2023 Hyundai IONIQ 6 review
This car is exactly what I was wanting for my regional/local transportation. It is quick, comfortable, stylish, dependable, reliable, fun, eye catching and easy to operate. I do wish there was more range but I've had no problems in my regional travel: just need to be realistic about the range facts. My passengers are pleasantly surprised by the styling, comfort and performance.

Just recently purchased a Nissan Kicks at the Independence CarMax, we had previously purchased a Nissan Sentra {about 2 weeks prior) but we found it eventually getting into the vehicle difficult for the age as I am getting older (seventies in my case) the Kicks we have now is a wonderful vehicle. 2024 Kia EV6 review
I have a GT model, the fast one ;). I have had for 6 months and 7k miles now. It does not get old to put it in GT mode (full 576hp) and step on it. Ultra fast car and a complete sleeper. I got a screaming deal on it, paid 2/3 of the MSRP price. Love the no maintenance aspect of it (minimal stuff required). Great interior at this price point, not a BMW/Audi interior, but excellent for the segment it competes in. Very happy and highly recommended!

Carmax has a wide variety of used cars to check out if you are not sure what you want. We found a 2018 Hyundai Sante Fe Sport with less than 8000 miles. Very nice vehicle that is roomy with lots of cool options. My sales agent was very nice, no pressure and we were in and out in less than 15 minutes to sign the paperwork. I would buy from Carmax again!
2024 Kia EV6 review
Full disclosure: My dad technically bought it, but I had a huge hand in the decision and getting used to the car after buying. This is his first Kia. Mine was a Forte Koup SX. Both seem to be splendid. The seats aren't too plushy but I can still fit in them(unlike the N cars, which I can't fit in at all, being 30lb overweight) The performance threw me off because I found out after the test drive it was "only" 320hp. Very few SUVs have this kind of horsepower unless they're HUGE. This outhandles and outaccelerates his 270hp 2014 WRX. Yup, even though it's an SUV. So far it's been easy to charge, we use the local transit park'n'ride charger and just go do other stuff while it sits there a few hours. It's free, so he hasn't needed to even get a wall charger at home yet, which is good, because this isn't a $60 Tesla. Having to get a $2K level 2 charger would be a noticeable additional expense. The radio is AMAZING. Not the best I've ever heard, but for the price range, it is unlikely that anything is noticeably better, if better at all. I know everything has a backup camera these days, but I'm absolutely LOVING this thing's! Especially since I back into charging stations(I suck at backing up otherwise, especially in an SUV). Do your homework, make sure chargers are around. If you need to use it THAT much, consider that level 2 wall charger. Don't bother with the level 1 wall charger, it only charges 20 miles a day for this vehicle. I bought the car 2 days ago, this thing's forcing me to do a reliability rating. Disregard it. Bottom line: You couldn't get a gasoline SUV that matched these specs for this price. I don't think you could even come close.

We were going to pre-order a custom 2023 Escalade - Sport Platinum however the wait would be 4-8 months! Stephanie mentioned they are getting one a little sooner with the Onyx package and sent us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. We ultimately went with the one that will be arriving a little sooner (this fall!) We cannot wait until our new vehicle arrives! I will update my review once we purchase the car but so far I can say Stephanie is absolutely amazing! Ask for her if you are having any hesitations on purchasing new Cadillac! 2024 Cadillac LYRIQ review
I sat and watched all the YouTube Videos I could find on the Lyriq. I decided on the 2024 Lyriq Luxury 2 because of the select features that It came with or I could add to the vehicle. With a personal check to place an order, I went to my favorite Dealership " Plaza Cadilac in Leesburg, FL. When I arrived to place my order I could see several Lyriq's lined up. The one main Item that I wanted was the 19.2 on-board charging system rather than the 11.5 system. My salesman scoured their inventory and found one with the equipment I wanted but not the color. He found a 2024 Lyriq Luxury 3 with a 19.2 charging system and a whole lot more. One of the main items this time around was the all-glass roof with the power shade. They brought up an all-white vehicle with a beautiful real leather interior and all the bells & whistles that Cadillac is known for. The car is a stunning showpiece in gleaming white paint and just enough chrome to make it stand out without being gaudy. A Vehicle that folks stop and look at in the Church parking lot, The Post Office, or the Grocery Store. At night the vehicle lights up the way around it as it glides along. When you see it, you know it's a Cadillac lyric.

2024 Cadillac LYRIQ review
It’s really a pretty great car. For the price, the car is quite luxurious and well-made. I had a glitch or two when I first got it, but they were quickly resolved and have had no further problems over my first year of ownership. The car is smooth, quiet, very powerful and quick. I’ve been getting close to 3 miles per kilowatt hour over the long haul using the regenerative braking system. There is a little adjustment to drive an EV over a gas engine car, but the advantages are easily stated such as the smooth power and low maintenance required. The lower range is an issue for long trips, but if you’re not in a real hurry, the stops to charge can be quite pleasant. That said, my wife and I usually use her hybrid Lexus when we go road tripping as it is just more comfortable as it is what we are used to. Kudos to Cadillac for a job well done.

2024 Chevrolet Blazer EV review
I love everything about this car. Firstly, it looks so great! I have the 2024 RS in red with red/black interior - a real head turner. I think it's much better looking than it's Cadillac cousins (Lyriq and Optiq). It is usually the best looking car in the lot. And I've had no issues with reliability, despite the initial stop-sale when it launched. It's incredibly comfortable and REALLY fun to drive. Do I miss Android Auto? No -- Google built-in is fine, although I agree that some customer choice would be nice. (GM just wants to sell subscriptions). The range and charging speed are good for me, but I only charge at home. The only downside is that it's a bit large for my lifestyle, living in a dense city. My next car will need to be a compact. But if you need a big back seat space, this is the car for you.

The Salesperson Made an Amazing Car Buying Experience We went to CarMax in Independence to look for a mid-sized SUV with relatively low mileage at a reasonable price, and we found what we were looking for. A 2022 Chevy Equinox with less than 19,000 miles, in great condition and at a price and payment terms that are acceptable and affordable. I have bought a few cars in the past and I always went to “traditional” dealerships to purchase them. This was my first experience with CarMax and I can honestly say that I was blown away by the relaxing and laid back, yes I said relaxing and laid back, car buying experience! No sales pressure, no haggling over price, just a straight up purchase with no hidden or confusing terms or agreements. Everything was laid out on the table. Plain and simple. The salesperson, Austin Hubbard, was a pleasure to work with. We were facing a very difficult personal situation that could have easily made the car buying experience extremely challenging and stressful. Austin was kind, patient and understanding throughout the entire process. From the moment he greeted us at the front door until the moment we drove away, Austin was there to provide help, guidance and even some words of encouragement. He more than once told us, “I have your back”, and his actions backed that up. I can see when it was last cleared. Not very long before I bought it. Salesman trying to tell me the engine isn't getting up to temp because it's cold outside. No. It's a bad thermostat. Headlight wasn't plugged in. And WAAAAY out of alignment. Their cars are supposedly looked over with a xx point safety check. I doubt that. Looked over, cleared codes, topped up fluids. Put an oil change sticker on the window. But did they really? It looks clean so I assume so. The detailers did a FANTASTIC job!! This car was super clean!!
2024 Chevrolet Equinox EV review
Better range than expected. Very comfortable and rides smoothly. More reliable than my previous EV (VW ID4). Roomy interior with nice features including a very good and customizable display. Only complaints are lack of spare tire and low speed noise. Price was very competitive.

I had gone to another dealer ship first and had a horrible experience. Then I notice they had a great inventory of Dodge ram trucks. I just decided to walk the lot by myself since I knew what I was looking for. Here came Jason Conrad he ask me if I was interested in any of the trucks. Yes, I had my eyes on 2 of them then he got me the keys and let me test drive them. I was in love with the first test drive and that was the end of the story. He show me the carfax report on the vehicle and everything was clean. I drove that truck home today and was thankful for "Jason" he is a great salesman and if people ask me I will be referring him more business. Other car dealers need to go train under him and learn how to treat a customer. Kudos to Jason.

2024 Hyundai IONIQ 5 review
I’ve really enjoyed my 2024 Ioniq 5 Limited. The combination of comfort, performance, technology, and distinctive styling makes it a great EV for everyday driving. The Limited trim has a lot of features, and the interior feels spacious and upscale. The AWD gives it plenty of power, while the ride is quiet and smooth. Home charging is convenient and significantly cheaper than gasoline, especially compared with my previous vehicle. I also like the 800V fast-charging capability for longer trips. Overall, the Ioniq 5 feels like a well-designed EV rather than simply a traditional car converted to electric. Pros: Comfortable, quick, spacious, excellent technology, great driving experience, low charging cost. Cons: Built-in navigation could be better, and the charging network experience still isn't as seamless as Tesla's. Overall: Highly recommended.

2024 Kia EV6 review
I own a 2024 EV6 Wind AWD (traded in a 2012 Subaru Legacy Limited) and it’s probably the best car I’ve ever owned. And it can go 0-60mph in under 4½ seconds, which is on a par with some of my dream cars (Ferrari and Lamborghini from a few decades ago). Charging at home with a $150 charger that plugs into a regular power outlet is quick and adds power to the battery as I sleep. I have had a very positive experience so far. I had some small issues but nothing major. They were fixed fairly quickly by the dealer. The mileage does drop drastically in the winter, but I knew that before purchasing it. It is roomy inside, and drives great.

2024 Kia EV9 review
One month into owning my EV9 and I can say I’m a happy customer, both for city use and highway road trips. The range is great, exterior design looks great, and I’ve been impressed with the technology and infotainment features. The map function is not great (I was used to the Android Automotive platform in my previous Polestar 2, which is best in class and apparently what Kia is now switching to next year) but everything else is excellent. No quality or performance issues at all - great initial build quality. Feels zippy, especially for such a large car. Plus, they have some amazing lease deals running right now, it’s an exceptional value.

2024 Kia EV9 review
Ok, good car. Lots of great reviews online. We have a GT and let me say the biggest issue is technology. Tesla has set a high bar with customers. I expect EVs to fully integrate with mobile and to require less to do more. Kia is truly bombing here. Smart Key? About as difficult to setup as can be. Second Driver? It’s like Kia didn’t know the concept existed. Interconnected Experience? Kia Connect Reps don’t have my name or address, yet the app does? Online Experience, different architect, limited features, slow. It took two hours to get me and my wife setup. I gave up on the keys.

2027 Chevrolet Bolt review
Great car for the money, it is my 3rd bolt and this one is the best I’ve had, although I didn’t have any problems with the other ones this one drives and rides better. It could use more sound deadening because there is a lot of road noise, other than that it’s a great car. I have the RS and I love it, I can’t understand why GM is going to quit making it!

2022 Tesla Model S review
I own a 2022 Model S Plaid and all I can say is it is the best car I have ever owned in my life. This includes everything from Luxury sedans to my once beloved 911 Cab. It is fast, attractive and seats 5 :-)
