We recently purchased a new 2018 Countryman, ordering a new 2018 model in June of this year. The total experience was great as the model ordered is just what was wanted and was delivered as expected. Our sales advisor (Creed Cate) was excellent in explaining all issues when special ordering and had great follow up with the process as the new car progressed in manufacturing.

Well was on the market for a used car saw couple listing that caught my eyes. So I decided to check out this place. Got there it was small lot. There were a cars that I was looking at Low mileage and good price. Got there took my time looking at the car..yet nobody came to say hi how u doing can I help u..to me I didn’t know if that was a good thing or bad I mean I like not being hovered but would like the acknowledgement I’m looking for a car and if there’s anything that they help. I didn’t know who the actual employee of the dealership we’re..I end up deciding not to purchase but in some ways I feel that that was their downfall.
The thing I liked the most is no salesperson to harass me while I was checking out the car and they give me all the time in the world to check the car and even took it to my mechanic and had 2 minor issues that they were glad to fix at no extra cost.
Honestly, the way a car buying experience should be.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been extremely friendly and helpful. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else to purchase a car. This place is great, honestly if your looking for a car you need to go see them you won’t be disappointed.
I’ve been bringing my cars to Folsom Lake Toyota for nearly 13 years. The repair counselors always review the maintenance report with me and let me know if any maintenance will be required in the coming weeks/months, the facilities are always clean and comfortable, and the service is usually pretty quick. I’ve found that it is better to wait onsite for the car. Also, appointments fill up quickly (and can be made online) so expect to schedule at least a week or two out.
I helped my parents look for a vehicle and came across a 2012 Mercedes GLK350 that they really liked. The car had about 42K miles on it and was in immaculate condition. They've owned the car now for over a year and it has been flawless. The gentleman in the office helped with financing and while we were just looking at the vehicle he allowed us to browse without breathing down our necks. He actually stayed back by the showroom doors until we waved him down. It's hard to find used car dealers like this that don't have to try and cover up things to sell their cars. We've had that experience before elsewhere. These guys don't play that type of bs. They actually care about their reputation.
I purchased a car today from justbettercars.com. Dave Stratton was the salesman I was working with. I walked in with a very bad credit score but a large down payment. I test drove a 2016 Nissan Rogue, they let me drive it all the way to foresthill and back to pick up my dad for moral support. After falling in love with it. Dave personally drove me to the bank to cash my $8,200 check for my down payment I got cold feet. My paperwork had already been written up and handshakes made but I was worried about having another large car payment. Dave then allowed me to look at other options, I test drove 2 other cars, a Mazda 3 and a Hyundai Elantra. After deciding on the Elantra and once again shaking hands on a a deal I got cold feet. I was ready to walk out but Dave convinced me to go talk to the finance manager. In the end the finance manager was able to take my interest down by 8% and my payment down by $50 per month. I’ve only owned the car for 4 hours but the patience Dave (although he got a bit testy in the end, but understandably so, he had spent the whole day with me) and the whole team had was great. I wasn’t shamed for my bad credit at all. I would highly recommend Dave and justbettercars.com
My car was totalled in an accident and I wanted to find another Nissan Cube to replace it. They stopped making Cubes in 2014 & I was having a hard time finding a good one, at the price I could afford in Seattle where I live. New auto purchases can be difficult or easy, my experience was difficult. I was asking for as price match of an offer I received at another dealership nut the wrong color. They fumbled around, stalled, and finally made an offer far from reasonable. After 3 1/2 hours I went to another dealership, got my price, and completed the purchase quickly.
My service guy was great, I only bring my prius here they are great most of the time if you have any issues let someone know if they can't help talk to someone else you will probably get to the 1 that will help you, I just wish they had more affordable prices and improved wait time hopefully the new service build will help with that. Oh and they come out to your car when you pull up and ask if you want something to drink or a snack who else does that? Great people
I brought my vehicle in for the repair to my sensor. Ron Stevenson in service was the person who greeted me at my appointment time. He was courteous and was very helpful...asked if I needed a shuttle home and gave me the senerio of what they would check on to fix the problem. This is the 3rd time I have brought my vehicle to Roseville VW. I trust them to do the job right and get me back on the road as quickly as possible. Again they did not disappoint. Thanks to Ron and the crack staff this was a great experience. I highly recommend this business.
My 2013 Mazda 3 needed minor repair to the front bumper as well as maintenance work, and I was able to get an appointment right away online. I was met at the Service Entry with helpful support, and Don Smith, the service manager, diagnosed the problem and told me that my car would be ready in an hour and a half. I am very happy and satisfied with the excellent service at AutoNation Mazda Roseville and feel that the low price was a wonderful. I would recommend AutoNation Mazda Roseville to anyone.
