Good looking van,however, the rear electronic locks on both rear side doors failed within 4 months of each other and the Chrysler consumer center denied to pay the repair costs despite their recall letter saying they would consider reimbursement. 2020 Dodge Durango review
Bought new in 2020. Has only 23,000 miles . Love this car. Roomy, comfortable, has 3 row seating and the hatch back for easy carrying groceries and unloading. Peppy with the Hemi V8, but mileage is only 15-17 mpg. Don’t care because it’s fun to drive, good looking and easy to maneuver and park. All the whistle and bells on it. Probably my last car. Registered on NHTSA so have had no recalls. We do have a 2024 Ram with the Hemi. Will keep that one too.

I have purchased TWO vehicles from this dealer. First purchase, was easy peezy. In and out but my 2nd vehicle I purchased their gap insurance (major bad idea) because the vehicle was totaled and I had to put in a gap claim. Make a long story short, Smart Auto tried everything they could to NOT pay off my gap claim but the finance lady Debbie wasn't having it. I called her with my concern and she called those folks up and handled this for me. 4 months AFTER the insurance agent paid the claim, Debbie put fire to the gap company's xxx and guess what? My claim will be paid in 5 days. I'm so happy and forever grateful for her because good help is so hard to come buy. I think I'm going to buy another vehicle from them just off this service alone!

2013 Dodge Journey review
Hi guys: This is my 4th report on this vehicle. The car is now 10 years old and has 140,000 miles on it. Our car has the 3.6 Pentastar, 3rd row seating, 8.4 inch Uconnect system, roof racks, premium sound system, DVD player, rear air conditioning, push button start, heated seats and steering wheel, back up camera and is front wheel drive only. Engine, transmission and air conditioner have been excellent. Never a problem. 30 miles to the gallon on the highway. Many suspension components have been replaced and vehicle is starting to rust around the rear wheel well. Uconnect has had issues. All in all a very reliable and very comfortable vehicle. Highly recommend it.

2019 Dodge Journey review
I have had this '19 GT for a little over a year and 10,000 miles or so, including two long trips. It is comfortable, performs reasonably well, and has a lot of helpful features, although not "the latest." I like the look of it (Black/Chrome trim), and my impression is that they made it as close to a Minivan as possible in an SUV. It has wide-opening rear doors, storage under the seats and cargo area, and three rows of seats. My actual fuel economy is about 22 on trips and 19 around town. I am entirely satisfied with the vehicle and have had no problems at all. As for the 3.6 I am very encouraged that they use this thing in everything from the Challenger to the RAM 1500, plus the Gladiator (only motor offered). They must have confidence in it.

I’m surprised by the rating on this website because it’s not a true reflection of how great this dealership is. I rate this dealership five stars…unequivocally. I will save you from the embroidery and give the highlights of my experience. Our family purchased two vehicles in consecutive weeks, the most recent being a 2014 MB E550 as of yesterday. My nephew got accepted in business school and we decided to get him a 2015 MB C400. We had a wonderful experience with his transaction and yesterday was even better! The Pre Owned Director, Mr. Jon Keblesh, walked with us throughout the whole process ensuring a smooth and fair negotiation for both parties. The General Manager Mr. Jason Wier even got involved to manufacture the deal when we hit a small road block and made sure it went through. Even the Finance Director, Mr. Louie Richards, was a consummate professional - even if both deals ended up being cash transactions. He was still very polite and a pleasure to deal with. I even told him he reminded me of a family member in California. Thus, that is a great segway…They treated us like family. I felt confident and trusting with their business dealings and I recommend this dealership to anyone who is reading this review. I have been in management for over 20+ years in the retail and sales sector and this team (albeit a small one) are very strong and honest group. 2016 Dodge Journey review
I bought this car with 70,000,when it was one year old. It has been very reliable, I still use it and I am at 250,000 miles right now. I did have to do a transmission repair at about 150,000, and I do have a small oil pan leak right now at 250,000. Both of these fixes are not unusual for the number of miles they have. I use it for my every day commute of about 50 miles/ day, and have traveled all over the US with it and used it as a ride share vehicle for a period. So I will say I am very happy with the overall purchase and reliability of the vehicle. It has been great for my family of 5.

2023 Dodge Durango review
I was the second owner for a 2023 Durango Hellcat Premium Plus. I wish I would have purchased this car first before my charger ScatPack. The Durango is a family car and it’s safer to drive. With the power and has lots of room I Woolsey say it’s a great car. I’m sure they’ll have them around in 6 years I’ll buy another hellca t Durango destroyer gray with the black red rally stripes!

2013 Dodge Dart review
I bought my 2013 Dodge dart brand new in November of 2012. My kids called it my in life crisis car I called it My last car I'm ever going to buy 😂 it is now April of 2024 and I have 24,500 mi on the car and the only thing I've had to do was normal maintenance, change oil and replace tires. 2018 Dodge Journey review
My vehicle has been pretty good up until two weeks ago , September 9, 2022. I experienced a no start situation with the vehicle towed to the dealership and the dealership has no idea what’s happening or watt they report bad battery no charge etc. I’m suspecting that the PCM has a bad chip due to a recall that was performed supposedly in 2018. I don’t believe my vehicle was recalled and have not received a recall notice from Chrysler Corp. so now I’ve got a dead vehicle in the shop the dealership has no concept of what’s happening and the service writer seems to be not knowledgeable enough to research the problem.

2024 Dodge Hornet review
After about a month of ownership, this is easily the most interesting car I’ve ever owned. It doesn’t feel like a typical Dodge at all, which is exactly why I bought it. The interior is genuinely nice, with soft-touch materials and real buttons where you actually want them. The driving experience is quick and responsive, and the plug-in hybrid system is perfect for short daily drives where I can stay in electric mode most of the time. What really stands out is how people react to it. Everyone assumes it’s something European, and when I tell them it’s a Dodge, there’s always a moment of confusion. It definitely feels more like an Alfa Romeo wearing a Dodge badge, in a good way. There are a few quirks. The app can be a little dramatic with old alerts, and you can tell it’s a newer platform still finding its footing. But nothing has impacted actual drivability. The car has been solid so far. The value is where this really shines. At the price I paid, it feels like I got way more car than expected. It’s fun, different, and doesn’t blend into the sea of generic crossovers. If you want something practical but still a little bit unique, this is worth a look. Also removed the dealership sticker immediately. I’m not providing free advertising.

The prices are always way above what they should be😶.So that's why there was a 4 starwith pricing, but the interior I find the compartments hold dirt and capture things. Lots of cubbies. There is no way to clean out without deep cleaning other than that, the inter is fine with is looks. Electronics a little complicated. I have never seen a car with this color leather seats🤔.But they are growing on me☺️. Other than those things this car is absolutely perfect. Had a lot of zip to it with the 3.6 v6 engine. I love the way it drives. I love the way it maneuvers, and it's very classy looking

2019 Dodge Grand Caravan review
Purchased 2019 Crew Plus with 30k in July 2020. So far only complaint is the clunky UConnect system. Having owned 1988, 1995, 2000, and 2005 model years we have always found Caravans to be sensible, reliable, all round family centric vehicles. Could spend an extra $10k or more for a comparable Odyssey (Primary cars/bikes are Honda’s) or Sienna but personally do not seethe long term benefit. As with all vehicles maintenance is key.

2020 Dodge Grand Caravan review
I bought the Crew trim. It is very comfortable inside and from out side it has a sporty look. Toyota Sienna and Honda Odyssey look kind of bulky. I suppose those who complain about Dodge Grand Caravan are looking at the base model which, yes, is not good from inside and it has not changed since I believe 2011. They should at least add a centre console. (I am sure you will increase your fans). But the upper models (SXT and up) are really good.

2022 Dodge Durango review
I drove a durango GT for 300 miles its not bad the 3.6 V6 is plenty powerful and 30mpg but no hemi theatre. Interior is xxxx near luxurious and the ride is very good. A lot of reliability issues seem to stem from going long on oil changes and driving the car like it's a rental car aka the average dodge driver. If you keep up on the maintenance, this is a genuinely enjoyable car that does almost everything decently well.

Osman, the manager may I remind you....was cleaning my car, a 2012 Nissan Leaf before handing it over to me....I mean, if that is not the definition of leadership or commitment...I have NO earthly idea what is.... good luck finding that in other self-centered dealerships. Osman and Ali came in on Saturday to insure that I was taking care of. Even made sure that my purchase process met my requirements. FOR ALL OF YOU, let me elaborate. I was purchasing an EV (electric vehicle) with a budget under 10K and with less than 100 miles on the motor. In this case, it was an EV car under 10k with 58,000 miles, this is un heard of and good luck finding a dealership guaranteeing you a set of comfort when driving it out of the lot.....thats if your battery is not degraded...go youtube that xxxx. Well, Osman did, he literally cleaned my car, gave me some insurance for my peace of mind, and was completely professional throughout the process. I've owned over 15 cars within my lifespan (BMWs, Dodge SRT-10s, Toyotas, Subarus STIs, 150s.etc) with multiple of "Sub-Standard" experiences because of dealerships and vulture-like salesmen "cough cough, Ann Arbor!", but I never had a manager follow through with a reasonable price in an outrageously high car market demand. LA Trading is legit, speak to them in a transparent manner, tell them your expectations and budget. I am sure you will not complain. Do your research and youtube your vehicles. Its not that hard... 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan review
I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

2004 Dodge Viper review
Where do I start? The car is rare! You dont see many in good shape. That’s because ham fisted drivers will crash this car easily. No traction control. This is a true drivers car in every sense of the word. Tough to find parts (especially wheels). Most common parts are easy to find, ie fuel pump, brake parts, tires, oil filters. Interior is minimalist , plastic and light weight ( it’s not a luxury vehicle) but it’s for a purpose. You can remove the interior panels with a few twists of the screwdriver. If you are over 6’ tall , top down driving is the only way to go. Tough to get in and out of the seats without kicking the sill plate. Side pipes will singe your legs if you rub your calf on the sill for too long. Speaking of side pipes, they sound quiet in stock form and the cross over pipe is right under the cockpit. Great for New England fall days, but toasty in the summer. Keep telling yourself this is a race car and not a sports car. I installed a rear camera and gps head unit. Install was easy to run wires . Tough to judge the edges of the car. Give plenty of space when parking so you don’t scuff the wheels. Transmission- The big V 10 motor torque pulses in first and sometimes second gear at slow speeds. Trying to get around in the parking lot is not fun. If you are too heavy on the throttle off the line and you let off for a bit the Viper lurches begging to be driven. I’ve had to pull the clutch in just to re-align the rpm because I am not on a race track ringing the neck out of it. The gears need to be shifted with purpose. It is not a smooth gearbox and very primitive. Shift with authority. The shifter is very long and I will probably install a short throw handle in the near future. The motor- The V 10 is bulletproof and barely works to get you up to speed. You can quick shift from 1st to 4th and still have plenty of torque to get you going. Make sure you have a fresh battery in the car as it does work hard to turn the motor over on first start as the big pistons take a lot to turn. Brakes- The brakes are phenomenal on this car and I mean really phenomenal. The one drawback is they do create an abnormal amount of brake dust which leads to a lot of squeaking at slow speed stops. Your chrome wheels will get dirty relatively quickly. Did I mention that the brakes create an abnormal amount of dust? LOL Exterior- Low ,sleek and sexy. I get compliments everywhere I go. The car has excellent aerodynamics, the top is leakproof, and everything looks and operates as it should. One thing of note, because the body is completely fiberglass, it’s relatively easy to fix. The suspension is dialed in and very sensitive to bump steering. You MUST pay attention when driving. Excellent steering and cornering when the tires are heated up. A couple parting comments. First if you store the car for long periods of time make sure you crack the windows down about 4 inches because if the battery dies you cannot open the door as the window is wedged under the soft top. Second the battery is located in the back left corner of the trunk and it’s relatively easy to get to. Make sure you put a tender on it for the winter if you’re not driving it. Also if this car is driven at any point below 60°, you will not hook up, you’ll just spend tires so be very careful when it comes to cornering and accelerating. The car comes with run flats but rides 100 times better with regular pilot cup tires. Finally, The oil lines tend to leak on these cars, so if you have a choice, replace them with braided lines and you won’t ever have any issues. Remember it’s a race car! Happy Driving
