I was running a little behind and wanted to get my oil changed prior to a Dr appointment. The service writer was a Rock Star. Got my truck serviced zippidy do da and off I went. GREG IS THE MAN!!! Drove 3 hours each way to do business with him because Koons price was the best and the customer service was A1 and second to none. A dealership near me wouldn't even send me a picture and Greg sent me not one but TWO custom videos. I would take the drive again for my next car.

Very professional ,I traveled from up state ny in 2016 and now 2025,Michelle found a truck Saturday, I picked it up Monday ,with a trade in and was out the door in 2 hours and on my way home,the price was exactly what they quoted,no games played.this is what buying a car should be like,but unfortunately it usually is not.very happy
