Purchased my '17 DD GT with 25k miles on it. Have owned for around 4 years and now have 66k miles. Haven't had any issues. Routine maintenance only. Love the style and comfort. Interior seats are comfortable for long drives. Mine came with lifetime oil changes. Dealer support has been good (although we've only had oil changes so hard to say). I'm hoping this continues.

I would like to thank Adel Mohammed Product Specialist at Irwin Automotive Group for his assistance on the purchase of my new ford truck. Adel cares about his customers, he is a no pressure salesmen and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. The only downfall to my experince was the wait time for financing I had to wait over an hour and a half for the finance director Adam Hoyt to sit with me. This was too long considering I had already had an appointment set up. Adel asked multiple times to get me in with him, while I waited.

I am 56 years old and have purchased 6 brand new cars in my lifetime. I own them from 7-12 years, usually overlapping the ownership as I sell the old one rather than trade it in. I have previously purchased 2 other Dodges, 2 Chevys, a Toyota and Subaru. The 2015 Dodge Durango I currently own is the only vehicle that I have never had an issue with, nothing broken, no engine lights, nothing. I simply kept up with the maintenance. I had planned on replacing the front brake pads at around 60,000 miles and when I took the calipers off, the old pads showed little wear, so I left it. At 9 years of ownership I decided to change the battery even though it was still good. At 130,000 miles I changed the spark plugs and figured I should change the coils while I was at it, again no indication of wear, I just felt it was time. It was at this mileage I finally changed the pads and planned on doing the rotors as well, but the rotors showed little to no wear so I only did the pads. I went to my local Dodge dealer the other day and talked to a salesperson about getting a new Durango, hopefully it will be as good as this one.

I can’t say enough great things about the whole Bob Mariano team. From the moment I walked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The service was so quick, easy in and out and through. They even had coffee and snacks in the waiting area! Every employee that walked by me while I was in the waiting area walked by with a smile. the car is absolutely amazing…. but they are out of there xxxx minds if they think this car is worth $70,000 . Completely over priced and someone is trying to screw someone over big time. The car is not worth that much and we have yet reached a time where they are no longer selling them at dealerships. There are a lot still out here and selling very well. This person who ever put that $70,000 price tag on this car is insane and shouldn’t be aloud to sell fruit no less a car smh.

No matter what he tried I couldn't get a loan from any lender sadly my credit isn't that bad the fact that it states there's been fraud and theft is not on my part it's on the part of others so I put a freeze on my own credit report it was nothing he could do I'm still without a vehicle and still looking someone's got to approve it I'm often praying everyday that it gets approved

Very nice car, interior is super sleek, it handles super well. Engine runs great. Very spacious inside 3 rows lots of leg room. Love the seat warmers!!!
