I was so relieved when I came to this dealership. Unfortunately my car payments on the car that I had were extremely high... So I had to let it go and I was not with out a car. I made up my mind that I need to get a car so I started looking in San Jose at 10am and GOD had I forgot how hard it was to find a pre owned car. The hard part is finding a quality car that is not beat up or somebody at the dealership taking there time to explain things to you. So I was pretty much was down to my last place because everywhere was asking for an extremely huge amount down. I stopped at Khodas Cars and saw a beautiful Scion TC there. Yes it had low miles, clean title and it was in great condition. HERE IS THE BEST part when I explained my situation to Pat (Salesmen) he pulled me inside and went over what were feasible monthly payments. He even kept the down payment low and actually said if it was too much to put down at once that we could divide it up in the next 3 weeks. I was blown away by how easy he made things. So I decided to now test drive the car and it drove perfect so I decided that I wanted to move forward with it. I mentioned to Pat that I thought the car needed brakes and he said it would be handled. The next morning he called and said that the car was ready once I arrived I was greeted by the other associate there Page and he showed me the receipt of the brakes that were done . They gave me a warranty on the car also so in the end I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY AND LETTING EVERYBODY KNOW THAT YOU SHOULD STOP BY THERE. GOOD PEOPLE AND GOOD BUSINESS!
Gilroy Chevrolet is the place to go for the Bolt. Daymond was fantastic he knew all the product improvement information and he was able to relate to me in a healthy and upfront matter. He also did a great job of explaining all the features which are innumerable on this car. In some ways the bolt sells itself but this experience was fantastic
Gregory Michael was a good, solid, well knowledged Service Representative. I had had a poor experience with JEEP in Gilroy so I tried this JEEP Service Center in Santa Cruz. Boy, what a difference! I was looking for a 2016 e-golf with fast charger. Not a lot of dealers had any left. I found one 2 hours away at another dealership. They started the negotiations high and wouldn't budge much. We didn't make the deal. Then I e-mail Santa Cruz VW and told them to send me there best offer. Jonathan Dasig Internet Sales Department sent me a clearly broken down offer that was way better than the other dealership and was in line with my research. So my wife and I drove 2.5 hours a few days later and we made the purchase. Jonathan Dasig was great to work with and he stayed late until 10:30pm getting the deal done.
I brought in my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for scheduled maintenance and received an excellent quick service job. My service advisor was Brian Calhoun who did an outstanding job taking care of my needs.I highly recommend using this dealer and I have had an excellent job done with them in the past. Ok... this is a long story so I will try to keep it compact. I am in Florida, my wife in California with the VW. We are moving to Florida and my wife and son are supposed to drive the car to Florida on a long road trip. My son ends up in the hospital for almost a week with a very fluke but somewhat serious issue. He fortunately gets out and was ok but had to stay in California another week to recover. Now my wife is driving to a friends house in the VW and it breaks down with no power, barely moves. And.. its a Friday night. So now she has to call the VW dealer to have it towed on a Saturday morning to get checked out and she was supposed to start driving the next day. I am in Florida waiting for the movers to show up with the boxes and furniture. So.... they diagnosed the problem to a turbo solenoid and had to order the part and would fix it "maybe" by Tuesday... My stress level was over the top and I called the dealer and YELLED and CURSED at the first manager who would answer my call about the car breaking down at this time. Poor guy! BUT... they got it fixed by MONDAY ! I was completely in the wrong, had to call to apologize. They kept calling me to let me know step by step what was going on and had it all ready to go in time for my wife. And they handled it much better than I did... So THANKS for taking care of this and SORRY for being a not-so-nice customer. Moral of the story: cars and people are not perfect. But this VW dealer will always do their best to help their customers.
Identified a C-Max Titanium new at the dealer and the dealership was very rapid and responsive, quickly put together a financing plan, had great communication about the vehicle. Unfortunately for me, someone else had their eye on it and swooped in before I had a chance to test drive/buy. But overall was a good experience with their sales.
Tony Humphrey the internet manager made my experience buying my new fusion amazing. He took the time to explain everything and make sure I understand all the bells and whistles that went along with my car. Great salesman, would definitely buy from him again.

Today I drove away from the dealership as a first time car buyer! I had an amazing experience with this A+ team. Nick the GM was super helpful with setting me up with his team that gave me the true VIP experience. The assistant manager Thomas was able to find the car that I was exactly looking for while also keeping me updated when the car would be ready. I appreciate all of the communication even when he was technically out of the business. My sales rep that helped assist me with the car was Sterling and he helped so much through the process and patience with the finance department. Sean was the sales manager within the finance department and he did everything and exhausted every possible outcome in order for me to get the best deal! I walked away believing that this whole team was there to help us all reach a common goal which was driving away with a car at the best affordable deal. Thank you all for your help!
I started car shopping and reached out to several dealers to find a new family vehicle within our budget and with the features we wanted most. Normandin defintaly delivered! Chris was just fantastic and really convinced us to make the decision to travel 2 1/2 hours to this dealership to test drive the Chrysler Pacifica we ending up purchasing. He worked on giving me options on a couple vans at the price I was looking for. He was very responsive. I had been to several (and in contact with) several dealers, but with Normandin I genuinely felt valued and respected as a customer. That meant a lot to my wife and I. We brought our 10 month old son and all of the staff were very helpful getting the process done as quickly as possible. We bought two cars from Casey at Hyundai because he was as knowledgeable about cas and not pushy. Test drove about 5 before buying Hyundai. The brand is reliable, minimal recalls and offers a great 100k warranty.
I went in to get my Service A completed for my GLC. The service advisor Don was great! My only complaint was the chat service. I made my appointment through the chat service and also requested a quote for the Service A. The chat representative quoted me $260 but when I asked the person over the counter, it was over $300. The representative at the register informed me the chat representative should not be quoting the fees for services as they are not an employee of the dealership. Hopefully, they get this taken care of soon because that can be misleading.
Steven Quinn was the service advisor and was fantastic. He explained the issues and took care of everything while keeping me updated of progress. Great job.
