Today I purchased a new Volkswagen Tiguan from this store. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, previously having done a ton of my own research. From there I worked with Avery and Sandi who were both knowledgeable and thoroughly answered all my questions. They were patient with my indecision, showing me 3 different trims of the same model to make sure I was entirely happy with my choice, and even helped me figure out how to save the most with financing. The Finance Manager, Jason, was great as well. I feel like he got through the paperwork in record time! All employees I came into contact with were amazing! Very friendly and good conversationalists. I felt like I knew them and they made me super comfortable. I have to say, I actually enjoyed their company and was mostly chatting and laughing, I never felt pressured and didn't feel at all like I wasted a day buying a car. This is coming from someone who does NOT trust salesmen the majority of the time (sorry) and DREADS things like this. Today I went in for an oil change for my mom , and I talk to the manager about light grinding noises that I heard when my mom was turning only. Firestone told her she needed brakes and the manager Tony had my mom‘s car pulled up on the lift, and the brakes were fine, but when the mechanic was taking the wheel off, he noticed that there was some play and it turned out to be a wheel bearing. If you’ve ever seen anyone with a wheel that fell off their car on the highway. That probably would’ve been my mom because she Hand some teenager at fire stone Check it out telling her she need brakes. It didn’t make any sense because she just did her brakes like 12,000 miles ago. Always get a second opinion..

2020 Dodge Grand Caravan review
I bought the Crew trim. It is very comfortable inside and from out side it has a sporty look. Toyota Sienna and Honda Odyssey look kind of bulky. I suppose those who complain about Dodge Grand Caravan are looking at the base model which, yes, is not good from inside and it has not changed since I believe 2011. They should at least add a centre console. (I am sure you will increase your fans). But the upper models (SXT and up) are really good.

2013 Dodge Grand Caravan review
I drove from Los Angeles to Florida 4 times with 145K on the clock, no issues gas not bad on eco on freeway, fold down seats are a dream when you purchase some furniture and the ability to go camping with the seats down was great. Kept a mattress in the back if on a long trip I wanted to take a nap at the rest stop. A vehicle i though I would never own turns out to be the most practical I ever owned.

2019 Dodge Grand Caravan review
Purchased 2019 Crew Plus with 30k in July 2020. So far only complaint is the clunky UConnect system. Having owned 1988, 1995, 2000, and 2005 model years we have always found Caravans to be sensible, reliable, all round family centric vehicles. Could spend an extra $10k or more for a comparable Odyssey (Primary cars/bikes are Honda’s) or Sienna but personally do not seethe long term benefit. As with all vehicles maintenance is key.

2019 Dodge Grand Caravan review
I never thought Dodge built the best van of the century ! It was the most convenient in style and capacity I have even seen the only thing missing is the cruise control ! So far it’s my best caravan it’s sophisticated at first cause I am old school from a dinosaur technological disadvantage era but as times goes on owning it for three weeks it gives me and my dog a haven to transportation for all our summer journey together! I love it better than my old Chrysler minivan!

2015 Dodge Grand Caravan review
Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.

2019 Dodge Grand Caravan review
Only having the vehicle for a few weeks, I can see this will meet my needs. It drives and handles nicely, and has the ability to carry passengers and cargo depending on the occasion. Predominately it will be a cargo carrier for training supplies, so with the 'Stow-n-Go" seating I have plenty of room to haul my training supplies. For a 6 cylinder, it is also getting very good gas mileage (this is very helpful too)!

2014 Dodge Grand Caravan review
I had 6 of these in the last 15 years. Mostly do breaks, change tires and fluids. NEVER in any of these did I have a transmission issue. Love the stow away seats. Plenty of power in the V6 3.6L engine. I sold 5 of these, and got only thanks. Was never stranded, Countless Florida and Canada trips, Great family car.

2013 Dodge Grand Caravan review
I got this car approximately 3 months ago from a close relative, and I can say there have absolutely been no issues that would make you regret your decision, (knock on wood). The car has never left me stranded, and has always started. When I first got the vehicle I got basic maintenance such as a synthetic oil change, oil filter, an engine filter, and an in-cabin air filter. After some time, the check-engine light appeared due to a thermostat. After one new installment of a thermostat, and some freshly topped coolant, there have been no other issues. I give the comfort rating a 5, due to the spacious interior, and captain-chair seats. I give the interior a 4 because while it may not have "everything" you want, it has everything you need (even coming from a base model). Performance is a 4, because it's not an M3. I give the value a 4 as well simply because of the fact that you can buy one as a consumer fairly priced, and you can sell one as a seller for a decent price. Exterior is a 3, due to the largeness of the vehicle. However, LED brake lights, and rear turn signals are standard, which is really nice. And lastly, other than basic maintenance, and one mishap, I give this car a 5 star rating for reliability.

The Dodge Grand caravan 2016 R/T is a unique and safe vehicle. All it needs is care and attention. If you change oil on time and do not allow any fluid to run low your chances of having a long lasting vehicle is truly good. Maintenance is the key.
