25K trouble free miles so far. Everybody picks on the 55 kW maximum charge speed, but the car is so efficient that it still adds 100 mi in ½ an hour at a DC station. Imagine a 200 HP Fit, and you've got the idea. Zero dollars on maintenance/repair.

Hello, We are writing to express our appreciation to Bob Johnson Toyota in Rochester NY for their absolutely outstanding customer service! We recently flew from Minneapolis MN to purchase a Dodge Charger from Bob Johnson Toyota in Rochester NY to drive home to MN. It’s concerning to buy a vehicle online, especially when investing airline tickets and a hotel stay into the cost. Of particular note was our sales consultant; Yehuda Shapira. He crawled all over the vehicle to send us video of every angle, he made last minute changes to our scheduled appointments when our flight was delayed due to mechanical problems, and then delayed again due to weather. Yehuda answered every call or text message we sent immediately- even when the dealership was closed. The vehicle we purchased was exactly as advertised, and thanks to the dealership’s expertise, closing the sale was fast and efficient. The vehicle had been through an inspection, but in the middle of a sunny day, no one thought to recheck the headlights. We followed Yehuda’s directions to see Niagara Falls before driving towards MN… it wasn’t until leaving Niagara late on Saturday night that we discovered our driver’s side headlight wasn’t working. We texted Yehuda long after regular business hours just to make him aware. He replied right away advising us to bring the vehicle to our nearest Dodge dealership, and make him aware of anything found by the technician. The headlight worked intermittently during our drive home. We brought it to our local Dodge dealer in MN who diagnosed a fuse that required replacement; we paid $132.00 for the repair, and informed Yehuda per his request. Shortly thereafter, we received a check from Bob Johnson Toyota reimbursing us the $132.00 repair. Now THAT’s Customer Service!! Ironically, I sat next to a woman on our flight to NY who advised she had ‘bought my last three cars from a Bob Johnson dealership- they’re great!’ We absolutely agree!! Our thanks to Yehuda for being so wonderfully responsive, and to Bob Johnson Toyota for really going above and beyond to provide such an exceptional customer service experience… it was so appreciated!! 2023 Ford F-150 Lightning review
What an awesome truck. It will allow me to do everything I could do in my regular F150. It is a fun vehicle. No, I am not towing long distances often. It is Used for traveling 50-75 miles daily. I can also take out of town trips with it, no issues.

2027 Chevrolet Bolt review
Great car for the money, it is my 3rd bolt and this one is the best I’ve had, although I didn’t have any problems with the other ones this one drives and rides better. It could use more sound deadening because there is a lot of road noise, other than that it’s a great car. I have the RS and I love it, I can’t understand why GM is going to quit making it!

2025 Chevrolet Equinox EV review
The car is a floating couch it’s so comfy! The tech is so cool and the big screen gets compliments all the time. Once you get use to its little quirks it’s an awesome car. I wish it charged a little quicker had better speakers and was a little more powerful but those three are fair trade offs for the value and comfort. Looks super cool too my nephew calls it a space car haha.. Good job Chevy!

2026 Toyota bZ review
Toyota decided to get serious with their electric compact suv over their earlier version. Lowered the price making it competitive with all others in this class. Also making it now competitive is the increase in driving range, the XLE AWD model gets a significant boost with a 288 mile range. In addition the horsepower on the XLE AWD increased to 338 providing 0-60 in the middle 4 second range… that’s head snapping power. Also, major improvements were addressed to the charging system… now able to charge significantly faster and it comes using the NACS (North American Charging Standard) outlet connection for faster charging ( (originally called the Tesla charging connection). I personally enjoy driving the bZ around town but also on major roads. It runs quietly as an electric should but also isolates road noise. The instrument panel is different but coming from driving my plug in hybrid Prius Prime I’m used to different. I trust Toyota overall quality over all other manufacturers whether the vehicle is a traditional combustible gas engine or now electric.

2024 Nissan ARIYA review
Admittedly, have not had this vehicle for very long, but I am very impressed. And I am difficult to impress. Previous vehicle was an ‘18 RAM 1500 with V8 Hemi. It was fun, powerful, loud, and I enjoyed sitting up high. Two weeks in the Ariya, and I don’t miss it. I have the AWD version, and this thing moves at the frequency I think. I mean, you see a space in traffic you want to get to, check blind spots and BAM, you’re there. Handling is crisp and tight, remaining so at highway speeds. Bumps handled like a luxury mobile of 2X the cost. Cabin is quiet, spacious, and does not feel cheap. Tons of features, power everything. Screen bootup is rapid and has my tunes going by the time I’m buckled in and have my glasses switched to my sunglasses. Heads up display tells everything I need, and well positioned. Charging so far has not been an issue in the least. Installed a ChargePoint charger in my garage, and it’s easily setup and controlled through their app, so it charges on schedule according to my utility provider’s preferred charge time, giving me a break on the electricity used to charge it. All told, I’ve spent $6 over 2 weeks and 500 miles. Truck would have cost me a tank, or 30 gallons of gas for same distance.

2024 Audi Q8 e-tron review
I purchased my 2024 Audi Q8 E tron about 6 months ago. I wanted to get into an electric car and with the new Q8 update the time was right. When I purchased the car the demand for EV’s was still very high. Audi has some more incentives now that consumers can take advantage of. The SUV is a beautiful luxury vehicle that I highly recommend. I purchased the Prestige package which has everything including massaging seats, color changing interior LED lighting and some other lighting on the exterior. These SUV’s are not cheap but I did not want to regret Geary options so I chose the Prestige trim. The ride, attention to detail and style of this suv is amazing. I get compliments all the time. This is my first EV so I had to learn that you typically should keep the car charged between 20-80%. Keep this in mind when shopping for your EV. The EPA range listed for the Q8 Etron is around 290 miles on a full charge. My driving is a mix of city and highway and there is no way I could ever get anywhere close to that. On a full charge my range is about 240 miles. Now I will say if you drive exclusively in the city you will get better mileage as the car regenerates power with frequent braking. If you drive on highway above 70 mph you will see your mileage drop. So in conclusion I love this suv and it is beautifully put together but I would not recommend if you have to make long trips. We have a ICE car so we can use that for long trips.
