So, we have a disabled daughter and needed a minivan for wheel chair lift and traveling purposes. We were planning on buying later in the year, but we thought we would look around and see what was out there.
Our first mistake: We went to Kolosso, and had a very bad experience. They tried to pressure us with false deadlines, wouldn't budge on the price and lied to us multiple times. I had enough.
I called Bergstrom in Oshkosh and talked to the manager, Mike M. And it was about the best thing I ever could have done. I felt no pressure, and he actually took the time to explain what everything was and ment.
He gave me a deal I could not pass up and we ended up getting a BETTER Chrysler Pacifica then the other dealership for LESS money. He even found extra rebates that Kolosso did not offer.
I am very satisfied and I will be shopping with Bergstrom in the future. I recommend stopping in and seeing what they can do for you.

I was trying to decide between the Jeep and Equinox. Dylan followed up several times to see if he could help. He was not pushy, just made himself available and willing to help. He went the extra mile to ask some important questions. While the other sales people would day, this is what we have, Dylan listened and even read between the lines and found the car that could entice me make a choice. He succeeded. I must say Dylan made a huge difference not only in my decision, but he has a definite impact on what I tell people about the Kolosso dealership.
I found the exact truck through the internet. The dealership responded to me immediately and I was transferred to Matt for the price and trade in value. I thought the prices they quoted me were fair for me. Matt did an excellent job ensuring the truck was set up as I wanted it. Finally a good experience buying a truck that I really wanted. I would definitely recommend buying a car from then.
Longest time we have ever spent in a dealership to buy a car. I can't put my finger on 1 thing that stands out to me as being excellent during this experience. Salesman told us we could put 1500 miles on in the first 3 months, paperwork we signed says 900. I guess we'll have to change our plans for the holidays
Van Horn Hyundai ALWAYS provides us and our vehicle with all around 5 star service. Only hiccup this last visit is while we always have received a printout of their color coded multi-point inspection review along with the invoice every time we have had service done there, we did not receive a copy of that multi-point inspection review this time when we were in for an oil change. We like to keep copies of these things for our records so that we can provide a history of all services preformed on our vehicle, which we purchased from this dealership brand new(2017 Hyundai Elantra). I returned to the dealership the next day to inform them of this and they quickly provided the printout of the multi-point inspection review, no questions asked. Every time we deal with the people at Van Horn Hyundai, from the day we purchased the vehicle through every service appointment we've ever had with them, it's always been a 5 star experience. I worked with Igor in the Service Department. I was so happy with previous work that I brought my Jaguar in for some work after her long winter's nap. I always feel like Igor and the staff have MY best interests in mind. I don't hope to "need" vehicle repairs, but if I do, I will visit Igor and the staff at Maritime Ford in Manitowoc!
I had an accident with my 2008 Lincoln Navigator. Wanted to replace so I used internet. Found two in Wisconsin, four and a half hour drive. Picked Brantmeier to be my first stop. Met Keith and was very comfortable with him and loved the car. Everything worked great and I owned new car that day. Very pleased with car, salesman, and finance process. GREAT BUSINESS!!!

Zack went beyond wat my expectation that my new jeep will be waxed and perfect. Brad did the deal and there was little time with working on price. Randy want and gave me the same price on extended warrantee and he wants my business. This deal made me feel like I was wanted to come back.

From the moment we set foot on the dealership lot to the time we left, the sales team was very patient & attentive. We drove an hour & a 1/2 to this dealership, after doing research on line to narrow our search for a new Jeep. This location had more choices available of what we were looking for. We pulled in at 8:02 am & hadn't walked 10 steps, when Zack ran out to greet us. He listened to what we were looking for & and was extremely helpful. It was very windy & cold that day, so Zack had us stay up by the building to keep warm, while he ran out to get the cars we wanted to look at up to us. That says a lot about the high level of customer service he strives toward. If I could give Zack a higher score, I would, but the survey only allows 5 stars.
Morgan was fantastic to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the Ram trucks. She was very patient and was able to answer all of our questions.
