I am happy to say that they contacted me and have resolved all of the issues to my satisfaction. They worked with my local Ford dealer (3 hours away) to inspect and correct the "Restraints Indicator Lamp Warning" on the dashboard. They compensated me sufficiently for replacement tires. They realized that my experience was not perfect and bent over backwards to do what it took to make me a happy customer. I am very pleased with the follow-up and service after the sale that was provided by the sales manager. Brian James, my service writer very very good customer service. He made sure that all my questions were answered and was very thorough and going over the worksheet when I went to pick up my truck. Would not take my Ford vehicles anywhere else to get service.
