2023 Lexus RZ 450e review
Absolutely love this car! Smooth, quite and just the right size. Beautiful interior and exterior. Some people complain about range but for me this works great. I'm getting between 3.7 and 3.9 kwh and a range of 255. It's a 2023 RZ450e AWD premium with 18 inch wheels. Not the longest range and not the fastest but true quality.

AutoNation Toyota CerritosReviews
AutoNation Toyota Cerritos review
Spencer Allison was the best advisor ever encountered. His professional care was unrivaled, as he demonstrated patience, kindness, and knowledge while processing our service order. Saturdays are their busiest days, yet every staff member encountered was pleasant, helpful, and friendly. And to top it all off - we were out of there, to enjoy the rest of our day, before the two-hour time quote. A totally worthwhile experience. Thank you, Spencer. Thank you, AutoNation Toyota!
2024 Acura ZDX review
I absolutely love my 2024 Acura. It’s a well-built, stylish, and reliable vehicle that delivers excellent performance—especially with the AWD, which gives me confidence in all types of weather. The ride is smooth, the features are modern and intuitive, and it feels like it was truly designed with the driver in mind. I’ve owned several vehicles over the years, but this one stands out. I’m planning on keeping it forever! If you’re looking for a dependable and fun-to-drive car, I highly recommend the 2024 Acura.

My first experience with House of Imports. From the first phone call, to visiting the dealership and driving home in a new car, to the friendly follow up, I cannot say enough about how well and respected I was treated. It felt like our business was valued and appreciated.Ms Josephine Hwang was outstanding cannot be more appreciative.

2023 Tesla Model S review
My first Tesla. The car is a great luxury car with hypercar performance. I love it. It took a day or two to figure out the basics, but the settings and features and FSD have spoiled me. Unless I want to drive, I simply tell the car to take me somewhere and off I go. FSD is not perfect yet, but I’m thoroughly impressed. I’m looking forward to the approaching day I can choose to simply ride rather than drive. On top of all that, the utility of the large hatch area is almost as large as our Durango. Finally, I am extremely pleased with the value proposition even if the purchase process had some bumps along the way. Buying a 20 month old car saved me boatloads over purchasing new. Count me a happy camper.

Buying a new car should be fun but often now it has become a boring chalenge .... Noticeably Mercedes Benz of South Bay is still highly selective for its Sales and marketing team . My experience with Monika T. and Chris M. was simply remarkable ; Courteous , professional and straight forward very rare qualities nowadays . Thanks to them buying a Mercedes is still a special treat .

Mercedes-Benz of South Bay review
I recently visited Mercedes South Bay in search of a specific car, and I had the pleasure of meeting Emily Anderson, my salesperson. She was incredibly friendly, kind, and knowledgeable, which made me feel very comfortable as a single woman making such a big decision. She patiently answered all my questions, and the financing process was smooth and efficient. I was in and out quickly, without wasting time. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that I genuinely appreciated.

South Bay Hyundai review
Was in the market for a nice used car, narrowed it down to a couple models. The Sonata edged out the competition and the staff was nice to work with. Kevin was low pressure and the experience was quite painless.
2024 Hyundai IONIQ 5 review
I’ve really enjoyed my 2024 Ioniq 5 Limited. The combination of comfort, performance, technology, and distinctive styling makes it a great EV for everyday driving. The Limited trim has a lot of features, and the interior feels spacious and upscale. The AWD gives it plenty of power, while the ride is quiet and smooth. Home charging is convenient and significantly cheaper than gasoline, especially compared with my previous vehicle. I also like the 800V fast-charging capability for longer trips. Overall, the Ioniq 5 feels like a well-designed EV rather than simply a traditional car converted to electric. Pros: Comfortable, quick, spacious, excellent technology, great driving experience, low charging cost. Cons: Built-in navigation could be better, and the charging network experience still isn't as seamless as Tesla's. Overall: Highly recommended.

Lexus of Cerritos review
I have been coming to the same dealership since 2018 and have zero complaints. I don't feel like I am being "sold" too and my service rep is upmost and honest about what is required for general maintenance. I choose whether to have it serviced there or pass. I will continue to tell others to go there and hope they experience the same quality of service as I do.
2026 Lexus RZ 350e review
I'm satisfied with this car - it's very comfortable and economical. I'm tracking my kWhs and comparing the cost to what it would cost to drive the same number of miles with gas at 20MPG. It's a lot less. It's the lower level of the three RZ models, and it's all I need. It has just one motor and front wheel drive. If you live in snow country, you probably should get the RZ450e which has four wheel drive. For where I live - no snow - one motor and front wheel drive is quite sufficient. It's the same as I had with my previous ICE car. While the RZ550e has a lot of HP and can do zero to 60 in a very short time, those things are useless in everyday use. There is one thing to consider and that's how many S/W options the car has (I assume modern ICE cars have as many). It takes some time and study of the owner's manuals to really learn the vehicle and what you can do with it. From an options point of view, it's an iPhone on wheels. The only thing I regret is I didn't get the "package" that gives me digital keys. And Lexus doesn't have "Dog Mode" or self-parking. I wish automobile manufacturers would stop the performance push and advertise how comfortable the car is, and all the many S/W features the car has. It's much less expensive to put S/W features in a car than another motor. The Chinese cars have a lot more S/W features and the car is simpler and lower priced. That attracts a lot more customers than raging HP. Given the choices we have in EVs in the US, this one is a winner. I hope Lexus will, over time, provide S/W updates to give us additional features (Dog Mode being one).

AutoNation Ford Tustin review
2020 Ford Explorer xx - had the transmission replaced under extended CPO powertrain warranty. These guys do it right. Specifically DJ my service advisor. He explains everything very well and the 'process'. Once the trans was identified as needing to be replaced he got me the loaner (as they expected the truck to be there for over a week). They ordered my trans and replaced, updated all the software and called me back in w/in a few days MUCH sooner than expected. DJ - thru the whole process is a great Service Advisor. I have a 'history' with him working with this truck and he's always great.

2026 BMW i4 Gran Coupe review
I had casually considered electric cars the last few years and this year took a hard look at electric options, specifically BMW i4 xdrive 40. I couldn't be more pleased with the "electrifing" power of the i4, which seems faster than my two previous M340s. BMW offers the advanatages of an electric vehicle with its trademark high performance and sporty handling. Every friend who has test drove my i4 has been VERY impressed.

BMW of Buena Park review
Thanks to Gregory M. I picked up my custom order 430i this week from BMW Buena Park. We had an issue at first, but Gregory and the Autonation team stepped it up to remedy the error. My visit to pick up my car was perfect. Gregory was great in every way, super friendly, efficient and exemplary at setting up my new ride and explaining as many features as possible. He followed up after the purchase as well to thank me for my business and even answered some additional questions I had setting up some features after I got home. I've purchased A LOT of cars and this was by far a great purchase experience.

I had an excellent experience working with Josephine at Mercedes-Benz. She was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Josephine made everything smooth and stress-free from start to finish. She was very responsive, answered all of my questions clearly, and handled every detail quickly and efficiently. I especially appreciated that she respected my time and never made the process feel complicated or pressured. She is friendly, patient, honest, attentive, and truly understands what great customer service should be. You can tell that she genuinely cares about her clients and wants to make sure they have the best possible experience. Buying a car can sometimes be stressful and time-consuming, but Josephine made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. She is definitely someone I would trust and recommend to friends and family. Thank you, Josephine, for your outstanding service! Mercedes-Benz is very lucky to have you on their team. I highly recommend asking for Josephine if you're looking for someone who is professional, reliable, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Clay was the best salesman ever. Patient, knowledgeable, and informative! We can’t say enough. We did find the perfect car. There was no pressure. Go see him he’s a great guy.
2026 Lexus RZ 350e review
One month in leasing a RZ 350e and it has been comfortable, reliable, QUIET, and above all... economical. Range anxiety of prior years are gradually fading away with a delivered 304 miles. (Without AC). And, (269 miles with full AC) This luxurious dream is not for those who live on "0-60 in - seconds". How many drive 0-60 without being on a track or giving a review? It also isn't for someone who puts 200 miles a day on it and doesn't have a home 240vt charger. Seriously, this is a luxury sport utility vehicle that makes you forget the outside, the noise, the distractions! The best part... It's a Lexus for the price of a Subaru/Toyota (with incentives and money back from Lexus). Oh yes, NO MORE GAS STATION PRICES, FUMES, LINES, OR ATTITUDES!
