My first EV and a ton of fun to drive. Loaded with tech but it does take a while to get it all working. Fortunately, Audi has free phone support and they are great. The car is so smart, it tells you when to take you foot off the accelerator and slows the car down when you approach an intersection with stopped traffic. Amazing! The car handles well with a low center of gravity, accelerates well and gets the advertised mpeg. My car averages 3.2 miles/KW in mixed driving which is right at 307 miles per full charge, although you should never run it down to 0%. On a 160 mile trip with some stop and go traffic, the car used 50% total charge so my range anxiety is gone. On a fast charger, it starts at 135 KW/hr slowing decreasing to 90. That translates into a reasonable 25 minutes 30-80% charge. I had great reservations trading in my pristine BMW M550i, but it turned out to be a smart move. Buy one!

The issue with the driver side window turned out to be a software issue that was quickly fixed. My service specialist noticed another minor issue on a test drive and quickly had that fixed too. Very proactive

I had an oil change and filter. Also rotated tires. Also overall safety inspection. Work is good, it took about 1 and a half hour. The cost was almost $200.00 which I think is getting to be to high and overpriced. I will be looking for a less expensive alternative.

purchased used with 2,200 miles. At first, I hated it, I've never had an all-electric car and the batter was dead. Luckily they sent someone to jump it. I was still thinking it was a mistake, until I actually drove it and got to know it and learn it. Drives totally different than my corvette. Now I like the Tesla better than my 650hp corvette. It hugs the road like nothing, takes off like a bat out of xxxx. I felt safe and comfortable hitting the pedal to the floor and feeling the rush of this thing taking off and just hanging on to that jet style steering wheel.

I bought a lovely E400, which was totalled by a truck after only 4 months. I went back and they had another E400 - this time a convertable. I bought the car "as is" - however, there were some problems and one in particular I felt compelled to reach out about. They truly didn't have to do anything, however, the paid for the issue, and as well, threw in an extra that was big and totally unexpected. I cannot say enough - I think everyone knows how tough buying a car is, especially pre-owned and how the follow-up afterwards can be so challenging. This is my 2nd Ioniq5, the first being a '22 SEL rear wheel drive. The Ioniq 5 is roomy, quiet, luxurious, and surprisingly quick. Its great fun to drive, handling well and feeling stable in all situations. The user interface is friendly and comprehensive, with an almost complete self driving capability. My only complaint is that it is called an SUV. It doesn't have an SUV's ground clearance or stiff suspension. It's a luxury hatchback, which is what I wanted.
