Overall, I have always had a successful experience with Keyser Miller. I have used Them for both of the Escapes that I use...one 1 own & 1 I lease from Them. My Salesman (Rick) and the Service Desk, for example Mark have always been nice to work with.
Had rear sensor problem #Warranty ran out there was a gray area about my bumper Talk to sales manger and he wanted me to be Satisfied he said they would fix everything true to there word they fixed it the fix was not cheap all the sensor bezels Had to be painted very pleased with way was handled
My time at Kia was wonderful, everyone made the expierence very plain less and simple. It didn???t take nearly as long as I thought it was going to and I was able to get a brand new vehicle in my price range. Any questions I had they were answered very promptly and correctly. Over all every person I interacted with made me feel welcome and comfortable!

I arranged the deal for my 2018 Forester on-line as I live 7 hours away in West Virginia. I first found the vehicle I wanted and was then swept away by the ease with which the deal was made...and it was a GREAT deal or I wouldn't have traveled 7 hours and paid for a motel and rental car to take ownership. My salesperson, David Saint, did everything I would try to do for my customers if I had his job. The general manager introduced himself to me and asked if there was anything he could do; he also gave me a dealership gift. My experiences at other dealerships have not been this pleasant. I was made to feel that I am more important than my money and I like that very much.
It was wonderful to work with James and J.P. in the service department. I needed to have a recall taken care of and also had some warranty work done. Unfortunately the replacement part for my power steering pump was faulty and leaking. James was extremely understanding and helpful and even called me to offer a loaner car when he realized my car was not going to be ready by the weekend. Another perk is that they offer an Uber ride to and from the shop if needed if you live a reasonable distance from the shop. I would highly recommend the Colonial service department to any Hyundai owner. Thanks again James and J.P for excellent service!
Mike Wilkinson is the best salesperson EVER. This was the second time I worked with Mike. There were multiple issues on MY part, and Mike was extremely patient and supportive. The dealership was very accommodating. In the end, everything worked out and I love my vehicle!!!
Chris Muller from the service department provided excellent service to me. I had a problem with a fuel injector and Chris made the whole process so simple. Reedman Toll needs 10 more of him!!!!!
