Thank you to Joshua Spinner for going above and beyond to make sure our questions were answered, we were happy, and well taken care of. He was not pushy at all, very friendly, and great to work with. He made the whole experience stress free. He was able to get us an exceptional price on a brand new 2025 Yukon Denali XL. Even after purchasing he has continued to take care of us. I had never taken my Sierra Denali in on a Saturday before and found the staff very efficient. Miranda Collier is well informed and very efficient. I was very pleased with the service and my pickup came back oil changeed, tires checked, and vehicle washed-- pleasant surprise! It needed it! Suggestion, I arrived at ~7:15 am and waited at the gate to the service department. There was a long line of vehicles after me. The gate infront of Express lub was opened first and the back of the vehicle queue or line came in and formed 3 lines. the service deparment gate was opened so I ended up well behind where I intended. Suggest opening the service department gate first because it gives more space for the vehicles to queue (long line) that is off the street. Another suggestion is to place cones that direct the traffic into two lines, if that is what is desired. Vehicles had to back up and jockey some back and forth to get into two lines keeping everyone in sequence behind those that came in express gate but were actually at the back of the vehicle queue. The young man helping was very courteous and thoughtfu in the process.

Everything was professional and very streamlined. Javi was our sales guy and was very knowledgeable. Really appreciated the attention to detail. I would highly recommend this dealership.
