Certified Benz and Beemer is a top-notch dealership. I’ve always heard great things about the place, but just got firsthand experience. On a Sunday I pulled in late afternoon and took a brief walk around the cars out front. Walked into the lobby after about 10 minutes and was greeted almost immediately by Product Specialist Michel James. Told him what I was looking for (I4) and he walked me upstairs to the inventory. Took a test drive around Papago Park (gotta love those curves). Michel was able to either immediately answer any question I had or had the info at his fingertips. He kept in touch with me in a way unlike a typical dealership. When I had my decision 2 days later, he arranged for a pretty seamless, low-stress acquisition of my new (to me) car. Sales Manager Kevin and Finance Manager Brock were great too! Hoping this ride will last me a long time, but will definitely be returning to CBB for the next one and letting friends in the market know where to go.

I've owned Porsche 911, a G35 and now this baby. I originally leased it for a few years and was going to give it to my son for his 16th birthday, but decided to keep it as it is STILL so much fun to drive. Fast, zippy, not one problem in 4 years. Just replaced the battery (AAA said I didn't need to, but after 60K, better safe than sorry). Replaced the tires at 40K. Other than that, regular oil changes. LOVE IT.

The middle captain chairs and 3rd row are great items. All seating is roomy and comfortable throughout. Nearly 300 HP V6 gets you moving, with great gas mileage for this size SUV. 100% satisfied!

Overall I feel like we had a really great experience. I believe I had a fair trade and they honored their word- fixed the car I purchased that had some challenges I noticed at the time of my test drive. Were pretty communicative. I definitely felt heard and taken care of at the end of the day. No pressure to write a review or give a certain rating which I appreciate. I’ve owned 3 of the newer models and loved each one . The 2019 SXT bought new , 2018 GT bought used as well as the 2022 Scat Pack , all 3 were great cars and about to look at number 4 a 2021 SXT

This is our second Durango. We had our first one many years ago. We now have 5 grandchildren and needed MORE room. We decided to go back to the Durango and so glad we did. It's a smooth ride. It has lots of room, cup holders, heat and air all the way to the back, and USBs available!

I absolutely LOVE this car! Mine is the SXT base trim with the Pentastar V6 engine, purchased used at 37,000ish miles, but it is still the best car I’ve ever owned or driven. It is extremely comfortable to sit in (I am 5’10), on par with the comfort of my dad’s old ‘87 Camaro, which was also incredibly comfortable. It’s not a cramped space to sit in and the console is a comfortable arm rest height. But family conscious buyer beware, this isn’t a family friendly car; there’s pretty much no legroom in the back of the car. Maybe if you’re short and very skinny you could fit well, but taller or heavier folks will definitely not fit in the back. I certainly struggled to fit just to pull the seat down to extend the trunk space! The headrests of the backseats are a little tall and don’t let the front seats click back up all the way unless you pull the bucket seats up really far which is a little annoying but as someone who doesn’t lug around much it’s not something I’m really frustrated with. The trunk is super spacious! It rides very smoothly on the absolute garbage roads here in Western Washington (we have some of the worst roads in the US). Still bumpy because the potholes are insane, but smoother than our my parents vehicles and my old car (2011 Kia Soul). The audio controls on the steering wheel are mounted on the back which was odd to me initially but I have quickly adapted to their placement and make use of them a ton with Apple Music. Speaking of music, the base 6 speaker audio system sounds phenomenal as it comes; loud and I can really feel the drums and bass on higher volumes which I love, though I’ll be adding a subwoofer at some point. Let the music play! The engine and transmission run and function well and shifts smoothly in both regular and sport driving mode; I love sport mode, the slight engine sound difference and touchier throttle is fun, but it does reduce fuel efficiency a bit so I don’t use it too terribly much. I do wish the car was fitted with a cat-back exhaust system so it at least has the sound of a muscle car (where’s the allure in a muscle car, particularly one that revives the classics in a modern form, that has a quiet engine?) while retaining the more dependable and fuel efficient motor. That is something I will be saving up to change out, but that’s just me; for many that doesn’t matter, but is something to note if you are an avid lover of classic muscle cars and want to enjoy its allure even if you can’t afford the higher trims with the V8s, I certainly couldn’t; but that’s okay, I still cherish this car and appreciate the reliability of the V6 as a lower income individual. One thing I really don’t like (but chose to live with as I love the car to death otherwise) is that a lot of the climate control features are “locked” behind the infotainment screen; making it a big distraction and hassle to change between max or regular air conditioning and the which fans are blowing. The only buttons for it is a dial for fan strength, an off switch, an auto button, defrosters, and the AC on/off button. The USB and aux plug ins are inside the console, which is kind of awkward, but I actually like that as it makes you put your phone in the console (unless you have a long cord, mine is coiled) which prevents it from being a distraction. There is a moderate blind spot, but it is easily corrected with *properly* angled side mirrors. All in all I love this car and couldn’t recommend it more than I do. I plan to try to make this last the rest of my life in the best shape possible. It’s Mopar or no car! 🚗

I got the 2022 Challenger, all black,black..shaker hood. It's Winter here in NORTH Michigan so had to tuck the Harley in till Spring. This car helps me when I'm Jonesing for my bike. Talked with Jerry (internet manager) worked out a deal over the phone. Drove 3 hours to Dealership. Thomas showed us 4 or 5 cars all were clean and excellent shape. we picked one, test drove it....Ran Great....Eric did the paperwork and we were on the Road home. I absolutely love this entry level V8 Challenger RT. Reminds me of the muscle cars of yesteryear. I love it. It’s naturally aspirated. Sounds like a monster. Enema say relatively inexpensive if you buy a used one. Almost always have low mileage. Put a smile on my face every time I start the darn thing up. Thinking about stepping into a challenger scat pack widebody next. I’d like to try and find a way to keep both vehicles because I would just love to drive them every day without putting too many miles on a single one.

I got the truck financed and took about 2 days to get everything approved. Got approved then afterwards got a better deal with lower interest rates and payment.

The team at Avondale Auto Nation is wonderful and the dealership seems run very well, to be well organized and is nice and clean. There’s a nice coffee and water station. Was helped immediately by Braden, who was very professional and answered very question I had. He made the purchasing process quick and easy. 2015 SXT plus V6 full leather interior absolutely love this car. Don’t let the V-6 fool you. This thing really runs out. My last car was a 2014 challenger hemi RT and this would’ve kept right up with it. Great car for the money. Cold air kit, and this eight speed transmission really made all the difference. Best 0 to 60 time 5.6 seconds.

I am on my third Challenger and my second Scatpak. I have a 2021 T/A Scatpak in Octane Red! Completely happy with it, only problem is I cant get the wife out of it so I am stuck driving our new Dodge Durango, another smart choice i made!

I received my 2013 R/T as a Christmas present in 2015. 1 owner before me put 6800 miles on it. You have to put 5000 miles on this car for the launch to kick in. I have maintained my car with regular synthetic oil changes and recommend dealer tuneups and with now having 89000 miles on it, it performs as it did when received. I have put 3sets of tires on it in 10 years. Very good car as I always wanted another Challenger. When I was 14 my future husband had a 1969/1970 challenger. It’s first year. We started with a 340 then changed engine out to a 440, then again to 426 Hemi. The 2013 Hemi is faster. Love my Challenger

I had an excellent experience with Arrowhead, was pleasantly surprised since as a former prosecutor and Arizona Assistant Attorney General I was expecting the worst buying a used car. I'd already been by one dealership previously looking for a Mustang and didn't like the extra things they were insisting on adding on. Well Noah exceeded my expectations. He was extremely honest on all of the numbers, didn't try to pull any fast ones on me, and was very pleasant and helpful to deal with. The finance manager was also equally honest and upfront, did not try to upsell me on things I wasn't interested in. If you want an honest dealership that is professional and easy to deal with, I strongly recommend Arrowhead BMW. They made what could have been a miserable experience pretty enjoyable. I had my mechanic inspect the car after I bought it and it was in as impeccable condition as promised. Now if only all dealerships could be this excellent.

Leased my gt awd new drive is comfortable power is good. Love exterior and interior. Handling is ok but what you can expect from a car this large and heavy. Doesn’t compare to the GTI I came out of when it comes to handling. I leased and plan to buy after lease. On problems with it that weren’t covered buy warranty. I have over 50000 on it. I would recommend the car as a cruiser. Plenty of room inside and in the trunk. One draw back is there is no spare tire and Dodge doesn’t make one that fits the larger tires that came on mine with the black package. If your looking for a 2 door with all wheel drive and don’t want to spend the money on a BMW or Audi A5 coupe it is your only choice.

I am 58 years young and my new 2015 Challenger Hellcat is the most INCREDIBLE car I have ever owned!! It's technology is totally outstanding!! The pearlescent blue paint is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! The black leather swayed interior looks brand spanking new!! Everything works perfectly!!

CarMax is much smoother than any other car buying experience you will ever find. Their salesman Matthew Johnson is a great guy. The prices are always way above what they should be😶.So that's why there was a 4 starwith pricing, but the interior I find the compartments hold dirt and capture things. Lots of cubbies. There is no way to clean out without deep cleaning other than that, the inter is fine with is looks. Electronics a little complicated. I have never seen a car with this color leather seats🤔.But they are growing on me☺️. Other than those things this car is absolutely perfect. Had a lot of zip to it with the 3.6 v6 engine. I love the way it drives. I love the way it maneuvers, and it's very classy looking
