We purchased a CPO C250 from a nice sales lady named Veronica Cheung the other day. She is fair, patience and professional, She made a stressful process a pleasant one. Although the detailing job of the C250 was not perfect, there are quite a few slight "noticeable defects"....worn-out volume switch on the steering wheel, dried excessive wax on cravasses of the body, some chipped paints, dusts on some internal area...etc. With the assurance of the Purchasing Manager and Veronica, I am sure all these minor things will be taken care of when I bring my car in when the promised part arrives. Kudo to The Mercedes Benz of San Francisco managment team, you folks really understand what Great Customer Service is ! PS. The ladies at the reception desk are very pleasant and helpful too, excellent first impression!

2024 Hyundai IONIQ 6 review
I love this AWD with snow drive mode and sports acceleration. Slick style, but I wish it had back wipers. Very comfortable to drive, with technology inside that helps make driving easy and enjoyable. Not to mention a quick charge battery.

2024 Kia EV6 review
I own a 2024 EV6 Wind AWD (traded in a 2012 Subaru Legacy Limited) and it’s probably the best car I’ve ever owned. And it can go 0-60mph in under 4½ seconds, which is on a par with some of my dream cars (Ferrari and Lamborghini from a few decades ago). Charging at home with a $150 charger that plugs into a regular power outlet is quick and adds power to the battery as I sleep. Great car for the money, it is my 3rd bolt and this one is the best I’ve had, although I didn’t have any problems with the other ones this one drives and rides better. It could use more sound deadening because there is a lot of road noise, other than that it’s a great car. I have the RS and I love it, I can’t understand why GM is going to quit making it!

2022 Ford Mustang Mach-E review
I recently purchased a 2022 Ford Mustang Mach-E GT, and it delivers exactly what I was looking for—performance, style, and modern innovation in one package. The acceleration is immediate and strong. The instant torque gives it a powerful launch, and the responsiveness makes every drive feel engaging. Whether merging onto the highway or navigating city streets, the Mach-E feels quick, controlled, and confident. Handling is solid, and the ride is smooth without sacrificing that sporty feel. It carries the Mustang character well, just in an electric form. The design also stands out—especially in classic Mustang blue—with a bold, athletic presence that turns heads. Inside, the technology is a major upgrade. The infotainment system is clean and intuitive, and the cabin feels modern and comfortable with premium touches throughout. I’ve driven other EVs like the Tesla Model S Plaid, Rivian R1T, and Nissan Leaf, and each has its strengths, but the Mach-E strikes the best balance between performance and everyday usability. 2024 Kia EV9 review
Ok, good car. Lots of great reviews online. We have a GT and let me say the biggest issue is technology. Tesla has set a high bar with customers. I expect EVs to fully integrate with mobile and to require less to do more. Kia is truly bombing here. Smart Key? About as difficult to setup as can be. Second Driver? It’s like Kia didn’t know the concept existed. Interconnected Experience? Kia Connect Reps don’t have my name or address, yet the app does? Online Experience, different architect, limited features, slow. It took two hours to get me and my wife setup. I gave up on the keys.

Looked and looked for an Audi A3 Sportback e-tron, and was ready to settle for one that had most of what I wanted, was an OK color and close to what I wanted to pay. The night before I was ready to make that purchase, GLAW advertised an A3 e-tron that had everything that I wanted, the perfect color, fewer miles and was $2,000.00 less than I would have paid for the not so perfect A3. After emailing Al and saying I would stop by the next day to test drive the car, I arrived to find the A3 waiting, freshly rinsed and ready for me to take for a spin. It was such an easy decision to make the purchase, and the deal was completed in less than an hour. No stress, no unanswered questions, got additional information about possible HOV stickers and all of it done with Covid precautions observed. This place is a gem. They deserve a better physical location, but the personnel and business model are top drawer!

I had searched long and hard for a 2011 Mercedes Benz E350 BlueTec. They are rare and hard to find in a good quality car. When one that looked like an excellent candidate surfaced in the cars.com search engine, the people at Mercedes-Benz of San Francisco went above and beyond to get us the information we asked for and needed to make an informed decision about the car. The staff worked after hours to secure our confidence that this car was the one I had been looking for, so I made the 300 mile drive on a Sunday to make it happen. I was greeted warmly and everyone there was professional, efficient and they treated me with courtsey and respect. The car was all it was advertised to be and even more, and the decision to purchase was an easy one. They assisted me in finding financing at favorable terms. After the sale an associate spent nearly an hour with me teaching me how to use all the features of my new car. If there was anything at all I was dissapointed with, it would be the offer extended for my trade-in. However, it was not out of line with what I had been offered by other dealers. The dealership is a beautiful building with a bright and inviting atmosphere. In summary, I am very, very pleased with my new E Class, and I would highly recommend Mercedes Benz of San Francisco to anyone shopping for a car. I had a great experience and feel like I got an excellent value for the car I purchased.

2017 Tesla Model X review
Only minor problems with only one maintance/repair/upgrade visit just recently (2020) at a Tesla SC, 1.5 days in the shop. All other minor problems handled by an excellent mobile Tesla tech that comes to your house (a special service for those not near a SC). No drivetrain problems whatsoever. 1/3 the maintenance cost of an ICE vehicle, no gas cost. Gas net savings about $5,0000 over 5 years. This is an SUV with moderate dirt road capability and 9" ground clearance.
