no wait a great all around experience. I
The dealership is actually pretty nice, some beautiful cars for sure. Cars are overpriced but that’s their business, they find buyers that are looking for specific specs. So narrow market but obviously that works for some. Oh and btw Chance I am not Vick lol I am also not sorry for yelling back at Cosmo after he started giving me an attitude and raising his voice about who’s buying the car, a customer and his trusted friends (advisors) should never be treated that way. For those looking to buy a car from here, don't leave a deposit if you can avoid it, even if its their fault an agree to give the deposit back they can take up to 2 months to give it back. Giving 4 stars because sales people were great, communication was good, they have some rare cars. The owner however must have been having a bad day. So I wish you success in your business. God Bless!

This is a friendly, no frills, no high pressure sales tactics place to by a used car at across the board great prices. Ask for Tim he will work to get your deal done and get you financed even with bad credit. They won't leave you high and dry if there are any issues. I've been treated with care and respect after having an issue with my vehicle right after my purchase. They gave me a loaner and fixed everything free of charge.
We have had many bad car shopping experiences this last time when we went looking for my wife’s Durango. These guys gave us a fair price and good customer service with none of the usual games, they also don’t charge the usual and vague “service fees.” I would Recommend them for sure.
