2025 Tesla Model Y review
This car is mind blowing! It is elegant and grown up, unlike some of the faster competitors. Driving this car is like a dream, everything works! The stability control is far superior to anything I've driven from stock! To put a cherry on the top, it drives for you! No more fender benders from stop and go traffic. I had a check engine light come on when I started engine on my 2022 GMC Sierra 150 Limited after stopping for a break on a 2hr trip. I drove on home with no further issue. When I got home I started researching, found that ORiely?s would check the codes and tell you what was causing the check engine light. The code indicated the Fuel pump control module had an issue. Internet said this problem was not uncommon on this GM model. then called Group 1 GMC in Robstown, Tx. for my service advisor only to find he had retired and I was talking to Rachael Villareal. Rachael picked up the ball, advised me on the issue and implications. She scheduled me in first thing the next morning. Expecting a multi day experience, I had my wife follow me in her GMC Acadia 30 miles away to the dealership. I have another GM dealer nearby but I have not had good experiance with them. Rachael had ,everything ready and was on my way back in a couple of minutes. Within a couple of hours she informed me of the tech had confirmed the issue with the fuel pump controller, which warranty covered it and estimated they would get repair done by end of day the same day. Around mid afternoon my truck was ready including the oil change and tire rotation I had asked for. My only out of pocket was for the engine air filter the inspection suggested. Great experience, exceptional service and couldn?t be more pleased. Thanks again the Rachael and the folks at Group 1 GMC Robstown.
