Not only did I want a Grand Cherokee, but I wanted an option for automatic emergency braking. Mike knew this option and was able to describe it in detail -- in addition to all the other features of this vehicle. I remain pleasantly surprised by the features baked into my Jeep. Not that I doubted Brett Saslow but Smith Haven is "The Real Deal" My family has now purchased 5 vehicles from his dealership and we are never, ever disappointed! I was there Friday for a "Free" inspection on my Jeep and as usual I was greeted with a smile by the attendant who was kind, caring & professional. One of the clerks was so kind to these 2 cousins who were with their Grandmother. She gave them papers to color on and her high lighters. That set the tone for all of us in the waiting room. We all talked with one another instead of being glued to our cell phones! The people I met that day, employees and the customers were "Top Notch"! I highly recommend Smith Haven Jeep Ram! Refreshingly honest!! I was in the market for a Jeep Grand Cherokee L of which Smith haven had a few. I had previously been to Varsity auto with they enticing “THE PRICE YOU SEE IS THE PRICE YOU PAY”-guarantee, only to discover more than 2000$ worth of extra fees once you sit down to talk business… So, I was guarded when I called and spoke to Brandon Smith, but he reassured me that the only thing added to their advertised price was the tax and registration. I ended up buying a 2023 Grand Cherokee L Overland, and the whole process was smooth and honest, they even ended up lowering the price almost 1500 from what was advertised!! I can’t recommend this company enough, it’s such a relief to deal with people that mean what they say. Old school!! Keep it up guys, you definitely have a returning customer here, and I will recommend you to friends and family.

Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!
