The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.

After owning many Nissan LEAFs over the years (Canadians kept buying them from me), the newer body style in 2018 release was a total winner. Better looking and the ride is definitely more refined, and our 2022 is flawless. These cars are the best kept secret in motoring. They are a HUGE value, and would be a great only car, but in almost all instances, the PERFECT second vehicle. They cost almost nothing to drive and maintain, and the insurance is also very reasonable.

I can not say how much I appreciate the staff at Volvo Cars of Austin. My salesperson, Hassan made sure I got the best car in my budget. He did not give up on me even when times I wanted to walk away because even he knew what was best for me!! I am so happy with the car I selected. Their entire staff is amazing!! I highly recommend

Ultra Trim No more gasoline for me. This car is extremely fast and nimble. It's small and that's a plus in city streets It is VERY quiet and the Harman Kardon sound system is very nice. There is a learning curve with this car and as I get more used to the system, the more fun this car becomes. I am using level 1 charging so I just plug into a standard 115V outlet and that is plenty sufficient for me.

We bought a LYRIQ this weekend. Our salesman was Martin He was awesome in his knowledge of the EV we purchased. It was delivered by Martin Saturday evening. Sunday morning we couldn’t get it to start(our stupidity) not knowing it starts when you don’t even it’s started. Martin was kind enough to come over Sunday morning to help us. We were so appreciative. Also “Coach “ gave us excellent info on how the car operates and help w getting a charger put in our garage. In the end we were extremely satisfied. So 5 out of 5 stars !!! We took delivery in July, 2022 for a new iX xDrive 50, and owned it for 2 1/2 years. One of the best cars we'd ever had. BMW sent custom cushions that go through the openings in the front seats for this model year, such that shorter occupants wouldn't hit their heads on trim there. The front is polarizing, but in dark colors grows on you. The car is dead quiet, fast, great ride and GREAT range- we got over 300 miles on road trips easily. The B&W audio system is one of the best available in any car.

This is just simply one of the best dealerships I have ever encountered. The Sales Associates Adler and Curtis, even the GSM Bryce were just amazing! It is the kind of customer service that others should replicate. First class.

I have a 2025 lyriq for 6 months and have fallen in love with this car. Trouble free, comfortable, powerful acceration in a beautiful body. A few minor things, like having a bar graph and miles remaining instead of a number percentage for the state charge and could use slightly tighter steering adjustment. Otherwise it's the best driving vehicle, ICE or EV that I have owned. Do not hesitate.
