Nicholas Barone did an amazing job with my new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. We’re coming out of a 2018 JGC limited and this was a big step up. Nick was very patient when explaining all of the different trim levels. He really knows his product and didn’t hesitate to answer any of my questions. Went there for an express oil change and tire rotation. The wait time was an hour. Which wasn't bad. Chelsea was very professional and friendly.

My Niro has needed no servicing up. When I was unable to get into gear, I called the service department and was told to have it towed to the dealership as it was under warrantee. It had what turned out to be a computer glitch and the service department found the problem and corrected it quickly. Everyone we have dealt with has been polite and helpful from the day we bought the car.

After many years of not waking into a dealership, my wife picked this one and saw a car she liked. The salesman was friendly and helpful, as was the sales manager. Everyone is courteous and professional. I’ll return for my next car.

Great experience and service!! Prior to pickup everything was explained and verified in order to have a seamless delivery experience.
