We went in this morning to purchase a used Rogue. Ian instantly greeted my father and I. He was very low pressure, relaxed and very professional. He was very patient with us and answered all of our questions quickly. We had a concern about the brakes and he had their technicians take a look at it right away while we started the paperwork. The brakes have another 10K miles until I need to replace the pads. Overall, the car I purchased was in excellent condition and I am very happy with my purchase so far. 2018 Dodge Journey review
Love my Journey but have notice several with a missing antenna and also several with foggy headlights. Like moisture buildup inside the headlight assemblies. Bluetooth doesn't always hook up. Not the easiest on gas.

2018 Dodge Journey review
My vehicle has been pretty good up until two weeks ago , September 9, 2022. I experienced a no start situation with the vehicle towed to the dealership and the dealership has no idea what’s happening or watt they report bad battery no charge etc. I’m suspecting that the PCM has a bad chip due to a recall that was performed supposedly in 2018. I don’t believe my vehicle was recalled and have not received a recall notice from Chrysler Corp. so now I’ve got a dead vehicle in the shop the dealership has no concept of what’s happening and the service writer seems to be not knowledgeable enough to research the problem.
