Liberty Ford has EXCELLENT customer service. From the service man opening the door for me to my service person, Dave Catterall, it was an excellent experience. My 2008 Fusion has a passenger seat airbag recall. I have been waiting from another dealer for this & understood the parts are back-order. Preston Ford, let me drive away.
Dave, at Liberty Ford advised it's a danger to my passenger, and informed me FORD would cover a rental car for me until the parts came in. As I will be having a passenger on a daily basis, this was definitely needed and appreciated advice.
But really everyone there was kind, friendly, helpful, and smiling.
I myself am a customer service representative who grately appreciates those who go above and beyond. Liberty Ford is my new dealership!
