Came out from Long Beach to see an Audi Q7, It was a car I was looking for specifically and they had it. They took care of me from phone call to dealership and treated me well. The car was everything it was described to be and more. I would recommend them for they are upfront and knowledgeable in the whole process.

Sales customer service was the best experience ever ! Candace could not have been nicer, more accommodating and made the process painless. Alex facilitated the transaction and the same. we are very happy and would continue to buy from her and Alex! You can buy a car anyplace, why not where they take great care of you instead of the stress normally associated with buying a car. 10 stars....

Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel review
Let me start off by saying that the facility was exceptional. I was helped by Saif. He went out of his way to provide pictures before I made my trip up from San Diego. I didn’t end up getting the vehicle, but I did appreciate all the efforts that the dealership made to make the experience comfortable for me and my wife. They were very transparent and upfront with pricing for the vehicle I was looking at and I felt like they were actually being honest salesman. They also didn’t pressure me into a sale. It felt like everything was at the pace. I wanted it to be. Best luck to this dealership.

2023 Lexus RZ 450e review
Absolutely love this car! Smooth, quite and just the right size. Beautiful interior and exterior. Some people complain about range but for me this works great. I'm getting between 3.7 and 3.9 kwh and a range of 255. It's a 2023 RZ450e AWD premium with 18 inch wheels. Not the longest range and not the fastest but true quality.

South County Lexus review
A couple of weeks ago we acquired a 2023 Lexus RZ 450e at South County Lexus at Mission Viejo. We are so happy with the car. Our salesman, Enzo Impagliazzo did a super job selling us on the car and helping us through the whole process of acquiring it. Enzo put no pressure on us to make a decision re: purchasing the vehicle Rather, he let the vehicle sell itself, With his real title as Guest Experience Manager, he proved his worth to South County Lexus in a big way In the process of helping us in our purchase, Enzo became more than an employee of South County Lexus He became a friend A good man indeed. 2023 Tesla Model X review
I recently purchased. a Model X Long Range to replace my 2021 Audi e-tron; I couldn’t be happier. The Tesla is faster, more efficient, and more fun to drive and the charging network is second to none. Interior quality and ride are comparable. My dogs love the extra room and Dog Mode in the Tesla. I have no regrets!

Rejinald was 100% helpful, confident and knowledgeable about his job. Made me understand the process from beginning to end. Top notch customer service. I had an excellent experience at this dealership! The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Reji was friendly, professional, and attentive, making sure all my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to make everything smooth, easy, and stress-free. It?s refreshing to receive such great service that truly values its customers. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great experience and exceptional customer service. I would definitely come back again!
2023 Tesla Model S review
My first Tesla. The car is a great luxury car with hypercar performance. I love it. It took a day or two to figure out the basics, but the settings and features and FSD have spoiled me. Unless I want to drive, I simply tell the car to take me somewhere and off I go. FSD is not perfect yet, but I’m thoroughly impressed. I’m looking forward to the approaching day I can choose to simply ride rather than drive. On top of all that, the utility of the large hatch area is almost as large as our Durango. Finally, I am extremely pleased with the value proposition even if the purchase process had some bumps along the way. Buying a 20 month old car saved me boatloads over purchasing new. Count me a happy camper.

Working with MB Laguna and their Internet Sales Department is always fantastic. I have leased or purchased over a half dozen vehicles from them over the past 10 years and most recently have worked with David Abrams who is phenomenal. While I live in North County San Diego and have several other MB dealerships in my area, they are unable to match the people and pricing of MB Laguna. I’m happy to be a loyal customer.
2023 Mercedes-Benz EQS 580 review
Best Mercedes I have ever owned. Accept for normal maintenance the car has never had a service call. The Brigstone tires that came with the were terrible. Only got 20,000 miles out of them.

Valencia BMW review
The overall experience was a pleasure. Jade Ramos is a great salesperson. She was super helpful and very responsive, even on her days off. The sales manager, Dave Erickson, didn't play the sales game. he gave me the price that I was looking for with no haggling. The only problem is that now my wife wants one too.
2022 Rivian R1T review
The 14.5" clearance in the truck gives me ability to drive over the snow berm that the snow plow piles on the roadside that blocks my driveway. The all wheel power and computer control gives the vehicle ability to get in and out of my residence and to the store. The EV feature allows me to use my free elect power from my solar panels to charge my truck year round and avoid thousands of dollars for gas. The service centers just over 100 miles away are great inspite of the distance. The warranty coverage has been as it should be. The driveability is tops and the cameras spoil me because my wifes car does not have them like the Rivian does.
