Ross and Ramsey were absolutely FABULOUS to work with! Super kind, very informative and honest. I was a first-time buyer and they were able to give me a KILLER interest rate and a great payment plan for my financing. Both gentlemen walked me through of all the paperwork and what options I could choose from. I was very impressed by how this smaller family-owned dealership conducted business! As I was shopping for a used car, I went to two other dealerships (bigger franchises) first and did not have the same quality experience that I did at Royal Auto. Excellent, Excellent, Excellent. There is no other word to describe Royal Auto Dealer. Ramsey and Ross are incredible and a nice breath of fresh air when it comes to "Used Auto Dealers". They are clear, transparent and hold TRUTH to their word. I cannot express that last part enough, there are NO games, what you see is what you get with Ross and Ramsey.

I found the perfect car on cars.com and went in to have a look. I fell in love on the spot. I was approved for a loan from my bank but when I went back to pick up my car I realized that my bank wouldn't lend to an unfranchised dealer. I own a Fiat 500e with a broken tire pressure sensor. Daniel Cerna the Service Advisor took care of me. He repaired it plus he replaced a foggy rear lamp, plus a couple of recall upgrades. He told me that it was all covered under warranty. (It wasn't, but he had it covered anyway). Saved me $500.00 it repair cost. When i came to pick up my care i was very late and Danny had already gone home. He came but to the dealership to get my my care so i could take it home. Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty to help out a customer that was having a hard time navigate his day. Danny saved me hours of grief and i recommend taking your car to Van Nuys FIAT for all your service and repair needs. I know i will.
I brought in my 2010 Grand Caravan to have the lock actuator and window modulators replaced. I knew these repairs were complex and involved a lot of odd electronic bits. I'd looked into the pricing for the parts and was quoted a fair price for both parts and labor. The repair was properly done and was worth the money. I wish I'd bought my van here!
I had a great experience at Sierra Acura. The sales consultant, Frank Lu, was awesome. He was attentive, patience, and listened to what I wanted. If you need an acura, look for Frank. He'd help you to get the best deal.
Good for buying cars, not so good for maintaining.

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!
I was really nervous about the whole car buying experience but the staff at Galpin made the experience quick and painless. I received the best deal and a car that was better then I dreamed. I would recommend Galpin to my grandma. I???m so pleased!!!!
I have got my last two cars at Sunrise Ford. They were not pleasent when I went back for my third lease so I went to Galpin Ford.
