I had been wanting a new RAM since the 2019's came out. I had been window shopping at the LUGOFF CCDJR for a few weeks, went there strictly to get a new battery for my wife's car, which the service department was great at squeezing me in with no delay. As I strolled down the lane to check out the RAM's I was met by Chris P. And from there everything was a blur. I was very honest with Chris and told him exactly what I wanted and how much my max pay out would be. When I took my wife her car and brought back my 2015 RAM, everything was done, and was right where it needed to be. I am very grateful for the TEAM that assisted me with this purchase. Henry The magnificent is a great person. if you want to buy a car or truck go to dodge land on gray stone and ask for Henry. He is a down to earth guy with a great sense of humor that will do what it takes to make you a good deal. When the deal gets close but a little off Chad will help get it done. I purchased a pre-owned Grand Caravan less than a month ago. After i had driven it for about two weeks i tried to use the aux power (12VDC) outlets but none worked. I took the van in for service. I wasn't looking forward to the experience. Bill Kittrell stepped up to the plate for Bill Vaughn, the used car service manager, who was in a meeting. They both were very helpful and had me out in less than an hour. The problem was a blown fuse. Since the van didn't come with an owners manual I wasn't knowledgeable where to look for blown fuses. Not only did they provide great service in short order but answered all my questions.
I 've only gone to the dealership a few times for service and I am very impressed with their courteous professionalism and attention to details. Our last vist to the service department was wonderful; in and out so quickly we didn't need the shuttle to get to another appointment we had in Columbia. In and out within less than 30 minutes.
